Priscilla led them to the models.
Madam White was secretly observing them from the other side. She said mockingly,
âYoung lady, your colleague over there is going to be doing charity work How could that
family ever buy a property? lâm their neighbour, so I know them well. Theyâre just bluffing
so they could seem richer than they really are.â
The saleswoman nodded and smiled. âIt doesnât matter, sheâs a part-timer anyway! So,
Madam White, have you decided on any of the villas here? Would you like me to bring
you to the actual site?â

After looking around the area, the family of three came back to the main hall. Madam
White was very excited, she was fond of every single villa in this area.
The saleswoman seemed to be excited too. She thought, âThank god I ditched that poor
family for these people. Looks like I might actually sell one villa today.â
With this thought in mind, she enthusiastically gave them a few suggestions.
However, Madam Whiteâ son-in- law replied, âWeâve seen the villas, I think theyâre
generally pretty okay. But we still have to look at other areas, so we can compare and

Madam White panicked. âWhatâs more to discuss? I think Villa 12 is nice, I like it.â
Her daughter replied, âMom, what are you rushing for? Even if we wanted to buy it, weâd
have to at least sell our old house. We canât buy it now, where would we even get the
money?â
Madam White was shocked. âWhat? Sell the old house? Didnât you say your husband
was buying it for us?â
âHow would my husband have this much money?â
Upon hearing this, the saleswomanâs face turned green. âYou f*ckers, you were just
bluffing all this while!â
Just then, loud clapping and light music chimed from the other side of the hall. The
saleswoman knew that one of the villas had been sold.
She turned around and was appalled. She realized that Alexâs family was the one being
surrounded by a crowd.
âThey bought a villa already?â
Madam White and her family stared in disbelief as well. She rushed over immediately.
âClaire Assex, you actually bought a property? You bought a villa in this area? Where
did you get that much money?â
Claire htiffed. âMy son-in- law bought it for me. That cheque wasnât fake, I just
accidentally crumpled it last time! Oh, has your family bought one? The villa next to
mine seems pretty nice, Villa 12 was it? You should get your hands on it now, before itâs
too late.â
Madam Whiteâ face went pale. âVilla 12⦠Uhm⦠I donât like it as much. Weâll just take a
look at the others.â
They then left the hall in a hurry as the saleswoman glared at them as she started to
regret her actions immensely.
The Villa that Alex bought was Villa 10, valued at nearly twenty million.
It had an indoor pool and patio built in both the front and back. A beautiful garden was
built on top of the balcony as well. It was truly a luxurious design. It was already built so
that tenants could move in immediately.
âVilla 10 is one of the three best villas in Senna Port!â
The saleswoman knew that she would be able to earn two percent of commission of
four hundred thousand dollars if she were to sell a villa.
âOh lord! I lost four hundred thousand because of my foolishness.â
âCongratulations, Brother Alex! Youâre the owner of this property now!â Priscilla smiled
brightly.
âGive me your identity card and Iâll register it for you. Also, since you paid the
full amount to buy this, youâd receive lots of gifts too! They will be sent to your villa
shortly.â
Alex took out a copy of Dorothyâs identity card. âUse my wifeâs instead, register it under
her name.â
Claire was satisfied with this reply, smiling as she stared at Alex. This was probably the
first time she had ever smiled at Alex in the past year.
After that, they headed straight to Villa 10. Beatrice took out her phone to take some
pictures so that she could send it to her sister. However, a notification popped up on her
screen. It was from the Zendaya fan group.
Zendaya had spent two hours in a hotel with a mysterious man, pictures were included
in the article too. She looked at the photo and her eyes widened in disbelief.
