What was this place?
It was the Underworld, suppressed by Shoraionji Temple.
What did the trialists come here for?
They overcame the trials in the Underworld to enhance their root bones. Then, they would find the Pool
of Afterlife to leave the Underworld and reform their flesh. This, by itself, was a process.
However, a risk existed, the Pool of Afterlife was not something that one could have if he wished for it.
On the contrary, it was the most challenging section in the entire process.
Someone once did statistics. Among one hundred trialists, only nine people could successfully find the
Pool of Afterlife to recover their flesh and reform their root bones.
Was it perilous? It was!
Even so , why would so many people still come in?
Of course, they had the reasons to come here, for the sake of their root bones, to become stronger,
to⦠They were neither willing to become ordinary nor remain stagnant, so all of them were determined
to risk their lives.
However, there was something that could save their lives. It was the holy relic or cultivation technique
imbued with ancient Buddhism.

find the divine Bodhi Valley Tree in Dairaionji Temple later, but this was all unknown. So, he should get
this thing in his hand first as it was likely to freeze his fatherâs state or slow it down, at least!

Alex unleashed his divine power. He condensed a huge palm using divine power and grabbed the
bodhisattva statue.
To his surprise, a peerless force blocked the palm just as it approached the statue. It was protected by
a force field.
