It was the wedding day and the groom was waiting for the bride to come. Subhadra , Krishna and Balaram went to get the bride. Advika and the Pandavas were standing in the mandap with flowers in their hands. Karna discreetly stared at Advika as she was talking and laughing with Devika Maa.
The bride arrived and the wedding started. Advika smilingly watched as the progressed and put the flowers on the couple when the priest said. She felt flowers fall on her and she looked up to see Karna throwing flowers at her.
She gave him a questioning look but he didn't show anything in his face. He just continued throwing flowers with a smile. She looked confused but involuntaryily a smile appeared on her face. Bheem saw this and nudged his brothers who all suppressed their smiles.
Advika looked away with the smile on her face and continued watching the wedding. After the rituals finished she was dragged away by the three Dwaraka siblings. Karna came out of his stupor when he didn't see Advika where she was supposed to be. He saw her going with the siblings and followed her.
Krishna smiled sweetly "Sakhi it's Maakhan time." Advika opened her mouth in surprise and then said backing away "Oh no no I'm not stealing again. Last time Rohini Maa almost caught me." Karna stood behind a pillar and watched all this. He smiled at her antics. He didn't notice his brothers sneak up behind and see all this.
Krishna used his pout and puppy eyes and said "Please Sakhi." Advika sighed with a smile and complained "It's not fair Kanha. You cannot always show that expression . You know I'll melt easily." Subhadra piped in "That's why he shows that expression Jiji. Now please get the Maakhan na." Balaram also nodded and Advika shook her head and went inside.
She walked inside normally as if she came to inspect. When a cook asked her if she needed anything she mischievously smiled and said "Yes actually I need six bowls of Maakhan." The cook pursed his lips and said "Princess Queen Devika and Queen Rohini said that Maakhan should not be given to the Princes Krishna and Balaram and Princess Subhadra."
The three pouted from outside but Advika continued "Who said it was for them? It is for those Kuru Princes. They are craving for it ,it seems. Now if you don't give Maakhan to them they will feel bad." The cook looked conflicted while the siblings grinned together.
Karna and his brothers who were listening looked surprised and shocked. Sahadev whispered "Arre Bhrata your Sakhi is very chalu. She is using our names to steal Maakhan." Yudhishthir nodded to this statement. Karna just smiled and said "That she is." Seeing this Nakul said "Love obsessed" to others who agreed.
The cook finally have her the maakhan and she secretly grinned and bought it out. The four went to the garden where they sat down on the grass and started eating the Maakhan. The Pandavas followed them and saw them eating. Bheem gulped and whispered "I'm now feeling hungry." Arjun said "Bhrata Bheem when do you not feel hungry?"
Bheem rolled his eyes and headlocked Arjun who whined. Yudhishthir shushed them and said "Do you want to get caught by them? Be quiet and observe." They stopped the fight and looked back at the four. Karna looked at Advika who looked blissful eating the Maakhan. She said while wiping the maakhan of Krishna's and Balaram's mouth "Offo Kanha and Rama how many times should I tell you to clean up after you eat?"
They both grinned and continued eating. Suddenly their ears were twisted and Devika Maa and Rohini Maa said "Again stole the Maakhan? Even if I prevented the cook from giving you somehow got it. Putri Advika even you?" Subhadra sat near Advika and covered herself with her dupatta.
Advika smiled and said "Devika Maa , Rohini Maa we are just enjoying while we can. And your handmade Maakhan is very delicious." saying this she licked the Maakhan residue on her lips. The both mothers sighed together and shook their heads and said "Okay now go and clean up. It's dinner time. And you have to eat everything." They nodded and scurried away. The Pandavas too walked away snickering and smiling at that day's events.
