I stood there staring at his back as he left the dance floor.
I felt rejected all of a sudden.
He went and sat with a crowd of his friends.
Even Eric was there.
He sat in between two girls holding a glass of drink.
My heart lurched after seeing the sight in front of me.
One girl removed his hoodie and ran her long fingers through his hair.
He leaned his head back in some sort of pleasure. As if he was enjoying it.
I saw around me and I realized that I was still standing on the dancefloor.
I went and sat across a table which was two tables away from him and continued staring at him.
His friend Eric was staring at me with his devilish eyes.
My eyes went back to Luiz.
This time, the other girl pulled his face and was about to kiss his lips.
He just averted his face on time and the kiss fell on the corner of his mouth.
What the hell? He is mine!
I saw Maryam who went near his table.
She screamed something which was not properly audible due to the loud music and those two girls left the place.
She sat in between Eric and Luiz.
She faced Luiz squarely and started talking to him.
Then Luiz's eyes shifted on me.
I quickly moved my eyes away from him and turned my head the other side.
So, now it's her turn!
I didn't dare to look towards him.
Merely ten minutes passed and this time, Luiz was on the dancefloor with a very hot blonde girl.
She wore some skimpy blue top and skinny jeans which hugged her body like her next skin.
They were swaying at the music like the masterpiece of a music was composed for them.
The music ended.
Thank goodness!
Luiz held her hand and kissed it.
My blood boiled instantly.
He took her to the bar counter and bought her drinks which they started drinking together one after the other.
I knew he was doing it on purpose.
Well, I will show my talent too.
I looked around the club for any random guy.
Finally, my eyes met a guy's eyes.
I gave him the widest smile possible.
He looked away.
Shit! This is not going well!
But then he looked at me again and this time I swayed my hair back on my shoulder and gave him the same wide smile.
He waved his hand.
Yasss!!
I waved my hand back at him.
After few minutes, he came to me and asked if I would like to have drinks with him.
I said I would like to dance with him to which he agreed gladly.
I started dancing with the guy. I was very bad at it but he didn't seem to mind.
I looked around for Luiz.
His eyes were fixed on me this time.
I gave him a victory smile.
He showed me a thumbs up and smiled gladly.
My temper flared!
What does he think of himself?
"What is your name young lady?", the guy I was dancing asked me.
"Lara.", I replied and smiled at him.
"Whoa! What a coincidence! My ex-girlfriend's name was same too.", he said laughing.
I gave him a dry smile.
"I am Noah.", he said.
"Nice to meet you.", I said.
For the rest of the time, he kept talking to which I didn't pay much attention but continued dancing.
Suddenly, I saw that crowd gathered around a table.
My attention was shifted towards it.
After a minute I heard everyone cheering, "LUIZ!! LUIZ!! LUIZ!!"
What is he doing?
I moved to leave the dance floor when the guy I was dancing with held my hand.
"Where are you going?", he asked.
"I am going to my husband.", I said and freed my hand.
"The fuck!", was all I heard from him as I left the dance floor.
I made my way through the crowd and saw that the girl who was with Luiz was lying on the table and lifted her top exposing her flat belly.
I saw Maryam standing the other side and quickly went to her.
"What is going on here?", I asked her.
"Luiz is giving her a body shot!", she said in disgust.
"What does that mean?", I asked her.
She closed her eyes in disappointment.
"He will have the salt over her body, drink the tequila from her belly button and take the lime from her mouth.", she said and opened her eyes staring back at me.
I looked at Luiz. He was staring at me with a wild expression.
I looked at the blonde girl.
Another girl came and poured the tequila on her belly button and she was giggling.
I rather die than watching this.
Tears pooled in my eyes.
I can't take this anymore! I didn't know that he could downsize himself this much to prove his point.
I took long strides and went towards my car outside.
"Lara. Lara. I am sorry.", I heard him scream from behind.
I didn't care a bit.
After travelling from pub to hotel, I reached the elevator towards my room.
"Lara, I said listen to me.", he said running behind me.
So, he followed me right away.
But he was a bit away from me.
I quickly entered the elevator and it shut right in front of his face.
I couldn't take it anymore.
I cringed at the thought of him doing such things.
The elevator doors opened at the fifth floor, where my room was.
As the elevator doors opened, I saw him standing right in front of the elevator.
He was panting!
He might have taken steps.
I pushed him away and continued walking towards my room.
I placed the card and opened the door and was about to quickly shut it when his hand held my door.
"Damn! Why can't you just listen to me?", he asked.
To my surprise, he started laughing.
Has he lost his senses?
"Get out! Or else I will kill you right now.", I said.
"It was just for fun.", he said and continued to laugh.
"Fun? What kind of fun was that?", I screamed.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes.
"I am sorry.", he said and pursed his lips.
He was actually controlling his laugh.
My body was shivering out of rage.
"Leave now. Or else I don't know what I will do.", I said.
"So, you are hurt?", he asked with a smirk on his face.
I couldn't take it anymore after listening to that.
I slapped him hard!
He held his cheek.
I am sure it hit him hard as my palm had a stinging pain.
"Yes, I am.", I said.
In an instant he held my arm harshly as his expression turned dark.
"Well, it hurt me more when you called me a Casanova. I have self-respect too and trust me, you have no right to call me like that.", he said as his eyes shot back at me like daggers.
I saw hurt in his eyes.
I shouldn't have said that.
"I am sorry.", I uttered.
