I wake up slowly and see Lizzie and Josie sitting next to my bed they have concerned looks but it soon turns into happy ones when they see my eyes open.
"Hey, how are you feeling? We got you some blood" they pass me a glass with a red liquid but I frown knowing it's probably going to be animal blood.
"It's Hopes not animal blood" I nod and drink it already feeling my strength coming back.
"Where is Hope?"
Their faces turn back to worried ones and I look at them confused "What happen?"
"Maybe we should-" she gets cut off by Lizzie "She was taken well that's what we think"
"What do you mean taken?"
I quickly sit up and josie and Lizzie shift in their chairs "she went back to her room to get something so she could contact her aunt about you but she was taking to long so we went to check on her when we got there she was there and few things had been knocked over or smashed"
I know who took her and anger burns in my chest it has to be my father who else would take her I quickly vamp speed off ignoring any who tries to waste my time. Then I do a locator spell on my bracelet and thankful it works I grab the dagger I intend to use on my father and quickly make my to my car and drive to the location.
I walk into the old warehouse and my heart drops when I see a tied-up Hope with a gag over her mouth I go run to her but stop short when I see my mother walk out in front of her my eyes widen but my facial expression changes to a glare
"Why won't you die?"
"You don't truly want that"
I chuckle lightly "Keep telling yourself that mother"
"This is your last chance to accept my deal we can be a family again"
"No thanks now let's end this" I try to use my magic to bring a piece of wood to my hands but it doesn't work I look at it confused
"Sorry but this stops any magic being used here"
She's holding a black candle I look back at my mother with a smirk "Then it seems you've made a mistake because I still have my vampire and werewolf abilities"
I vamp speed to the piece of wood and snap it I then vamp speed over to my mother stabbing her in the stomach she groans and I pull it out and I go to stab her again but I'm tackled to the ground then thrown into the wall
I get up with a groan "Now that was another mista-" I lock eyes with the man I haven't seen in nearly 800 years the man who tortured me to try and make me stronger and fear sets in.
"Hello Ava"
I glare at him and he smirks "I see you are still the weakling child that I daggered"
"You will soon be proven wrong"
"I doubt that" he pulls out a dagger one that resembles the one he daggered me with before my fear increases this is the one person I'm scared of I've faced monsters witches wolf's and vampires but he will all be the scariest to me.
"You think you can beat me? You had to stab me in the back the last time but I'm prepared now" I say trying to regain any bit of control that I can get
"Not alone no" he whistles and about 20 vampires speed in I sigh in annoyance I was hoping that I could just torture him for a bit and then kill him but I couldn't be that lucky
"Still a coward then"
He glares at me and I smile inside at the small victory of getting under his skin "Such disrespect"
"If any of you haven't heard I'm the original tribrid I can't be killed so this fight will end in your deaths," I say raising my voice slightly I see a few vampires shift on their feet but don't make any move to run away. No magic so I'll have to get my hands bloody
"Fine" I vamp speed over to the first vampire and bite into his neck giving him a toxic bite I quickly make my way over to two more vampires ripping out their hearts a vampire speeds over to me but I see him coming and grab him by the neck snapping it.
I start making my way through the vampires every of their death covers me and the floor with more blood and by the end, I'm covered head to toe in blood I leave my father for last and gain all my confidence back when he starts backing away in fear
"Have I proven you wrong yet?"
"You're still the weak child that couldn't even kill that human to gain more strength"
He referring to how I would kill an innocent person to activate my wolf curse I don't remember how I activated it but I imagined I blackout so I could get it done.
"Don't worry there's still more time" I vamp speed over to him and we begin to fight I still have the knife in my pocket but he is better in combat than me so he soon gets the upper hand he nearly stabs me in the heart with the dagger but I kick him in the ankle snapping it.
I pull out the knife and quickly stab it into his chest while he's distracted by his ankle the knife sinks into his chest and he starts wailing in pain I watch with a smirk as he drops to the ground trying to rip it out the knife I step back
And my eyes snap to Hope when hear her whimpering my mother is standing behind her with a knife to her neck I look for her immorality ring and don't see it
"Stop mother"
"Why do you continue to show this family love after what they did?"
My eyebrows twist in confusion what does she mean by that
"What did they do?"
"I'm sorry Ava but I didn't want you to face the pain"
"What does that mean?" I ask in demand I flinch when the knife starts digging into Hope's neck
"They killed your brother Ava"
My face drops I don't have a brother so that's impossible "I don't have a brother and I never did"
"Yes you did and Klaus mikaelson killed him"
"Sorry if I find that hard to believe you've done nothing but lie to me"
"Let me into your mind little witch ill show you I will reverse my spell you were there when it happened I'll show you the memories of your brother that took away"
I can't say that I'm not tempted but what if this is another trick I look to the vampire who is suffering from my bite and pick her up
"Would you like to be healed?"
she nods as best she can and I look back to my mother "Drink from her and ill let you do it"
"Are you mad?"
