"What are you doing?" I look over to Hope we are on our way to go get Aurora and I've been trying to make a spell that could turn her humanity back on if it can be turned off with a spell then I'm sure it can do the opposite.
"Writing a spell to get your humanity back on"
She hums Lizzie is in the back seat who I've told to be quiet because of their constant bickering suddenly my book is snatched out of my hand and Hope throws it out the window.
I look back with wide eyes "Hope stop the car"
She doesn't so I narrow my eyes on her "Stop the car Hope I had other spells in there"
"I'm sure you can create new ones" I glare at her and look down to her foot which is resting on the brake and gas I push down her leg and the car comes to a screeching halt I quickly bring my hand to the hand brake and pull it.
"Go get it"
"No"
"Get it now Hope"
"Why do I have to get it? if you want it so bad you get it"
I scoff and stare at her in shock "I don't feel like being left at..." I look out the window to see a bar "...peggys bar and you threw it so now go get it"
She huffs and gets out the car vamp speeding off I look back to Lizzie "You can speak"
She goes to speak probably about how this sire bond is so annoying or something like that but I cut her off "We need to get Hope's humanity back on and take her back to the school"
"No duh Sherlock"
"Give me ideas Lizzie your not much of a help except from you annoying Hope further"
"She can burn in the pits of fire hell for all I care have you forgotten about my dad"
Yes "No and once we are back I'll fix him but we need to get Aurora and fix Hope first"
"Oh what a surprise Hope comes first even when my dad is on his death bed"
I wish he would die already but I don't think Lizzie wants to hear that "the other side is created so it would be fine if he did die"
She scoffs and looks away I guess that was a wrong answer too I forgot to ask who had became the anchor for the other side I guess I'll ask later Hope returns to car and throws the book into my lap.
"What are you two talking about?"
I look to Hope with an innocent smile "Just how amazing you are"
"That's a lie since Lizzie would never give me a compliment" she starts the car and begins to drive
"At she hasn't lost her sense" Lizzie tells us
I smirk and look at Hope "Oh that can't stand..." I look at Lizzie "...Lizzie tell Hope how smart, funny and beautiful she is"
I smirk when Lizzie looks at me with a glare she grits her teeth "Hope you are smart funny and beautiful"
I chuckle gently and look to Hope has a genuine smirk on her face I look back to the road "Look at us we like a less heroic version of the three musketeers"
"Where did you learn about them? When you met them?"
My head snaps to Hope "Shut up, stop making me feel old"
"You are old though"
"Thats not the point Hope you should be more nice to me I left my precious car for you" my precious Mercedes that I've had most of time I've been back that's made me very happy and I'm sure it made the person who bought it happy too
Hope scoffs and Lizzie decides to chime into the conversation I'm guessing she's been so quiet because she's annoyed about her dad "How old are you?"
I scoff she should have stay quiet I think for a moment on how old I am and notice I missed two birthdays and another is soon coming "822 nearly 823"
"Yea you are old"
I smirk and look at Lizzie through the front mirror "Yes I'm old but at least I get to look this gorgeous forever"
"You're full of yourself"
I look over to Hope and smile "You don't agree?"
She stays quiet and I smirk looking to my book and at the spell I look at it for a second it's a powerful spell and a painful one, one I'm not willing to do since it she would never be the same after it I sigh and look to Hope she looks over with a suspicious look and give her tight lipped smile and look back to the spell and thats when I realise I need to speak to the person I hate most.

I lean on the railings of the motel as I hover my thumb over the call button I can hear Aurora's screams in one of the rooms I'm guessing Hope is torturing her before she kills her.
I finally press the call button putting it to my ear after a few rings I hear her voice on the other side of the phone "Hello Ava"
"Hello I need you to do something for me"
"Of course my little witch, what is it you need?"
I sigh I hate that nickname it only brings up bad memories of the woman who was supposed to protect me "I need you to go to the Salvatore school and ask for Klaus to get Freya to work with you on a spell"
I can hear her heartbeat on the other side of the phone and it starts to quicken at the mention of Klaus "I'm not a witch anymore"
"Ok well just give Freya your grimoire"
"I can't just give her my grimoire...but ill do anything in my power to earn your forgiveness"
"Ok great I need you to make a spell that can turn on someone's humanity Freya will know why she's should be at the salvtore school"
"Okay...I was wondering if maybe you wanted to grab lunch when you back"
I let out a breath maybe one lunch wouldn't hurt and it seems I need some sort of closure and explanation of why she would let that vile man do what he did to me.
"I'll decide when I get back"
"Really? I mean not that I'm not grateful-" I stop her ramble by ending the phone call ill make sure I'm making the right decision by meeting her when I get back and see a spell to get Hope to turn her humanity back on.
