Daya shook her head. “Hubby, if you can’t remember, then don’t. The past isn’t important, the present

is. Just look at our daughter. She has your nose and mouth!”

Alex calmed himself once more.

‘Daya is right, no matter what happened in our past lives, it should stay in the past. Even if a psychic

said that I used to be some emperor, it would all just be mere stories. It’s got nothing to do with the

present. Besides, even without the past, I would still love Daya even more now.’

“Can I hug her?” Alex asked.

“She’s your daughter. Of course, you can.”

Alex slowly picked up the baby girl in his arms. He was extremely careful as if afraid a single mistake

might hurt her tiny, frail body.

However, as Alex held her, he instantly felt an unusual amount of Nature’s power.

‘This newborn infant actually possesses such a large amount of Nature’s power in her! This is

shocking.’

Alex looked towards Daya. “Why is Nature’s power within her body so strong? That’s so strange. And

shouldn’t she be only due in two months? How did she give birth to her now? Is this baby premature?”

Daya shook her head. “Nope, it’s just that there’s a side chamber in this palace where time passes

quicker than usual. You can even adjust it on your own. So I stayed there for a bit and gave birth! And

as for the power, I don’t think it’s strange at all. This is Nature’s Palace, and it’s filled with Nature’s

power. So the fact that she’s born here means that this power is born within her. It’s not unnatural that

she’s managed to receive some of it.”

Alex was shocked, especially since Daya seemed familiar with the palace.

‘Now, this is even weirder.’

“Daya, have you been here before? How else could you be so familiar with this place?”

Daya shook her head. “That’s why I asked you if you remembered who I was.”

Alex had no clue.

“I am the Goddess of Nature from ten thousand years ago.”

“Holy… sh*t!”

Both new to parenthood, the two started taking care of the little baby together. They had quite a hard

time since they came unprepared. They didn’t have any baby bottles, let alone baby clothes.

Alex wanted to find some useful object from his storage purse but realized that any two-dimensional

spaces were sealed off within the palace. All his items had lost their effects, and he couldn’t open them

up anymore. Even when Alex tried to open the door to the Kala temple, he just couldn’t seem to do it.

“We can’t continue like this. There’s no food or water or even a single piece of clothing. We might be

able to endure this, but she won’t We have to leave as soon as we can,” Alex pressed.

Meanwhile, their daughter was crying hysterically, whereas the two didn’t know what to do.

“Is she cold?”

“I think she’s hungry,

Daya panicked. “I tried, but I haven’t produced any yet. Back then, one of my close friends gave birth

and only managed to produce milk after a day or two. What do we do?”

“Why are you looking at me? I don’t have any!”

Daya rushed up the stairs as lotus flowers continued to bloom under her feet She ran with all her might

for the sake of her daughter, quickly disappearing from Alex’s view.

After ten minutes or so, a giant lotus flower fell from the sky and landed on the baby’s forehead.

“What… What’s happening?”
