âWhat about her? She wonât agree to this, right?â asked Dorothy.
At the mention of Xienna, all positive feelings ceased to exist in Dorothyâs heart, and all that was left
was hatred.
Xienna had suppressed her while she was in a weak state after giving birth. She gave no bother and
locked her up in the corner of her consciousness like a lab rat, waiting for her to lose her memories of
this life, to forget about the people she loved most.
âWhat was the point of having such a past life?â
Alex told her about everything that happened in the Underworld, it was a rare chance to regain control
of herself again, as long as they could break the seal. Later on, they could come up with a plan to fight
Xienna.

âI need your love!â Dorothy suddenly said.
The two souls embraced and started making out, it just happened naturally.
Five minutes later, Alex let go of her. The comfort and understanding between two loving souls were
indescribable. Unfortunately, this wasnât the right place for them to act lovey-dovey, there could be
danger in the outside world at any second.
âBreak!â
Alexâs soul and body combined once again.
After quite a bit of grinding, the seal was finally broken. Cracks began to Spiderweb on the large flipped
bowl until it finally shattered into pieces.
Alex grabbed Dorothy and took a step out.
âUhm, thereâs one thing you need to know ahead.â Alex gave an early warning. âTrialists who enter this
land are deprived of their flesh⦠Thereâs only the skeleton and soul left, so donât be afraid when you
see how I look.â
Dorothy nodded.
When her soul had sunken back into her body, Dorothy felt a long lost feeling of calm. She almost felt
reborn. Nonetheless, she still shuddered when she saw Alex in his skeleton state.
It took her a good while to get used to it.
âThis is Xerxes, Commander Benmoreâs⦠Ex-husband, one of the principals of Flying Eagles
Academy.â
Dorothy had heard of him before, so she didnât give many reactions, but she was very interested in
Pigsy. On the other hand, Alex hadnât forgotten his initial goal, which was to search for Daya and the
others. He immediately dragged Felicity over and asked about their whereabouts.
âHeh! the ones you mentioned are dead!â Felicity said viciously.
Her brother was dead, and she was just about as equal to a vegetative state. Hence, the last thing
sheâd do was cooperate with these people. She was even ready to face the worst.
Alex shook his head. âYouâre lying!â
With that, he slapped the top of Felicityâ s skull. He was going to search her soul.
The results werenât all that bad.
The people of Silent Hill didnât kill Daya and the others. They simply had the intention because they had
their eye on Dayaâs treasure and wanted it for their own.
Luckily, Daya and the others got away in time, but they werenât in a good state. Daya was severely
injured, and it was unknown if she was still alive at this point.
âDamn it!â Alex was furious and killed Felicity with a mere slap.
âThe magic mountain on the sea?â
âOr should we go find Luneth and Immortal Bird?â
He turned to ask Xerxes, âPrincipal Lerwin, could you contact your wife?â
Xerxes nodded. âSheâs already here.â
Alex fell silent. Only then did he know that Xerxesâ soul was connected to the golden boat, and he
could control it from a long distance. He could even see the surroundings around the boat.
While Alex was freeing Dorothy, Xerxes had also contacted Mandy and guided the boat here.
Three minutes later, the boat was still not there. Instead, the levitating tomb arrived. It looked like a
majestic mountain, and its aura was distressing.
âItâs found its way here!â Pigsyâs voice quavered.
The past dangers flashed before their eyes.
Alex subconsciously reached out for the Bodhi statue, but he was surprised to find it gone. It had
become a tiny 5 foot tall monk.
