Alex sat in the passengerâs seat.
The aircraft was in a futuristic color. Sleek and bright, it gave the most expansive view. It was relatively
comfortable as well, and its flying modes were unlike anything Alex had seen on Earth too. It was a
combination of technology and cultivation. Its kinetic energy was fueled by earth essence and was
controlled by the power of your mind.
Alex focused on the east and started to fly. He revved up the engine and went on his way.
Luneth didnât seem surprised with the aircraft. âIf I were you, I wouldnât fly this fast with this kind of
aircraft.â
Alex turned his head. âWhy?â
Luneth said, âDonât you know? The most dangerous place in the Underworld isnât on the ground but in
the air. The skyâs the wonderland of the experts of the Underworld.â
Alex rubbed his brow bones.
He wasnât used to not having his fleshy body here. He couldnât blink or frown, depriving him of the small
habits heâd do when he was usually thinking. He could only substitute them with massaging his brow
bone.
âYou seem to know a lot about here, but thereâs one thing I canât understand. How do yâall and those
trialists from Galaxy Nova enter here?â
Luneth was surprised at Alexâs question. âHow did yâall get in then?â
âWe collected three Buddhist relics,â Alex replied.
âThen donât you know already? We also collected three relics.â
Now, not only was Alex stunned, even Mystic Maiden joined in. âArenât there only three Buddhist relics
in the world? If we have three, where did yours come from?â
Luneth shook her head. âThen you must have been mistaken. There are three hundred and three
thousand Buddhist relics, and they are spread out in all corners of the universe. Thereâs even some
outside of the universe. As long as you collect three, you can access the portal at a suitable place.â
Learning such a thing made Alex and Mystic Maiden speechless.
âNo wonder we saw so many people here.â
âIsnât there a little too much of the Buddha relic? Itâs like a chicken laying eggs, but what was the
purpose for such a large amount?â
âToo bad we didnât ask in detail when we met with Maha Revealer; he mustâve known a lot of
information.â
Right then, Luneth screamed suddenly. âCareful, thereâs a large demon!â With her voice quivering, she
was obviously petrified.
Alex was deep in thought and unfocused. He quickly looked out of the aircraftâs window and saw a
blood-red shadow in front. It was like a mountain rising to the skies. Its large size blocked the sky,
looming over the world.
It was a gigantic blood-red bone bird.
The blood-red color wasnât from its bones but because its whole body was covered densely in
thousands and millions of red bone patterns.
Luneth felt her legs shivering, and both her hands grabbed onto the arms of her chair. âWeâve seen this
demon before. Its powers are astonishing, and itâs extremely vicious!â
âOne grab of its claw could crush a mountain peak. It even swallowed dozens of Earthly Immortal bone
demons whole in one go. Even if it werenât the master of the skies, you shouldnât underestimate it.â
The bird had obviously noticed the aircraft, but it didnât speed up, seemingly totally unworried that its
prey would escape.
Everywhere it passed, the forest beneath remained deadly and eerily silent. All the bone demons dared
not make a sound.
âTurn back now. Run!â Luneth screamed out.
The Mystic Maiden said, âWeâve been targeted. We canât escape now. Letâs just fight!â
âWhat?â Luneth was shocked, watching as the enormous red bone patterns got closer and closer. She
wondered if sheâd heard the maiden wrong.
âBut itâs such a huge demon! How do we fight?â
Alex stood up, his eyes gleaming with excitement. Heâd now achieved 2999 golden cores, hence his
soul power and bones had leveled up massively. Moreover, he wasnât satisfied with the battle just now,
wanting to find a worthy opponent and test his skills.
