I wake up to footsteps but lower my guard when I realise who it is she definitely shouldn't be able to track me since I'm cloaked but I'm guessing she tracked the bracelet I certainly should have thrown it away without opening my eyes I shout out to her
"Hope I know you're here no need to sneak about" I hear a crash of something and get up not bothering to get changed I walk into the main area "That better not have been expensive"
"I'm sorr-" she cuts off her sentence as I walk out bare her eyes widen and I chuckle "Hope it's nothing you haven't seen before now what do you want?"
She looks at me in a frozen state and I sigh and I walk to the sofa and grab a dressing gown I threw there earlier I give her a look to answer my question "I need your help"
I chuckle lightly as I walk over to the mini bar and pour a whiskey "No, anything else?" I walk over to the sofa and sit down while hope looks at me with a frown
"Why not?" I shrug "I don't feel like it" she walks over to me and sits down "Please Ava it's important"
"I don't care Hope" she scoffs "Are you seriously that angry?" I stand up and she follows
"No actually but how about this you do something for me and I help you" I send her an innocent smile as I close the gap between us "and what's that?"
"Activate your vampire side" I step closer and she seems to be in a complete trance I take ahold of her hand and grab the immortality ring "take this little thing off activate vampire Hope and join the dark side with me and I'll give you whatever you want for the rest of our lives"
She pushes me back and I raise an eyebrow "Yea one powerful no humanity tribrid is enough" I chuckle softly and walk towards my room I hear Hope's footsteps follow me "I should have threw away that bracelet" I hear her scoff as I walk into my room
"Why did you turn off your humanity?"
"Seriously?.."I turn to look at her and she nods "...I nearly died due to stupid emotions when you jumped into that black pit the mate bond is no joke" I walk into my closet
"You barely had any emotions before turning them off you fed on humans without any remorse!! you hid things from me which were very big secrets!! And you barely cared about anyone how could I of even cared for you of all people" my eyes widen for a second I felt a pang of guilt and hurt but then I hear her heart skip a beat indicating she is lying I start laughing and the little emotion I felt leaves entirely
"That was a terrible attempt now may you leave I have an exciting day tomorrow I'm paying Alaric a visit"

I walk across the field bored and annoyed that I'm messing up my shoes and Alaric's annoying behaviour is why I'm here. I see Alaric standing on the sidelines of the match I walk over and stand near him I see him look at me with wide eyes out of the corner of my eye
"Hello Alaric"
"What are you doing here?" I scoff and look at him "you know why I'm here and I want it back preferably now"
"I don't know what you're talking about," I think he forgets that I can hear his heartbeat and know why he's lying.
I chuckle lightly as I bring my attention back to the football game "No need to lie Alaric I know you have it give it to me or people start dying..." I keep my attention on the game "...maybe we should start now?" I look back at him
"It's hidden you'll have to give me a couple of days"
"No you have by the end of the day" I sense Hope on the football field and tilt my head I'd be lying if I said she didn't look good I smirk as she catches my eye her bright blue eyes stand out from even the dullest moments. I turn away and look back to Alaric who staring at me "I can't get it today"
I ignore his comment and look to the field once again I spot my victim and start my wordless spell and the student falls to the ground everyone runs towards the man Alaric grabs my arm I look at him with a smug smile "You will get it today or tomorrow I'll have to start snacking on the students in mystic falls high or I'll have to pay a visit to your daughters"
I walk away towards the school when I see Hope walking over I make it to the school and enter the headmaster's office. I know that the grimoire won't be in here but I look for another magic item that will help break my father's cloaking spell I don't know who cloaked him but it couldn't have been my mother since she died.
I look around for a while not finding it I stand up straight and think for a while where it could be I suddenly hear footsteps I walk out and catch a glimpse of auburn hair I watch as she walks down the corridor. I follow after her quietly curious about what she was doing I raise an eyebrow as she walks into what I remember as Landon and Rafael's room.
I walk in after her and she looks up at me and I raise an eyebrow "This is breaking and entering"
She rolls her eyes "Technically I still go to this school" I shrug and send her a sultry smile "Does that mean I don't get to punish you" I hear her heartbeat pick up and her breath hitch.
