Logically, they should hear even the sound of breathing, if not of footsteps. Aaron Coleman hurriedly
took a few steps forward, trying to reach out to pull Anna Coleman. However, he
couldnât even touch anything. There was no one there. âMr. Whaley, whatâs going on? Where is my
sister? Where did she go?â Aaron couldnât help but ask. Josiah Whaley also seemed confused.
Sanctuary Shrine was not big at all. Where could Anna Coleman have gone?

âExactly. They would have normally called out, but there were four of them and none of them called out.

Josiah stopped and reached out.

Alex and Waltz encountered the same problem.
âSenior, this place really is a little evil. My left eyelid hasnât stopped twitching. Will something bad
happen?â Waltz asked while she pressed one hand against her left eye. Alex grabbed her hand. âDonât
think too much.â Waltz immediately spread her fingers and intertwined her fingers with Alexâs. Alex was
stunned for a moment, but he did not resist. âIf Iâm not mistaken, thereâs an Elemental Trap inside this
Sanctuary Shrine.
It might look like we have been moving forward, but we are in fact walking in place.â
