The girls sat around me on the bed waiting for me to explain.
"I guess I should start from when I left from Heros party..." The girls watched me as I was explaining. "... then King and Devil..." As I told them I couldn't look at them anymore. "..the next day I woke up on the floor to Hero.." the girls were sobbing. "...and that's why Hero freaked out last night but he will never hurt me." The girls hugged me in a tight embrace.
"Oh my goodness Mia I'm so sorry." Luna sobbed.
"I hate that we didn't go with you when you left his party." Peyton said.
"If we would of left with you then none of this would of ever happened." Brooklyn stated.
"It's ok I understand. It happened. We can't change it now. Hero has been helping me a lot. He's been there when he didn't have to. He doesn't want to see me hurt and that's why he was mad last night. Not at me but at the danger I could of been in."
"We're so stupid we should of never talked you into going out." Peyton.
"It's ok none of you knew. I thought it would be better if y'all didn't know."
"We have to go apologize to H." They said getting out of the bed.
When I opened the door Hero seen my tear stained face and pulled me into his embrace.
"Hero we are so sorry. We didn't know." Brooklyn said.
"I know it's ok."
"Thank you so much for helping Mia."
"I'm more then happy to help and take care of Mia." He said kissing my head.
"Do you forgiven us for being jerks towards you?" Peyton asked.
"Of course."
"So mafia boss huh?" Luna said out of the blue which caused us all to let out small laughs.

The next day Hero took the day off from his businesses to spend it with me. It was the best day ever. We went out for breakfast and lunch then went on a walk on he board way. Afterwards we went home and made love. I love him with all of my heart.
"Wake up love." I heard Hero say. I turned over giving him a smile.
"Baby it's almost night time. You want to go again?" I asked while I rubbed his back smirking.
He smiled. "I would love to Mia but we're going to be late."
"What do you have planned mister?"
" It's a surprise. I have something for you to wear in the bathroom already. "
"Ok ok but I expect some loving when we get back."
He smirked while leaning in to kiss me."I love you Mia."
I stepped in the bathroom as he went into the living room. My eyes widen at the sight. There hanging up on the wall was the most gorgeous dress with matching heels under it. Must be an important business dinner.
I took a shower, got dressed, fixed my hair and make up. As I walked into the living room I seen the guys talking to Hero.
"Is everything set?" Hero asked not noticing me behind him.
"Yeah H we already checked with the..." Kj stopped seeing me.
Hero turned around to see why Kj stopped talking. He seen me and his eyes changed as his jaw dropped slightly and he stood there staring. He slowly look me from head to toe then made his way back up. I faked a cough and his eyes quickly went to meet mine.
"You look..." He said stepping in front of me. " Wow. "
I blushed looking down. "Thank you. You dress up very handsomely yourself."
He was wearing a nice three piece black tux with a black dress shirt under it. We stood there staring at each other.
"Hmmm hmmm." Jordan coughed breaking our eye contact. "Sorry love birds but did you still want to go out?"
Hero smiled at me "Yes we do. Shall we?" He said holding his arm out for me.
I wrapped my hand around the bend in his arm."We shall."

We pulled up to a nice expensive restaurant. Hero held the door open and help me out before escorting me inside. The place look magical.
"Wow Hero this place look wonderful."
"I can't take my eyes off of the most wonderful person I ever seen."
I looked up at him to see him looking at me. I turned my head blushing. He turned my head back towards him gently.
"Don't hide it from me. I love it when you blush."
We were escorted towards a private room.
"These people must be really important." I whispered.
"There's only one important person here."
"Oh ok." I said looking around not paying attention.
We sat down. We waited awhile and I was wondering if the people were ever going to show.
"Are you hungry baby?"
"Aren't we going to wait on your company?"
He said nothing but shook his head as he made a small wave of his hand. A second later a waitress came over to take our orders. We enjoyed each others company as we ate.
"I think they stood you up." I said to Hero.
"No." He said looking at me funny.
"What? Do I have something on my face?" I asked wiping my face.
"No. I think I see Jordan and Brooklyn making out over there."
"What?" I asked while looking behind me to see all our close friends there. The girls had their phones out pointing it at us. I turned around to look at Hero but only made it half way when he was in front of me. He quickly dropped to one knee while producing a ring surprising me.
"Mia I have loved you for so long. You are smart, strong, and incredibly beautiful. You make my days brighter by just being around. I have never felt this way about anyone else. Mia will you marry me?"
I looked at him in aww as my eyes teared up. No one had ever made me feel the way he does. I love him so much.
*Mia?" Hero said breaking me out of thought.
"Yes yes." I said nodding.
He quickly put the ring on my finger while smiling and quickly brought me into his arms as he stood up.
"She said yes!" He announced.
Everyone started cheering as the rushed over to us. We enjoyed the rest of our night and went home. I was so excited to become Heros future wife. Some guards were waiting outside our building as we arrived. As soon as we made it in the door we were on each other. As we stripped out each others clothes he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. We were making out as he carried me into our room. A few minutes after we got started I heard a loud noise.
"What was that?" I asked causing Hero to pause. We sat there for a moment but heard nothing so we started again.
As soon as the door burst open Hero leaned over to grab his gun from the side table.
"I wouldn't do that little cousin." That voice. I haven't heard it in months. My whole body froze. "Before you can swing it my way I'll have already shot Mia." I shivered.
"You know the fathers will have your head King." Hero said turning toward him but still covering me.
"Only if I shoot you dear cousin. Mia here is not family. I could shoot her and nothing would happen. They would never allow a war between us over her and you know that already."
"What do you want King?" Hero asked aggravated.
"The only reason I came back was to get Mia of course."
"Why me?"
"Oh I see you have gotten brave now." King said looking at me making me shrink back.
"Leave her alone." Hero ordered.
"Enough of this chit chat I have things to do. Mia you have one minute to get something on or not. I'd prefer you like you are."
"She's not going anywhere with you."
"Oh but she is. Mia here is the perfect woman for what I need. She's a perfect leader and once I'm done with her people will respect and fear who is she. Except me of course. Once she gets pregnant with my heir no one will dare touch her. She will become the perfect mafia queen after much needed training. You do remember our training sessions right baby girl?"
My whole body shivered when he called me that remembering the nights he would train me. Those nights I wondered as if I was going to die or not at his hands.
"Get to moving baby girl we don't have much time."
"Mia you stay where you are."
"I'll kill everyone you love, your friends, your mom.." When he said that I grabbed a nighty out of the side table and started slipping it on while my bottom half was still under the covers. "I can't let them get hurt." I whispered but Hero heard me.
"You bastard!" Hero shouted as he tried to go for King.
Two men quickly grabbed Hero forcing him to stop. Another one came up and hit him in the head with the end of his gun resulting in Heros body falling down.
"No!" I cried as I seen him not moving and tried to run to him.
King caught me in his arms to stop me. I started struggling.
"You killed him?!"
"Stop it. He's fine he's just knocked out. Stop struggling."
"No let me go!" I shouted.
"Shawn bring it to me." King ordered still holding onto my struggling form. "You have been very disobedient baby girl." I seen the Shawn guy bringing over a syringe as King moved me to hold me tightly with one of his arms. I still couldn't get lose "Talking back, fighting back, and yelling at me." He stated grabbing the syringe from Shawn.
"No no no please." I cried before I felt the pinch in the side of my neck.
"Don't worry baby girl I'll help you fix it once we get to our new temporary home." King whispered before darkness took me over.