I end the call and look around and see Hope walk out of the motel room once she spots me she narrows her eyes and I smirk as I go over to her attire has changed complete and she now matches my height with these heels and I feel like bad person but I like it.
"Enjoying torturing her?"
"Yes actually but I need help making one of the daggers you are so fond of"
I lean against the rail in thought I did use one of them when my humanity is off but ill forever regret especially since I used it on the father of the woman I love "I didn't make it"
"Oh yes your minion did either way you have knowledge of them so if you want to get this done quicker come help me"
I sigh and follow her into the joining room of the one she was just torturing Aurora in I go to sit down on the bed but decide against it since I've heard stories very distributing stories of motel rooms and beds.
"Maybe we can find out what the knife I got from Vardemus does"
"After I've done this and she has been through a bit more pain"
I roll my eyes and use a spell and the book she was reading is in my hand I vamp speed through the book and stop on a page she could use "This one you just need something to use the spell on"
She walks over and looks over my shoulder at the spell "Was that so hard?"
"A bit yes these spells are dangerous and when you turn your humanity back on then you will regret using them"
she quickly vamp speeds around and grabs the ceiling circle which is probably not called a ceiling circle and fiddles with it until she holds it up for me to see and I can confirm it does look like a mini torture device "Stop being a baby she deserves it"
"Does she though? What has she done apart from suffering at the hands of your father she getting revenge for what has been done to her... Does this sound familiar?"
She scoffs and goes to walk out but I use a spell to stop her "She's done exactly what I did and instead of using your family as something to hurt Klaus she used you"
"And that's where she made her mistake"
"Really because as I see it you've turned off your humanity you've become reckless and foolish if your family, you and Klaus can forgive me for something ten times worse than what Aurora did then you can forgive Aurora"
I let the spell down and her arms drop to her side she stands still for a moment I watch the back of her head as she thinks then she carries on walking through the door.

I quickly go to the car and grab the knife as much as I'm against using people as test bunnies I'm more invested in finding out about what this strangely familiar knife does I turn around and see Lizzie speed walking towards me I sign and pocket the knife.
"What do you want Lizzie?"
"She's up there torturing her and you're just going to let her"
I turn and close the boot of the car and turn back to face her "What do you want me to do she wants answers Aurora won't tell her and she thinks torture is the best way to get them"
"Seriously you're stronger than her just snap her neck and let's go back to the school and we could just do a less painful option such as a head dive on Aurora but she chooses the painful way"
"Once Hopes got her answers we are leaving and Aurora is too strong for you to do a head dive"
"She not stronger than you just convince Hope to do the head dive and let's go"
I scoff and start walking luckily nobody is around "Oh yeah let me go convince no humanity Hope to let me do a head dive instead of taking revenge on Aurora for stealing her body and where id be completely defenceless on the outside world... I trust Hope but I don't trust no humanity Hope"
"I can protect you"
I laugh out loud as powerful as Lizzie is she's a newly transformed vampire and her witch side is less powerful than Hopes "What a great idea then you would end up dead first let Hope do what she is doing then we are going back to the school"
After I few seconds Lizzie stops me "What are you doing with that knife?"
"I don't know yet I think it's the only way to save Aurora's life I think it will trap her soul inside the stone at least that's what the phoenix sword does"
"There was a lot of I thinks in that sentence"
"Vardemus says this is a remake of the Phoenix sword but I'm not sure if it is but if it is then Aurora lives"
"So you're just going to go in there and stab her with a weird knife you don't even know what it does"
I shrug there's a possibility it will go bad but if Vardemus thought it was a phoenix sword then it definitely will have similarities to it and I can't think of another way to get Aurora out of Hope's grip without hurting Hope and that's not an option for me.
I continue walking until I reach the room Hope and Aurora are in I could hear Aurora's screams before I even reach the room.
I open the door and Hope is standing over her with the torture device in Aurora's chest as she cries out "Thats enough"
"It's not nearly enough"
I scoff I use magic to stop the device and it comes out of her chest and drops to the floor Aurora's chest begins to heal "Kill her or let's go"
"Without using your mysterious knife?"
Hope grabs it from me and stabs it into Aurora's chest the stone in the sword shines brighter and Aurora's eyes close I can hear her heart no longer beating and her body turns grey I grab the knife out of her chest and she stays still.
"Well that was interesting"
"Can you just be quiet for once"
I look at the knife as I took it out the light dimmers and goes back to the yellow it once was the phoenix stone was red so this can't be it now I feel bad for letting it be stabbed into Aurora just because of my curiosity.
"It's done we are going back to the Salvatore school"
