So, here we are, at the end. This is it, we've reached the final point and the book is finally complete (I just ticked on the completed button T_T) and I can't really believe it but I'm also so happy?? Like, this feels good in a weird way.
I've wanted to complete this book for a long time now, and it's not because I don't love it, I obviously do but there's something about actually finishing a book that just really gets to you I guess and DARKSIDE man I loved writing this.
At one point, I'll be honest, it did feel like too much work but when I'd planned it out entirely I'd been so excited to watch it get complete and now is the day. After years, now is the day holy-
To let you in on a lil backstory, DARKSIDE was kinda supposed to be a highschool teen-fic but I guess I knew that I didn't want any of that XD and it was the right choice I now realised. I'd been conflicted a lot between writing this, thinking if this was going right or not or if it was even remotely good but I now know that whether the starting May have been a bit over the place, the later chapters came out really well if I do say so myself ':)
So, yes, the book's name is based on the Alan Walker song Darkside, and the theme is based on the book 'On The Face of It' (that book really hit a nerve I don't even know why - I'm lying, I know exactly which line hit me) so that's about it, I guess.
Anyways, there's been a couple loyal readers who I'm really really thankful for, you guys had me going, honestly, I love y'all so much you guys mean the world and I appreciate you and I just hope I will always remember you.

ALSO!! I will be putting out another book!! It's gonna be a short story (emphasis on the short) and it's gxg so if you're interested, do look out for that!! I have a lot more ideas planned and I'm also kinda sorta planning a BTS fanfic with a friend of mine?? But that's gonna take a lot of time I think so that's that (I'm kinda obsessed with the plot btw, just saying).
