âSupplements?â
Morten, didnât know how to respond since his body was so strong that it was simply unimaginable to
the average person. His bones, flesh, and soul didnât actually need any more nourishment at this point.
Morten,
Alex
Beatrice took something from a shelf and threw it towards Morten,. âLike this!â
Morten,
Alex
âWhat is this?â
Morten, checked the name and read it out loud, âMuira Puama-increases immunity and sper⦠What
the f*ck?! Why would I need something like this?â
Morten,
Alex
Beatrice grinned cheekily. âLike I said, supplements. You donât have enough, right?â
Morten, frowned. âWhat do you mean by that?â
Morten,
Alex
Beatrice said, âDonât deny it. I heard all about it last night. You wonât have enough if you have to share
it with that many people!â
Morten, put the box back onto the shelf and dragged her away. âI donât want them.â
Morten,
Alex
âAre they too expensive? Iâll buy it for you then!â
âStop playing around!â
Dragged away, Beatrice sighed to herself. âSo many people are sharing this man. If this goes on, I
wonât even get my portion when my turn comes.â
The two then bought flour from the supermarket. Morten, had initially bought more than they needed,
so he just took all their stock from one brand from the shelves. He even bought some other things that
werenât included in the shopping list.
Morten,
Alex
When paying, Morten, noticed that a few faint divine consciousnesses were watching him. They were
hiding, as though scared Morten, might notice them. However, Morten,âs mental powers were quite
strong. He was sensitive to an average personâs gaze, let alone something that had locked onto him.
Morten,
Alex
Morten,
Alex
Morten,
Alex
He decided to ignore it, for now, grabbing Beatriceâs hands and leaving right after they paid.
The girl was surprised. It was the first time Morten, had held her hand voluntarily.
Morten,
Alex
âHas my determination finally been rewarded?â
Being in her early twenties, Beatrice would fantasize about her one true love. It would be a charming
prince who loved her wholeheartedly. She despised playboys the most, viewing them as absolute
b*stards.
However, she couldnât bring herself to look at any other man after meeting Morten,. Every other person
would have lost their chance to become her âprince charmingâ before she even laid eyes on them.
Morten,
Alex
She had quite a few admirers as well, but none were to her liking. Her mind would naturally compare
them to Morten,. He was the only man who ran in her mind on the daily.
Morten,
Alex
The most unforgettable memory Beatrice had with Morten, was when she nearly died, but he was there
for her.
Morten,
Alex
Her fingers shivering slightly, she tightened her grasp on his hand.
Beatrice felt like she was floating, as if stepping on cotton candy, giving her the sensation of flying. Her
eyes were filled with joy, hope, and warmth. Even the perverted gazes felt like praises, boosting her
confidence as this was proof that her life was going well.
âAh, this is the best feeling ever! Walking down the street with a guy I like while holding hands!â
âWeâre walking on a path of happiness and love. When Iâm tired, he can carry me on his back. And if Iâd
like to sleep, he can carry me in his armsâ¦â
Beatrice smiled, her eyes curving into beautiful crescent moons. She didnât care about anything else in
the world, and she wanted him be her guide as long as they could keep holding hands.
Suddenly, Morten, spoke up in a cold tone. âAre you done yet?â
Morten,
Alex
Beatrice was stunned and turned around with a confused expression. Her happiness faded in an
instant, and her hand retracted as if she was caught red-handed.
âIs he talking about me?â
âWhat does this mean? Was he just pitying me? Was he trying to thank me for taking care of his kids by
holding my hand for a while?â
She was heartbroken, realizing that her fantasies were really just fantasies.
âWhy?â
âI donât want his pity!â
Beatriceâs eyes reddened from sorrow as she bit down on her lower lip.
Just then, Morten, growled again, âGet lost!â
Morten,
Alex
It was an angry scowl, and Beatriceâs heart dropped to the bottom of the ocean. She couldnât possibly
bear such humiliation. Sheâd rather die than to be treated like this.
