Xavier's POV-"Letty was the one who called me and asked me to come and meet her. She said she can give me money." Richard said. The blood had stopped running from his thigh. It was banded. He was getting treatment but not anything to relieve the pain."What did she talked to you?" Ben asked.Ben was doing the talking because I didn't want to stand and see him talk to me. It seemed childish but that's how I was feeling. Lucas just wanted to kill that bastard so only Ben was left in the room who could ask him all the information. I and Lucas were standing behind."She told me that a gangster had my wife captive. She thought that I would be worried. I said if she has something worth hearing then tell me." Richard chuckled. This guy really has some serious issues with his head. He knows where he is and still and the audacity to laugh.I could see Ben and Lucas both were controlling themselves from killing him."She told me that she will help me pay my loans and even give me more money if only I handed my lovely wife to her." He took a breath and continued. "I asked her what she wants from my wife, then she told me that my wife has a very special relationship with your boss. I agreed to help her." He said and the whole room was quiet."I just asked her to keep Isabelle for some days with me. She agreed. We decided to meet on 28th but before that, you guys came." Richard said.I don't understand why he is talking so willingly. He is a psycho, he surely up to something."She is my wife but seeing how many guys are here to kill me, I can see she didn't fucked only the boss but she opened her legs for you guys too." That bastard said chuckling again.Ben, who had kept his calm for so long, punched him in the face. I was halfway to do the same but Ben stopped me."Boss, no, there is no need to kill him just because of his childish mistake. He is very useful for us. Beating a punching bag is not that fun than beating a bastard like him." Ben told me. I had a feeling that he said this after thinking of a plan. We all have different abilities, Ben is the one who is good with mind games. I nodded at him and went out of the room. Lucas followed me. After 10 or more minutes Ben came out and said the words no one of us wanted to hear."We can't kill that bastard." "What the F**k are you saying? He will die here." Lucas roared at him."Lucas, we are going back home. Ben will explain everything. He also knows how serious this matter is." I calmed Lucas.*********We all reached home. Ben was the one who told one of our members to take good care of Richard and especially his face. I went to look for Evangeline. She was sleeping in one of the spare rooms with Leah. Chase was sleeping on a couch there.It was past 10 at night.  We all entered the office. Ben asked Anita to join us too. No one had any idea what he wanted to tell us. Ben stood in front of us."He can not die there.""We get it but why?""When he was talking, one thinks that struck my mind was that he was regularly saying my wife, my wife. That is the issue. Bella is still his wife."Everyone went quiet. He was right. Isabelle was still his wife, we have to do this legally."But we can make him sign the divorce paper. Problem solved." Lucas said."It's not that easy. The divorce process takes 4 to 6 months." Anita added. Ben nodded."6 months? This is bullshit." Lucas said."We can not wait for that long. The court gives the order to husband and wife to stay under one roof for 6 months and then if they still want divorce only then they get a divorce. It changes with circumstances.""You know, it is not possible so just tell us some other solution." I said."We have to make him confess in front of a policeman. We will provide evidence of his physical abuse." Ben suggested."I will never allow Isabelle to go anywhere to prove anything." I told him."I don't want her to go anywhere near that bastard either. We just need her medical reports and his confession. Then we don't have to kill him and the divorce will be given without any problem." "Why can't we just kill him?""We should not forget that Bella and Eva are related to him. If anyone tried to find about him then they will get involved. Especially Eva, when she will be older and asked about her father then who will tell her that he was killed by us. If he gets a proper punishment then they both will be totally free from him." Ben explained. Now I could see his point. We should think about the future too.Everyone agreed with him in silence. We all were in our own thoughts when we heard a scream.IsabelleI ran towards her room. As I entered her room, she was twisting and turning in her bed. She was continually screaming. Her screams were so full of pain. Then she screamed my name. The desperation was clear in it. She was begging for me to come and save me. But I didn't reach her on time.I halted by the door. I could not get inside. I didn't have any right to enter her room. To see if she was fine. I could just feel the pure agony.