"Your punishing me enough by having your humanity off" I scoff and walk closer to her scent is so intoxicating I can't help but be closer to her this humanity switch is wearing thin "You deserve this punishment though It never would have gone off if you didn't play the hero"
She doesn't respond so I lean closer to her and let my lips brush against her ear "How about a nice punishment? Let me taste you Hope" I move to her neck and start placing small kisses on her neck I brush my fangs against her vein which is pulsing quickly I hear a slight moan come out of her mouth "Okay"
I blink in surprise thinking I didn't hear her properly but I have super hearing it definitely was confirmation I grab onto her hips and push her against the wall I hear a groan of pleasure escape. The kisses I place against her neck become more passionate I feel my fangs come back out I bite into her neck I hear her wince but as I continue to feed on her it turns into moans.
I've never felt anything as euphoric as this my eyes roll back as my body begs for more of Hope Mikaelson. I feel my humanity threaten to come back on so I step back heavy breathing I blink slowly as I stare at Hope she has her eyes closed.
I hear footsteps and Landon walks through the door he looks at us and I guess he notices the blood dripping down my lips and Hopes bloody neck but has now healed "Your not meant to feed on humans"
I roll my eyes "I'm no longer a student Landon and either way I'll do what I want"
"What are you both doing in here?" I shrugged "Snacking?" Hope frowns She knows that isn't the case but I didn't know why she was here I'm guessing something to do with Rafael.
"Uh... look, I know that this looks bad..."
"She's a witch and I don't know the reason she's here but I guess it has something to do with Rafael, " I tell Landon and Hope gives me a frown I just give her a 'what' look.
"Wait do you know how to fix Rafael?"
"Yes listen I'm Hope and I'm part of the crescent moon pack so I know about the ring he turned with I'm working with Alaric"
"There is a monster in the woods, and it feeds on werewolves" my eyes widen in surprise I didn't know that part
"I'm coming with you" I scoff Landon can barely do anything as it is I don't think he will be able to fight a werewolf-eating monster not that I would allow him he needs to be kept alive being able to bring people back to life every now and again its good when I'm trying to make a deal
"Sorry, but I fly solo" I just listen to their conversation for while not wanting to go that's until Hope lets Landon go with her "I'm coming too" I send Hope an innocent smile knowing she won't argue
"Why do you want to come?" Landon asks me with a confused expression I shrug "Sounds fun now come on" we all walk out and enter the woods
"Raf should be up ahead"
"It's stupid, but when Raf was first stuck as a wolf, he used to always hang out with me, but..." I block out the rest of the conversation since it seems stupid and boring I start thinking about my plans to get to my father or will Hope ask me to bring back her parents maybe I should do it just to get it over with.
I hear a scream from someone and Landon runs off in the direction of the screams "Landon, wait, stay back. You don't know what's out there!" Me and hope run after him and come face to face with a growling massive monster
"I said stay back" Hope scolds Landon "Is there a plan b? Please tell me there's a plan b"
"Turn around," she tells us and I look at her confused "Why?"
"Because plan "B" involves me getting naked" I smirk "Aww not even just a peak?" She shakes her head with a slight smile "Turn around" I huff and me and Landon turns around he goes to look at hope and my eyes narrow "why does plan b require nudity?"
"I have to draw it away it feeds on werewolves"
"But you're a witch..." his eyes widen in realisation "A lying witch...A very naked lying witch"
"Landon unless you want to lose your eyes keep them to yourself" his head snaps back
"When I draw this thing away from you two, I need you to go find Dr Saltzman and you Raf" I definitely not going to find Alaric but I nod anyway
"Why would it chase after you.." we turn around when we hear growling and there Hope stands in her wolf form a smirk graces my face and I feel my eyes flash yellow and fangs come through "Because you're a were-witch. Holy smokes"
I can't help but reach forward and stroke Hopes fur my humanity switch is begging to be switched back on but my brain refuses. It seems my no-humanity side is fighting my mate bond with Hope and it is so close to winning I step back and Hope gives me one last look and runs off.

I'm sitting down at the school waiting for Alaric to give me my grimoire after fighting with the monster it was nice to relax and calm my brain I see Hope in the distance walking over to me she has what looks like my grimoire in her hand she stops in front of me
"Alaric too scared to come?"
