“Of course,” I said without hesitation.

Jing Tian nodded, “It’s the same principle. Do you get it now?”

I nodded. I supposed I did understand it better.

“But how am I supposed to send Lu Yan to Gu Nian’s side without Ye Qian noticing?”

Jing Tian patted my shoulder. “Have Lu Yan land herself around Gu Nian, or have Gu Nian discover Lu Yan himself!”

I immediately sat up straight and snapped my fingers. I pulled Jing Tian’s face over and kissed him. “You’re so smart!”

Jing Tian was stunned for a moment before breaking into laughter.

It would be hard for Lu Yan to land herself around Gu Nian but for Gu Nian to discover Lu Yan…

I arranged for dinner with my three sisters at a Cantonese restaurant. Gu Nian loved Cantonese food, and it was not that difficult to track his movement.

Mai Qi ate until she was full. She sighed. “Auntie Lan, coming over is not a problem but I’m afraid I’ll be so round after two months that you can’t tell I’m a human anymore.”

Auntie Lan’s eyes were full of smiles. She told Mai Qi. “Why are you afraid of that? Just eat. When you’re free, get Tong Le to be your coach. Have him prepare a set of work out for you. This is perfect. We will serve you healthy food, and it’ll help with your training and exercise. A girl has to take good care of herself from inside out.”

The three of us looked at each other.?Is the lecture about to start?

Auntie Lan continued to pile on the praise. “Tong Le is a wonderful man with a generous heart. He must be faithful in a relationship. Mai Qi, why don’t you consider being his girlfriend?”

“Pfft!” Mai Qi choked on her soup, and she coughed non-stop.

Jing Ni and I chose to watch the show.

I have to say, Auntie Lan’s eyes were really sharp.

While Auntie Bai Rui passed Mai Qi some tissues and water, Auntie Lan initiated her promoter mode. She praised Tong Le to the point where one would think he was the best man on Earth.
