Narrator pov:
Hope silently cries in her room not letting anyone enter Malivore was captured and everyone is safe apart from the girl who Hope loved most. Ava was gone because of an ancient silver maple stake the last one in the world and unfortunately, it was used on the girl Hope loved.
Any knock on Hope's door was ignored by the girl all she did was sit and weep in her room she now would have to transition to a fully activated tribrid but all Hope wanted was Ava back and she didn't care for the consequences.
It's took nearly a whole week for Hope to leave her room she quickly made her way to her dad's office and it didn't prove difficult since now the halls were empty after Ava's death her vampire sires went along with her and it only made things worse for Hope.
Hope reaches her dad office door and walks straight in he's sitting at the desk with Caroline sat in a chair in front of him they both look up with a confused look but it soon softens into a look of sympathy.
"Hello littlest wolf" Klaus says as he stands up and walks over to her
"We need to fix the other side"
Klaus looks over to Caroline who still holds a look of sympathy then back to Hope Klaus is willing to do anything to help Hope and this will be no expectation "How?"
"We need to find Ava's grimoire she fixed the other side before the spell will be in there and then the spell to bring her back"
"Do you know where her grimoire is?" Caroline asks her knowing how hard it can be to lose someone she loves but Klaus has fixed that for her and now she is happier than ever.
"No, but I have her bracelet and necklace I can use them as a locater spell and if that doesn't work we have some of her blood in the wolf but cures"
"We would need a celestial event and one isn't until another month..." the next thing Klaus is about to say is a tough subject for her but he knows it has to happen now instead of waiting for Ava to be brought back "...we also need to deal with malivore"
"I don't care about malivore right now my main priority is Ava"
"I know but let us deal with Ava Caroline can get the bennet blood and doppelganger blood we won't be able to bring her back until the next celestial event"
"No!" Hope exclaims and her magic blasts through the room she knows shes the only one who can defeat malivore at the moment but Ava is the only thing on her mind "I will deal with Ava you need to call Freya and get her here while I try to find Ava's grimoire"
"Hope...Ava is my family too and I will make sure to get the items necessary to bring her back you are the only one who can defeat malivore and you and the other students need to come up with a plan to help Landon"
Hope scoffs she doesn't care about Landon all she can think about is how the person in Landon's body killed Ava.

3 weeks later
It was nearly time to bring back Ava Malivore was still locked in the cellars nobody at the school had found Avs's grimoire and Hope was feeling the pressure if she didn't the grimoire soon then she would have to wait another month and that wasn't an option.
The students haven't been able to find a way to bring Landon back even with the help of Clarke so the only choice at the moment is to kill Landon and Malivore along with him especially now.
Hope walks into the gym and her eyes widen when she doesn't see Malivore in his cage she quickly walks out and gets to her dads office she barges in and looks at her dad
"Malivore is gone"

Hope sits on her bed it's been a couple days since malivore escaped and has started taking innocent people and turning them into monster so Hope doesn't have any choice. They still haven't found Ava's grimoire but even waiting for the celestial event will give malivore more time to turn innocents into monsters.
"Oh, God you're going to be this beautiful forever Rebekah's gonna be so jealous"
They both laugh lightly when the laugher stops Hope looks to her dad "What will it feel like?"
"At first there's nothing but then you slowly start to realize that there's nothing that's your consciousness reigniting. Then, the light will trickle in you'll open your eyes, and you'll be back in this room, but the colors will be different the sounds will be fuller. You'll feel small movements of air on your skin that you've never felt before it can be overwhelming but I am sure you can handle it so there's really nothing to worry about"
Hope listens intently but all her thoughts just go back to Ava did ava feel like that when she turn? how did Ava handle it? Ava's saved me and brought back my family and I can't even save her. Is she disappointed? Is she waiting for me to bring her back and all these feelings will only intensity when I'm fully transition.
"Don't worry Hope will we'll be looking for Ava's grimoire while you are transitioning"
Hope nods and klaus speaks up "You are equal parts your father and mother ever since you were little, people were terrified of what you could become because they were afraid that you might turn out like me, but your also your Hayley's child and she was a saint compared to me your family will also protect the you and the people you love that is the Mikaeslons greatest strength"
Hope couldn't protect Ava though and now she can't even bring her back Hope nods to Freya "I'm ready"
"I am so proud of you Hope" Freya opens her arms and brings Hope into a hug "Close your eyes...Focus your breath" Hope's heart starts to slow as Freya mutters a spell once the spell is done Hope's heart has stopped Freya lays her down and Klaus comes over and brushes her hair out of her face.
"See you soon littlest wolf"

