I see Jisung running towards us in a hurry. He stops in front of me, slightly panting. I hand him a bottle of water and he immediately finishes it.

"Thank you!" he says once he's done drinking. He takes a deep breath before giving me a big smile. "Woah, that was exhausting."

"Why did you run? There's a cable car available as an option, you know?"

I look at a certain someone and grin. He glares at me and squeezes my hands. "Ow!"

"My bad," he says as I slap his hand away. It doesn't really sound like he means it!

Jisung eyes us. "Were you two just... holding hands?"

"Oh, that," I look down as I feel my cheeks heat up. "So I won't get lost."

"Okay..." Jisung nods and starts walking ahead, then he turns around to face us with a tight-lipped smile. "Aren't you two coming? Let's start the project now, I'm so excited."

I can't help but frown at the weird shift of behaviour. Jisung must be tired from all the running. I shrug and focus on filming the first part of the video because he can rest earlier if we finish it faster.

It's just a montage showing different views of Namsan Tower, focusing on the love locks. I know that it's such a cheesy idea but I can't really think of anything else. I've never been in love, and I don't really know how it feels except for the one that I have for my family. I'm not sure about my groupmates. I'll just ask next time.

"I think that's enough for now," I say after checking the shots.

"I think so too!" Jisung says beside me as he turns off the camera.

Minho hums in agreement as he walks over to my right side.

"I'm kinda thirsty." I purse my lips because reciting the voiceover dried up my mouth.

"Here." Minho and Jisung offer at the same time. I look at the both of them, contemplating on whose water bottle I'll take. Jisung smiles at me and points to the bottle with his lips, whilst Minho rolls his eyes and takes the cap off his water bottle.

"Just drink," Minho says and impatiently tips the water to my parted lips, giving me no choice but to drink it.

"Ack!" I cough when the water almost enters the wrong pipe. Minho's shoulders shake as he covers his mouth with the back of his hand.

"What the hell?" Jisung nudges the water bottle off.

"Yeah, you're so mean..." I frown up at him.

"My bad," Minho says as he lightly dabs a tissue on my lips.

We turn to the sound of crumpling bottles and see Jisung finishing his own water in one go, thoroughly crushing the container after. He also takes the one I drank from and crumples it too, then throws them in the recycle bin. "You're welcome," he says, looking at Minho.

Minho nods with a nonchalant smirk.

It's a good thing that my two groupmates seem to be getting along! Now I know that my grades won't end up like the one in History.

"What else should we do?" I ask.

"I'll go ahead," Minho says.

"Let's eat first, I'm starving," Jisung answers me.

"You should come too." I look at Minho.

"Fine."

Jisung tugs on my bag, dragging me along as I pull Minho with us by his sleeve.

ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

"Take it easy, Han," I remind him as he eats his cheesecake bite after bite.

"Don't mind me, Y/n. I'm starving!" he says with his mouth full of food.

I leave Jisung and his food alone because he only calls me by my name when he's really serious. On the other hand, Minho is sitting across from me as he sips on his iced americano.

"Why do you like that when it tastes so bitter?"

"Why do you like milk when it tastes so bland?"

I pout. "Someone told me that I should drink milk so I'd grow taller."

"Let me guess, it isn't working?" He chuckles as I nod sadly.

Once we're done, we leave the cafe and walk to the bus stop.

"Are you going this way too, Minho?"

"No."

"Eh? Why did you walk with us then?"

He looks away. "It's getting dark."

"You didn't have to," Jisung says and takes my bag. "I walk her home often."

"You mean to the house besides yours?"

Jisung frowns and is about to reply when his mum calls about the errand, so he excuses himself to the side.

I turn to Minho and smile up at him. "Thanks for today. Get home safely."

Minho pats my head. Our eyes widen at the same time as he seems to be as surprised as me with his actions. He retracts his hand, waving awkwardly after a pause, and then he walks away.

I only look away from Minho's retreating figure when Jisung taps my shoulder. "Huh? What is it?"

He glances at where I was looking at. "Is there something going on between you and Minho?"

"What do you mean?"

"You just seem so close and comfortable with each other..." Jisung's voice trails off as he looks down.

I scratch my nape. "To be honest, I'm the only one who keeps trying to get close to him."

"Isn't he dangerous?"

"No! Those were just rumours." I shake my head profusely. "It's a long story but he saved me from trouble. Now that I know that he isn't a bad guy, I want to get to know him better. I don't know if it's because I don't have friends that I'm so adamant on pursuing him... I just really want to be friends with him."

"Does it have to be him?"

"What?"

"You can try it with me, you know? Get close, get to know better." Jisung looks at me so seriously that I almost hold my breath.

"What do you mean?"

"Uh... I mean, um, we're friends!"

"We are?"

He chuckles. "Have I only been your neighbour all this time?"

"We never really hang outside of class, aside from going home together. Well, you were over last time for the essays."

"Friends do that!"

We giggle together as we board the bus, sitting beside each other.

"You know I'm just always next door, right?" he suddenly asks.

"I know."

Jisung smiles at me and I can't help but smile back. I rest my head against the window to watch the city lights scatter across the streets like stars, my heart fluttering with happiness.
