Chapter 2: Part 2-At The Bakery

I am working at the French bakery at the back of the French bakery with the ovens & the machines, doing Hospitality work.

I work for 8-10 hours of doing Hospitality. This is my labour job of becoming a pastry chef & I want to be a pastry chef one day.

I know how things cost because I work as a pastry chef so I know how to budget.

I go to the French bakery at 4:00am (to start work by.) so I have to wake up at 3:00am & get ready. Then, I need to get out of the house to go to my car & I have to be in my car at 3:30am.

And while I am driving my car I put on George Michael music on, I love George Micheal he is one of my favourite singers.

On both weekends I go to work at the French bakery & I really enjoyed working at the French bakery.

I am the only young lady working at the French bakery because the other staff workers are mostly boys. I had learnt no wastage as I had heard the head-chef-boss had said to everyone in a all-staff meeting.

By one time I was walking back I bumped into a very hot tray of some brainless boy had put a very hot tray at the top of the shelf instead of putting the very hot tray at the bottom of the shelf.

I had worked very hard, I worked almost all day. I felt exhausted of all of the hard work, but I loved working with food especially I love getting my hands dirty.
