fish through the air. “If you want to eat, go and catch new ones,” she said.

With that, Luna returned to the cave with the grilled fish.

Alex smacked himself on the head. He didn’t have any other choice.

In the night, Alex stayed in the front half of the cave. Meanwhile, Luna stayed in the back half of the

cave. Alex didn’t plan to sleep because he was afraid that the female demon might suddenly do

something to him while he was asleep.

However, later in the night, Luna called him in.

Alex lit up a fire. “Why are you not sleeping in the middle of the night, and why did you ask me to come

over?” he asked.
