We all are sitting in the hall for an assembly Hope as usual is sat next to me with a hand on my leg which is covered by my hand Alaric standing at the podium about to begin his speech.
"Given recent events, some students have expressed concern that I am not allowing you to have a say in the decisions that affect your future. And I agree. If you are expected to abide by this school's policies, it's only fair that you have a voice in how those rules are made. So, I am forming an honor council. One vampire, one witch and one werewolf, each elected by their peers. Along with our school counselor Emma, whose vote will represent the younger students" it's a good idea but what about me and Hope. I look over to Hope and to see her looking at me
"You should convince Alaric to let you on the council" I whisper to her and she raises an eyebrow confused "We don't fit in to any of those categories I definitely don't want someone who doesn't understand my feelings making my decisions" she nods and smiles
"I'll speak with him"

Im in the library studying when Hope comes up to to me frustrated I frown.
"Hey did you convince Alaric?" She nodded "So why aren't you happy?"
She sighs "I have to test Landon to see if he can stay here or not you coming with me" she grabs my arm and I just about grab the book I was reading. I disconnect Hopes hand from my arm and hold her hand as we walk to Alarics office.
"What are you two doing here?" Landon says as we enter the office
"Dr. Saltzman wanted me to administer your tests, starting with some weird mystical blood analysis"
"I'm just here to enjoy this failure"
"No" he says blankly
"Excuse me?"
"No. These tests determine whether or not I get to stay at the school, right? There is no way I'm putting my future in your hands; you're biased and you who hasn't liked me since I the church" I roll my eyes
"I'm not biased" Hope defends "and I'm not here to test you so my dislike of you doesn't effect the test" I smile at him and he just rolls his eyes and directs his attention back to Hope.
"Besides, neither of us has a choice. Believe me, this is not how I would choose to spend my day, either"
"See? Biased"
"Landon. Last thing that you told me was that you wanted to find answers about who or what you are. I want those answers, too. So let's just get through this"

Me and hope are both currently watching Landon fail terribly at trying to grab this ribbon off the tree Hope seems unamused but I'm definitely amused by this.
"Okay this is impossible" Landon huffs as he walks over to us Hope gives me a look and I understand quickly what she meant so I vamp speed up the tree and sit on the branch as I untie it and jump back down "That was kinda fun" I say with a smile as I pass Hope the ribbon
"Whatever what's next?"
"Pick up this log" he goes over and struggles to pick up the log barley even lifting it an inch off the ground "You can stop" Hope says to stop his miserable attempt.
"Okay next do a handstand" Landon gets into position after a couple tries he gets into a handstand "Okay im doing it what now?"
"Hold it 10 minutes" at that he falls to the ground I chuckle lightly he gets up clearly frustrated and glares at me
"I'd like to see you try" I laugh at his boldness "Landon, buddy I think I proved my point earlier" he huffs and looks at Hope "What's next?"
"Next? You failed the vertical climb, the long jump, and you straight-up refused
to swim across the lake" she says while looking at him in disbelief
"Yeah, well, excuse the foster kid for never having swim lessons. Look, I might suck at-at...everything, apparently, but I only have to pass one test to stay, so I'm not giving up yet"
" I'm 100% sure you won't pass anything" I say as I smirk at him and he steps closer with a glare "I don't know what your problem is but-"
"But what you will talk me to death" I pause and smirk at him and it seems to annoy him even more "You know Landon you shouldn't make powerful enemies by making empty threats"
"Ok stop it" Hope steps in between us and I give her a loving smile "Of course love" I see Landon grimace at 'love' out the corner of my eye
"How's it going?" We turn around to see Emma walk up to us
"Landon was about to run sprints to the lake and back" once Hope says that he runs off.
"What are your testing for exactly?"
"His ability to get away from us as quickly as possible. If he's gonna stay in this school, it's a must" i chuckle lightly and Emma looks at me "I'm guessing your enjoying this?"
"Yes it's quite funny watching Landon fail" she frowns " It takes a lot of hatred to see someone fail and enjoy it" I blink a couple of times in surprise " I wouldn't say I hate Landon"
"Maybe not but you have hatred in your heart and your directing it towards Landon and I think I know why" she looks to Hope who seems to be analysing my reaction "If you like we could have sessions"
"Yea no thanks" I say as quickly as possible I look over to Hope "Enjoy the lessons I'll be in the library" I walk off in disbelief maybe she's right? Penelope spots me and walks over "Hey what's up? I heard your dating Mikaelson"
"Yep and going to my room I'll see you later?" I go to walk off but she stops me
"What faction are you voting in? if it's witch's vote for Josie?"
"Yea sure Josie deserves it" she gives me a smile and I return it and walk to my room I go my desk and pull out a bracelet I intend on giving to Hope it's a gold bracelet with a star charm on it I wanted to give it her on our first date while watching the stars I've also added a spell to it which is a location spell whenever she presses the charm just in case shes is ever in danger or needs me.