"No, I wanted to bring it why do you need it all of a sudden" I take the book from her hands and smirk "That's a secret"
"I'll give you one last chance to turn on your humanity" I chuckle slightly at her words
"Is that a threat?" She frowns at me "No it's me asking nicely I know your humanity is on the edge of turning back on" she moves closer to me and rests her hand on my cheek and as much as I want to step back I don't
"What makes you so sure?"
"The fact your even letting me get close to you like this" she moves even closer to me and goes an inch away from kissing me I scoff "No hope I'm not turning it back on I'm having way too much fun"
"Then I'm sorry but I need you to turn it back on"
"Hope you can't beat me the only thing you're slightly superior in is magic and magic doesn't affect me"
"I know I was hoping just being close to you would force you to turn it back on but I do have a plan b" she kisses me and as much as my body wants to let go of all the emotions that have been suppressed I don't let it.
She pulls back "Don't flatter yourself Hope it's going to take much more than-" I feel a pinch in my neck and I step out of hopes arms she pulls back to reveal a syringe.
"Was that some magic potion to turn my humanity back on?" I laugh but I feel my body getting weaker She gives me a sad smile "it's vervain wolfsbane and a bit of a Mikaelson sleep recipe"
I scoff as my eyelids start to droop "Yes it seems to be very effective" next thing I know I fall to the ground as I see Alaric approach and then I see both but darkness

I wake up tied to a chair with magical chains I chuckle to myself twice in one week I look around and see that we are in a hall I'm guessing the mystic falls high school one. Hope and Alaric are standing in front of me Alaric has his arms crossed like he is about to give me a telling off and hope stands there sad.
"So what's your plan to keep me here until I turn it back on?" I raise an eyebrow and Hope walks forward "No I'm..going to.." I sigh at her hesitation "Spit it out Hope I promise I won't be mad" I smirk
"I'm going to sacrifice myself for you" my smirk drops "And why would you do that? I'm not dying I don't need a sacrifice"
"I'm doing so your turn on your emotions again"
"Why do you think I'll care if you die?" My smile returns "Because I'm your mate and I'm hoping that once the sacrifice is done you will turn your emotions back on"
"I think the whole humanity switch thing is supposed to repress the emotions so I don't care about the mate bond so I'd do something else" as much as I don't want to care I don't like the thought of Hope sacrificing herself for me
"Well I guess we will have to see" she steps back to Alaric and Kaleb walks in my confusion raises "Are you sure about this?" Kaleb asks her and I frown
"Wait so out of all the people you're going to get a newbie Vampire to kill you bit of an anti-climatic death for a Mikaelson" Kaleb looks confused probably the fact I called her a Mikaelson
"Well I need a vampire to do it my heart needs to be ripped out or I'd just come back" I purse my lips she couldn't possibly be doing this
"We'll go ahead I'm bored and this chair is uncomfortable" I lean back in my chair as Alaric steps back.
Kaleb steps towards her "Last chance to back out" he tells her and she just nods and looks at me "I love you Ava" my heart clenches I just watch as she expects me to say it back she takes off her immortality ring and drops to the floor she looks to Kaleb and gives him another nod
I just watch her as Kaleb suddenly plunges his hand into Hope's chest my heart begins to quicken "What makes you think I won't kill you after this Kaleb?"
"I thought you don't care" I grit my teeth and burn holes into Kaleb I lean back and close my eyes "You can't even watch you're pathetic" I look back and stare into her eyes thinking this is a bluff that's until Kaleb rips her heart out the whole room seems to freeze
"NO!!" My magic breaks through the chains and magic blasts throughout the room smashing everything around us. Tears start to fall the feelings come rushing back Hope jumping into malivore my mother's tricks and now Hopes death I vamp speed over to her and tears start to fall as I no longer hear her heartbeat I brush a hair behind her ear as the pain of her death seeps through.
"Ava.." I freeze in place at the familiar voice the one I've come to love I turn around and come face to face with her "Hope?"
"I'm sorry Ava you couldn't keep it off" I look back to the dead Hope "How?"
"It's a simulation it's my subconscious made by a magic item called a prism" I turn to look at her, "I thought you were dead....again"
"I'm sorry"
"You're sorry?" I scoff I probably won't be mad for long because of this mate bond but I lost control of my feelings again and this mate bond is living proof that my feelings towards Hope are uncontrollable. That I even turn off my humanity because I couldn't bare to be without her I stand up and walk away not sparing anyone a second glance.
