Alex shook his head. “This is actually a tricky question. If someone looks into your eyes and says the

three words ‘I love you’, will you trust him completely and give yourself to him? If a woman does this,

she will pay for it sooner or later.”

Cheryl frowned and said, “After all that talk, you still don’t dare to say it.”

“Is this even useful?”

“Useful?”

“What’s the use of it?”

Cheryl’s eyes were red-rimmed as she could not stop tears falling down her face. “If you can’t even say

the three words ‘I love you’, it means that I have no place in your heart at all.”

“What if I lie?”