"No mother drink from her and ill let you show me the memories you stole from me"
She doesn't drop the knife but looks like she is thought I bite into my wrist and put it to the vampire's mouth and the bite begins to heal
"No"
I glare at her "No? You don't have a choice drink from her or ill force you too then snap your neck and forget about everything you just said"
"You seem to forget I have a knife to your mate's throat"
My eyes don't leave my mothers "No I didn't but at this moment my revenge for you is burning stronger than my love for Hope" this a necessary lie but I don't miss the tear that falls out of Hopes's eye
"I will kill her"
"I don't care she will come back now if you want me to trust you to enter my mind I need some insurance. now drink" I demand in a harsher tone and she drops the knife and walks forward I nod to the vampire and she bites into her wrist and holds it out
I watch closely as she drinks and once I'm sure she has I nod again to the vampire and she steps back I didn't taste any vervain in the vampire so I step forward and start to compel her
"Forget this ever happened. Learn to control your bloodlust and live a happy life"
I step back and look at my mother then over her shoulder to Hope I walk over and pull the gag out of her mouth she doesn't say anything so I'm guessing she's annoyed at me I rip off her chains and she rubs her wrists and stands up
"You can't trust her"
Are the first thing she says and I nod "Then if she does anything she is not meant to your going to snap her neck"
She looks worried but doesn't stop me I walk over to the candle and blow it out and turn back to my mother "Okay no funny business mother"
She shakes her head and honestly, she looks defeated I walk over to her and I put my hands on her head allowing her to look around she finds the memory and she And I are no longer in my conscious but in my old childhood home.
Flashback 1224
The door slams open and in walks, Klaus mikaelson "Your son disrespected our family by not listening to me what do you plan on doing about it?"
My mother stands there looking at the hybrid original with slight fear in her eyes "What happened?"
"He continues to see Rebakah when I told him not to I told him I would kill him and he still disobeyed me"
"Nik can't you let your sister be happy their causing no harm"
"Your son will end up breaking her heart just has everyone before he's a mere mortal they can't be together and if you don't don't something about it then I will"
"What do you expect me to do?"
"Punish him our family has been friends for a while but I will not tolerate disrespect"
My mother gulps slightly and the fear in her eyes continues to increase "Nik-"
"It's Niklaus"
My mother shakes her and counties talking "I will not punish my son for loving a girl"
"Then I will" Klaus vamps speeds off and I see a younger version of myself hiding in the corner
The memory changes and now me and my mother are standing in a field watching as Klaus drags a boy across the field I'm guessing it's the same day since Klaus is still wearing the same clothes.
"Little Oliver you disrespected me by disobeying me how do you plan on fixing this disrespect"
"I won't Klaus I love her and if you have to kill me then so be it"
Klaus just smirks and abruptly Klaus's leg breaks and a younger Ava comes out chanting a spell Klaus groans on the floor as his eyes start to bleed and his veins start turning black
she's on the verge of killing him but is stopped as her mother pushes her onto the ground with magic "Ava stop!"
Klaus slowly gets up groaning "That was a mistake Lia you should have let her kill me"
Klaus plunges his hand into my brother's chest ripping out his heart my mother and I scream as we cling to each other.
Klaus slowly walks over and stands in front of the two girls "I'll let you live...for now just so you can feel the pain of your son and brother" he vamps speeds off and all I and my mother do is cling to each other.
2 years later
"The spell is completed my little which just drink this" she passes the younger Ava a small vial of red liquid which she drinks then her eyes turn amber as veins run down her face.
"Now you can protect your family as we will protect you"
The two girls fade away and me and my mother stand face to face in my conscious "I made you this way so that you can protect your family like I didn't allow you to protect your brother and more importantly so you wouldn't end up dead like him"
Tears fall down my face as I stare at the woman in front of me "You shouldn't have taken those memories away from me"
"I did it to protect you from the hurt of losing your brother"
"You had no right!" I shout at her and she flinches
"I'm truly sorry I only wanted to protect you from everything that could possibly hurt you"
I shake my head as the tears flow I close my eyes and leave my mind with my mother and when my eyes open and we are back in the warehouse my mind is flooded with all the memories of my brother that was stolen from me
I see Hope standing there looking at me worried I wipe away the tears that had fallen and look back to my mother.
"I'm sorry mother but I still won't kill Klaus I can't"
"I knew you would say that..." she steps back and guilt covers her face I ignore her when I hear the hybrid groan I walk over and face him
"I'm glad you aren't my father your the one who's weak and now you will pay the price for what you did to me"
"I won't give you the satisfaction of hearing me beg or apologize so get on with it"
I pick him up grabbing him by the neck "I don't need you to beg or apologize I'll get satisfaction from killing you"
I plunge my hand into his chest and rip his heart out his eyes widen but soon his body turns grey I hear a gasp and drop the body to the floor.
*Start here*
I turn around and my mother knocks out Hope with a spell I go to vamp speed towards her but she stops me with magic and starts chanting a spell.
"When you wake up your bloodlust will be strong and your humanity will be off but your hatred for Klaus will be your strongest emotion"
I try to fight it but my mind starts to become blurry as my mother carries on chanting
"I'm sorry I had to do this but you left me no choice"
I can't respond to her since the pain of the spell is so strong I fall to my knee and everything goes black.
When I wake up my mother has Hope back in chains and is hovering over me with a smile
"How are you, my little witch"
"Hungry"
My mother chuckled lightly and I smiled maliciously
"How long have I been knocked out?"
"About 10 minutes" I nod and in a blink of an eye I snap my mother's neck I stand up and look over to Hope
"You can fight this Ava"
"I would say that I could but it's already done"