I'm sat with Hope watching as everyone gets the last of votes in I've voted for Josie which I'm kinda feeling guilty about since I passed their room earlier and Lizzie was practicing her victory speech It's their birthday soon so I'll have to figure out a present to ease my guilty conscience.
"Voting is now closed let's get started. The werewolf representative will be...Rafael" the wolfs start cheering for their new alpha.
"All right, settle down. Thank you. Next up... The vampire representative will be... Kaleb." I see Mg stand up but sit down once Kalebs name is called it's kinda sad to see but he seems to brush it off as the vampires cheer around him.
"All right, guys. Settle down! Thank you. And the witch representative will be... Josie. Thank you all for voting. And congratulations to our newly elected representatives." It's nice to hear Josie won but Lizzies face is just as shocked as hers.
Hope stands up and Landon walks over I give them privacy after what Emma said this morning I can't help but believe her because it made sense I say goodbye to Hope and walk to our room. Decide that I'm gonna take Hope to the dock tonight and give her the gift I'll take her to mystic grill first if it not too late. After a while she doesn't come back the mystic grill should be still open so I can at get her a milkshake at least.
I get there and order her favourite and a Oreo milkshake for me and once I get it I debate getting another drink since I haven't fed since Hope told me not to but don't since it will probably make her mad or disappointed I reach the school and send Hope a message with a spell "meet me at the dock -Ava" I grab the bracelet and walk to to dock and sit down. After a while I hear her foot steps I turn to the sound and smile when she reaches me.
"Hey" she smiles back and sits down next to me with our shoulder brushing "hey" I look at her and she looks even more beautiful under the moonlight.
"Here I got you this I wanted our first date to be at mystic grill so I just brought it to you" I pass her the milkshake
"Thank you so this is our first date?" I smirk
"Yea I wanted it to be better but I got impatient so milkshakes and stargazing it is"
"No It's perfect" she smiles "Before I ask you about the council meeting I wanted to give you something" I reach into my pocket and pull out the bracelet she looks at me wide eyed "Wow it's beautiful thank you"
I smirk "Oh this isn't for your sorry" she looks away and I can see the blush of embarrassment I laugh and she looks back at me and glares "I'm joking I'm sorry but the opportunity was there" I gently grab her wrist and she pulls it away "No I don't want it anymore" she crosses her arms I chuckle lightly and grab her wrist again
"Well you don't have a choice" I put it on her wrist and adjust it and she smiles "Thank you" and she looks like she wants to say more but doesn't "It's spelled so if you need me you can just press it and I can do a location spell and find you" she presses it and I show her my identical bracelet which now has a glowing star charm on it
"So the council meeting?" She looks from the bracelet to my eyes "We voted Landon out Im going to get him soon to take him to the bus stop" I nod my head and she continues "You can smile I know you want to" I laugh lightly
"I won't say I'm not happy but I think Emma was right I'm putting my anger onto Landon because he likes you"
"Landon doesn't like me" I give her a look "He obviously does even a blind man can see it" she laughs "You're dramatic"
"Whatever you say Mikaelson" I turn my head to the stars and my hand goes to my Nyx necklace that my mother gifted me its what keeps me immune to magic.
"What's that?" Hope asks and I look at her and shes looking at my necklace I let go of it "A story for another date?" I say with smirk and she smiles and nods her head as I stand up I reach my hand out helping her up she grabs onto my hand and I pull her to me and lean forward and give her a kiss full of love she smiles into the kiss and pulls back " I think I'm failing in love with you"
She says as she leans her forehead against my shoulder as I wrap my hands around her tighter wanting to give her everything she's ever wanted and I'm gonna give it her I'll start with bringing back the people she lost. Klaus Mikaelson, Elijah Mikaelson and Hayley marshal
