The next day, both Shaurya and Vaishali got ready for their offices. They came downstairs and found dadu, Ayesha, Harshit and Anushka already sitting by the dinning table waiting for them.They came and sat on their respective seats while the servant started serving them their breakfast.None of them said anything instead silently had their breakfast. After they were done Shaurya was the first one to stood up. He walked towards the main doorShaurya: Dadu...I'm leaving...see you in the evening.Dadu: okay beta...but wait let Vaishali beta finish her breakfast after that you go.Shaurya: I know dadu...I mean I'll wait for her in the car. Vaishali come fast Vaishali: okay!Harshit was just observing them but did not dare to say anything due to Shaurya's fear. Anushka who was sitting opposite to Harshit saw him constantly staring at Vaishali which made her a little irritated as well as insecure.So to grab his attention towards her she cleared her throat alarming him that she was also present here.Harshit quickly shifted his gaze towards Anushka who was already watching him with a cold expression.Here Shaurya already left while Vaishali was on the verge of leaving when Ayesha said Ash: bhabhi slowly...there is no hurry.Vaishali: Yes Ash...She finished her breakfast and taking dadu's blessings left for office.After she was gone, Ash also stood up from the chair and said Ash: Dadu I'm also going...see you later.Suddenly Harshit stopped her asking Harshit: Ash why are you going separately? You could have gone along with them..Ash: Actually bhaiya I want to give them some space. As you know they are newly married couple so it's obvious they want some time together so that's why Im not disturbing them and moreover I always go separately only. I never took lift from Shaurya bhaiya though he is my brother but in office he is my boss and I'll have to maintain the decorum.Harshit: Hmm...He felt a little jealous hearing this. Though he has nothing to do with Vaishali now but still he somewhere had some kind of insecurity watching Vaishali with some other man who is none other then his younger brother.After Ash left Harshit decided to ask dadu about Vaishali so he said Harshit: Dadu if you don't mind can I ask you something?Dadu: yes sure Harshit: Where did you meet Vaishali and how did she landed up being Shaurya's wife?Dadu: Actually Vaishali was the employee of our company as well as she is also Ayesha's bestfriend. And we met her through Ayesha only.He started narrating the whole incident starting from Vaishali's arrival in this town till the unexpected marriage which happened few days ago.Dadu: I feel so sorry for that poor girl...she had to face so much in her life at this age.Anushka: Why what happened?Dadu: Actually before coming here in this town she had to face lots of ups and downs in her life. She was already married to some guy who left her the next day after the marriage thus breaking her trust and due to that she even had to loose her dear ones.Harshit: what do you mean?Dadu told him about Vaishali's escape from her father and family but he did not revealed about her pregnancy yet.After hearing this Harshit's face became dull because he knows who is that guy who ditched Vaishali and it was none other then he himself. A sudden feeling of guilt started erupting in Harshit's heart. He felt really bad for his past deeds. He thought in his mind Harshit: How can I be so mean? I did not ever imagined that something like that would happen to her and if I would have known about it I wouldn definitely not made this mistake. Now I'm feeling like killing myself. What did I just do...o god..Anushka noticed Harshit's expression which expressed that he was feeling guilty and due to that she too started developing a kind of doubt for Harshit because from the time he met Vaishali he was behaving strangely and due to that he did not even talk to her properly  last night after the party.Anushka(in mind): Why is this Harshit behaving as if he is the one who ditched Vaishali? And what is there in this Vaishali that he is constantly watching her since yesterday? Why am I feeling that because of that Vaishali Harshit will go away from me? Why?Here on the other hand inside the car Shaurya was trying to look at Vaishali through the corner of his eyes though Vaishali was totally unaware of it.She was looking outside the window that's when Shaurya decided to ask Shaurya: Aaa.. Vaishali if you don't mind can I ask something?Vaishali: Yes sir...Shaurya: Yesterday during the party what was Harshit bhaiya doing with you?Vaishali became nervous hearing this question still she maintained a calm look and answered Vaishali: Nothing actually dadu introduced him to me so we were just taking normally.Shaurya: And why was he holding your hand?Vaishali got surpised hearing this because till now she thought that nobody noticed this but after this question she became sure that Shaurya was watching her all the time Vaishali: Aa..actually he was asking me to come along with him and enjoy the party but I denied so he was insisting me by holding my hand.Shaurya: He could have simply insisted. There was no need of him to hold you hand and that too after meeting you for just one time.Vaishali(in mind): How will I tell you sir that I did not meet him for the first time...Shaurya: Vaishali Vaishali? Are you listening to me?Vaishali: Ha..ha yes sir...I'm Shaurya: From next time if he does something like that you will not allow him anymore to touch you. Okay?Vaishali: yes sir don't worry about that.Shaurya: And yes in the afternoon after lunch we are going to the hospital so be ready for that.Vaishali: But why sir?Shaurya: For your regular checkup and also to scan whether the baby is fine or not.Vaishali: Okay sir...Shaurya: better..He did not said anything further nor she said anything in return. He continued driving while thinking in his mindShaurya(in mind): How dare this Harshit bhaiya touch my wife from now onwards I'll not even allow him to come near her...that's my promise.What do you think guys Shaurya will do now? What will be Harshit's next step? Will he confess the truth to his family? And what will Shaurya do when he will know the dark truth of his brother?