A figure stands on the end of the dock Hope is looking out into the woods when she looks back to the dock she notices the figure.
"Hello?"
Hope says and the figure turns around Hope's eyes widen when she sees the face of her mate and love of her life "Hello love"
Hope sprints over and brings Ava into a hug the latter returns the hug "Ava what are you doing here?"
"Technically I'm not I'm your subconscious you must of really wanted me here because this doesn't normally happen"
"Is that peace?" Hope asks directing her head to the boat and Ava looks at her but doesn't say anything "Are you there?"
"I can't answer those questions I only know what you do"
"Where is your grimoire?" Ava chuckles lightly stepping out of Hope's embrace Hope sighs "...Right"
"Think Hope...Ava knows all of her spells off by heart she has very powerful spells in there that she wouldn't want anyone to have other than.."
Ava looks at Hope and Hope realises "Me" Ava nods "So she hid somewhere only I would know..." Hope tries to think of the places that could possibly be a hiding spot that Ava would think is significant to us "...But where? there is lots of places that she could have hid it"
Ava smiles softly at Hope and starts to ramble on the places that it could be "Could be the old mil where you had your date or the library where you learnt spell together or under the mystic falls high bleachers or your old room where you both said I love you or..."
"Our first date" Hope smiles widely our first date on the dock under the stars it has to be.
"Ava would be disappointed if you picked the easy way out and chose peace" Hope nods because she knows that and knows Ava would want her to fight until the end.
"Thank you"
Ava chuckles once again "This was your doing Hope you are powerful and you know it deep down you may be scared of your power and how the outside world will view you but you are worthy of that power and you will use it for good"
Hope smiles at Ava it may be her subconscious but hearing it from Ava's lips makes it feel real since she knows Ava feels this way
Hope nods and gives Ava a smile which she returns she runs up to the end of the dock and jumps into the water Ava watches with a smile.
"See you soon love"

Hope wake up with a groan her ears are ringing and soon realise she inst in her room anymore but an old container she slowly gets up.
"Welcome back to the land of the living"
She looks over to the small window and sees malivore "Don't get used to it you won't be staying long"
Hope leans against the window and tries a spell but it doesn't work "That was cute but you're in transition, remember? No magic, No wolf form, no vampire powers it's ironic, isn't it? You've become the Tribrid and you're more vulnerable than ever"
"Only until I feed"
"What if you don't feed? Would you like to know something"
"Not really but I feel like you're going to tell me anyway"
"While I had one of your friends collect you I also had him find the bennet blood and doppelganger blood and destroy it..." Hope eyes widen and Malivore smirks "... I couldn't have you bringing back your mate to kill me and soon you will be dead soon so nobody will be able to stop me"
"My friends will come for me and ill end you once and for all and I can get more blood"
"Yea I'm counting on it and you won't be able to since you will die Alone, broken, pitiful that's your fate"
Malivore walks away and leaves Hope alone she slides down to her knees she closes her eyes. Hope thinks to herself should she die here and now and forget about fighting that way she could be with Ava it may not be peace but at least she would be with Ava. She sighs when she realises all that she's been fighting for has gone down the drain she would be without ava for another month maybe even longer but Hope has her family that she loves but will never come close to what she feels for Ava.
But at least she can get revenge on malivore for taking away the woman she loves with an new found determination she stands and leans back against the window. She starts banging on the window until breaks she falls through and lands on the floor with a groan.
She starts to make her way through the area she comes to a door and sees Malivore sitting in the room she tries to budge open the door but it doesn't move she sighs and walks off in search for blood.

Klaus storms through the area with a look of anger in search of his daughter and the man who took his daughter and destroyed all their work to get Ava back. He spots Alaric fighting off some monster but his only focus is Hope she holds onto the blood bag he brought a bit tighter and continues on ignoring Alaric.
He stops short when he sees auburn and then quickly vamp speeds over as he sees her fall to the ground he pulls her slightly up and rips open the blood bag.
"Hope you need to drink" Hope smells the blood and opens her eyes and quickly takes the blood bag the sky turns a dark red and thunder strikes around them as Hope's eyes Flash amber and veins descend down her eyes completing her transition.
"I'm going to kill malivore you need to find Avas girmoire it's at the dock at salvtore school it will have a concealment spell on it" Hope tells her dad and he nods he needed to go help Alaric even though that wasn't his main priority but he knew Hope could handle herself Alaric not some much.

1 month later and 1 week later
It was done malivore was dead Hope killed him but at the cost of Hope's humanity even with the possibility of Ava coming back she blamed herself if Hope didn't call out to Ava she wouldn't have been distracted and she wouldn't have died. Once she realise she could switch it off her guilty her anger and her despair she did.
Once Freya heard this she got to work because if anyone was going to get Hope back it would be her she ended up finding her grimoire and thankfully Bonnie came back from her honeymoon a bit earlier so she could give some of her blood after Ava brought back Enzo she would be forever grateful to Ava.
They got more doppelganger blood and today was the day Hope has been missing Rebekah had been to try and reason with her but it didn't work so now Ava is our last chance.
In the woods the only thing that could be heard was Freyas and Davinas chanting as she brings back the Mikaelsons last chance to get Hope back if this didn't work then Hope would forever be gone.
The wind picks up as the spell nears its end and the ashes of Ava begin to fly around in the air until they all fall exactly like how it happen when Ava brought back the my family when the ash falls to the ground I sigh in relief when I see Ava standing in front of me.
"Wheres Hope?"

A/n: Just read and replied to a comment about how it's stupid that Ava was killed by Malivore and I totally agree.
But let's be honest the character Ava can't be killed by anyone not Hope not Freya not Bonnie especially now since there is no longer any more ancient mapel stakes so Malivore had some plot armour and he was able to require one of the stakes.
Ava was distracted by Hope when calling her name so yeah and if you don't like the book don't read it there's no need to make mean comments. I don't mind replying to any questions or concerns because these last chapters may be a bit stupid since technically Ava was coming back and Hope could have just waited but I wanted no humanity hope because she was ð©.
