26 years later:
"Eli, where are you?" I can hear his tiny heartbeat quicken at my words I walk closer to the sound "Once I find you I'm going to eat you up" I say the last bit dramatically and I find the source of the heartbeat I raise my hand to the door handle and wait few seconds I rip the door open ready to attack but find nothing there my face turns into a confused one
I feel a weight jump onto my back "Ha! I got you" I feel a small rubber dagger hit me over and over and grab him from my back and hold him up I take the rubber dagger away from him after it's took 20 years for me to get over Andrea's birth and I finally decided to have a child and he is beautiful as his mothers.
"How did you do that? Hmm? Has Freya been teaching you new spells"
She nods excitedly "An illusion spell and a masking spell"
"Well I'm glad you're using it to good use" I throw him in the air and he giggles I put him on to my hip and walk through the halls of our house to the kitchen where I spot the love of my life I kiss her on the cheek "Hello love"
"Gross" I look over to Andrea who's sitting at the dining table and put Eli down and walk over to her I grab her and kiss her on both cheeks she giggles at every kiss "Good morning little one"
I let go of her "I'm not little anymore"
"To me, you will always be little"
She frowns and I smile as I walk back over to Hope as Eli joins the table "You should stop annoying her"
"I will stop when she can beat me in a fight then she will not be little anymore" Andrea transition about when she was 25 she was in a car crash which killed her friends and her and I'm just hoping that it doesn't happen so terribly for Eli.
Hope glares at me and I hold up my hands in surrender "A friendly fight" I wrap my arms around her waist and see her cooking French toast I smile it's my favourite ever since Hope introduced me to it.
"You know I love you"
"I love you too"
I hear someone knock and come in so I let go of Hope and walk out of the kitchen to see Nik "Hello Ava"
"Hello Nik"
"Where are my grandchildren" I smile and we walk through the hslls to the kitchen "Littest wolf" Nik greets Hope and they share a hug we hear a squeal as Eli jumps out of his seat
"Grandpa Nik!" He runs over and Nik lifts him up and places him on his hip "oh the grandchild that actually loves me enough to greet me"
He says directing his attention over to Andrea who's still sitting at the table "We see you every day that much excitement isn't needed"
He fakes a gasp and puts a hand to his heart "You had a whole weekend without me now you get to be in my presence again"
"How unlucky" she mutters eat in the rest of her food
"I heard that"
"You was meant to"
I chuckle lightly "Hurry up little one I'm sure if you are still hungry then Nik can buy you whatever you want"
I smirk as I look over to Nik who has narrow eyes the last time I said that they went on a shopping spree Andrea gets up and grabs her bag and gives me and Hope a kiss on my cheek
"Goodbye mother, mummy," Eli says in Nik's arms I kiss him on the head
"Goodbye little warrior"
Hope follows them out and I grab some food and sit down at the dining table I take a bite and sigh happily I'll never get tired of Hopes cooking.
After a few minutes she walks back in walking over to me and sitting down on my lap I wrap my arms around her "I'm so glad I found you in that coffin"
I chuckle lightly and grab my fork breaking off a piece of French toast and holding it to her "And I'm glad you found me"
She takes the food from the fork chewing after she finished she looks to me "I'm also glad that we achieved your white picked fence dream"
"Not yet actually we don't have a dog"
"We aren't getting a dog"
I smile and bring her lips to mine when I pull back she's looking at me lovingly and I know my face matches hers
"I love you"
I raise an eyebrow "Always and forever?"
She smiles and I match her smile "Alwyas and forever"
The end
This is where Hope and Ava's story comes to an end I absolutely adore all that's supported this story.
I'm happy that I could write a story where Hope gets her happy ending even though it didn't exactly end like that in the series.
