Whoosh!
Billions of flaming demon bugs attacked from the sky, smothering the whole outpost.
Fires burned as far as the eye could see; the sky no longer visible.
âArgh! They are coming!â
âCharge, everyone, attack!â
Boom boom boomâ¦
Flames filled the skies, and Chi exploded everywhere. Countless shots were sent at the swarm of
flaming demon bugs. The entire space trembled and was filled with light so bright it stung everyoneâs
eyes.
However, there were too many flaming demon bugs. It was impossible to eliminate them entirely.
The bugs swarmed right into the crowd of people in the outpost. Looking at the city gates, countless
demons rushed in, shouting at the top of their lungs. Their shouts shook the grounds, and sinister Chi
filled the air. Countless attacks were directed at the people. Loud cries immediately followed.
If one asked what hell looked like, it would be what was happening right now.
Countless soldiers were attacked by the flaming demon bugs. Even Spirit Severing experts were set
aflame in a second. It was too frightening. They were even capable of breaking through the protection
of Chi, then through the skin, before finally burning up your organs.
On the city walls, cries erupted from the squadron of burning soldiers.
At the city gates, the demon troops that just rushed in had even more destructive powers. The Flying
Eagles warriors were no match to the speed of their relentless attacks.
There were a few Spirit Severing fighters at Darnicâs side who were quite skilled. Seeing the situation,
they rushed forward to help. Spirit Severing fighters were still quite powerful.
Especially now that they had preparation and a few precious magical treasures, they could help turn
this situation over. As long as they fought together, they had a chance at survival.
Despite that, when Darnic heard the burning soldiersâ cries of pain and saw the demon troops
overpowering the city gates, he shook in fear. He couldnât even stand straight, let alone kill the enemy.
He grabbed at two Spirit Severing fighters and nervously shouted, âYouâre not allowed to leave! Protect
me! I am the commander of the Flying Eagles! Your main goal now is to ensure my safety. Now, stand
guard and protect me till I leave the ancient boundary.â
âWhat???â The few Spirit Severing fighters were stunned.
Right then, the leopard demon that lost his wife rushed up the city wall in a fury, going on a killing
spree. Even if his opponent were Spirit Severing fighters, he could still kill them with ease.
One fighter immediately said, âIt is unsafe here. We canât stay longer! The commander is the Flying
Eagleâs future. He has to be protected! Letâs lead the commander back to the golden era immediately.
Have the others prepared!â
Soon enough, another fighter was convinced.
âThe commander is leaving. Why should we sacrifice ourselves?â
Hence, the few Spirit Severing fighters grabbed hold of Darnic and retreated from the outpost. They
hurriedly passed through the hole in the ancient boundary and left the warzone.
âDie!!!â
The outpost was now a blazing ocean of flames.
Half an hour later, the Flying Eagles were defeated. The humans had lost and suffered countless
casualties. A mere few were able to escape the outpost and return to America.
As a result, the outpost was conquered by the demon tribe. The hole in the ancient boundary was also
theirs now.
The leopard demon was sad to lose his wife, so he was thirsty for blood. He didnât intend to stop the
war here. After a ten minute break, he rushed out of the ancient boundary to the seas of Oregon.
âKill them!â
âI want this land to shake beneath my feet!â
âI want to stomp the Flying Eagles to the ground!â

The demon tribe covered the lands, rushing out from the ancient boundary and stepping proudly into
the wastelands.
They had nothing to fear, unlike the Flying Eagles from America who had to secretly mask their
entrance into the ancient boundary every time, afraid to be discovered by other countries. The demon
tribe instantly wreaked havoc upon their arrival.
A few ships sailing around Japan had met the demon troops on their journey.
