appeared behind him.

There were two bulges on its head, pubescent horns. It showed that it was evolving toward the state of
a flood dragon but was yet to be complete.
âHow dare a snake demon run rampant before me? You really have a death wish!â
Eustace was infuriated and surprised that the Umbrella of Destiny was a Supreme weapon. When he
attacked the green snakeâs tail, he failed to break it. Instead, he knocked some scales off. This demonâs
body was stronger than that of an average dragon!

The green snake transformed abruptly into a woman. She was none other than Esmeralda Campbell.
As a green light flickered in her hand, a green jade hairpin appeared. The jade hairpin then transformed
into a long green sword. âWe will only know who will die first after the fight.â
âDie! Youâre biting off more than you can chew!â Eustace was furious that a snake demon dared to
launch a preemptive attack on him.
Josef lifted the Umbrella of Destiny with rainbow-like life and death threads. Thousands of flying swords
shot out of the ribs of the umbrella and flew toward Esmeralda as they filled the sky.

Esmeraldaâs sword triggered the law of the world and divided the sky into halves. She struck down the
sword, destroying all of Eustaceâs flying swords at once.
Those life and death threads also perished in that blow.
Eustace was astonished.

her snow-white chin and scoffed. âYouâre too presumptuous! You actually think youâre the only seed?
Look at the farmers planting vegetables. Will they plant only one? What will happen if one dies?â
Eustaceâs eyes widened. âWhat do you mean? You and I are not the only seeds, but there are even
more?â
Esmeralda nodded. âOf course. There is a seed in each sanctuary.â
