Xavier's POV-It's been two days since she woke up that night. That night I stayed outside her room for the whole night. I heard her crying, till dawn. After I was sure that she was sleeping, I went out of the house, to my office. I was in the office for two days. I haven't gone back home yet.Anita told me that Isabelle was keeping herself locked in her room. She didn't let, even Eva come near her.I have been working continuously to distract myself and how to deal with a bastard.Right now I have two files in my hand. After working day and night for two days, now I could at least stand in front of her. "Boss, you should go home now. Richard is in jail and won't be coming out for his whole life and you have the divorce paper with his signature on it. I think you should give this news to Bella. Maybe that will assure her a little." Said Ben.Richard is in prison right now. The police headquarters of Mexico knows of me very well. I have helped them many times so this time I asked for a favor, they were more than ready to help. "I want to but... I still can't think of words to apologize to her. I don't know if she will want to see me or not." I told the truth."You are thinking too much." Said Lucas. He was standing at the door as usual guarding it."I send her with that monster of a husband. What do you expect her to feel right now? I would hate myself too if I would be her." I said"But that's the thing. She is not you. I know she is very hurt but I don't think so that she blams you for that." Ben tried to reason me."I don't know." I looked at the files."We have to plan for the hospital in Italy. We finally get the deal." I told them.My phone started ringing. "Yes""Boss, someone helped Richard to escape from the prison." My man said."What the hell, how could that be possible? He was in a secular jail." I shouted.Hearing that both Ben and Lucas came closer to my desk."Boss, I don't know about it yet but someone from the inside called me. I am informing directly." He said."Find out where he is and who helped him?" I ordered him."What?" Asked Lucas."Richard escaped the prison." I informed them."Who could be helping him? He was always on the run. He took from all his friends so they would not be the one helping him." Said Ben."Letty""Letty" I and Lucas both said together. Only she is the one who was in touch with him recently."But the question is why?" Lucas asked."That is what we have to find out."--------------It was 5 in the evening when I received a call from the police chief. He informed me that the Eagle gang is behind all of this situation.I was still on the phone with the police chief when Ohio received a call too.I couldn't think of the matter but he looked worried."Chief Bill, thanks for informing me. I will handle it on my own." With that, I hung up the phone."What happened Ohio?" I asked. "Richard is found dead near the highway. And some cars are going towards the house." Ohio replied.I stood up and we all exit my office. I called Lucas."I had all the men on alert. I already called the members, who are out in the city. You just need to come ASAP. I don't want them to get any near the house. " Lucas said all this without me saying anything."I am on my way. You just... Just take care of them. They h" I said. "That's obvious." Lucas said and hung up.My heart was pounding in my chest. I know that my men can hold them up until I reach there but still I just need to be there.-----------------When I reached there, I saw no evidence of any fight break out.What is the matter?"Why there is no sound of gun firing or fist fighting?" Ben asked the same question, that I was thinking."No idea." I was very nervous. Did something bad happen? I had no clue. I drove fast into the house gate. I entered the house. All of the men were in their respective places. Only Lucas, Mark and Anita was standing in the hall. "What happened?" I asked."They just left. They threw one of our man's body out of their car and drove back." Lucas answered."They are trying to cross the territory." Ben said."We need to put them in place." Mark commented."No" I said."Why?" All of them asked together."We got the Hospital deal. I had done this to take my people out of this life but if we did something like this, we may loose this contract and the only chance for everyone to live a civil life with their families. I won't let that happen." I told them."Do you think, with Eagle gang on our back, you will ever achieve this goal?" Asked Anita.She is right. Letty will surely create trouble in one way on another."I will take them down," Mark said."No, I can do better here. You and Ohio should go to Italy with the boss." Said Lucas."Am I not allowed to enter in this?" Ben asked."No." Both Lucas and Mark yelled at him. Ben already knew the answer. He is the youngest of all of us we will never let him take a task that dangerous."No one of you will stay back. I will take down myself." I said."Then Hospital?" Ben asked. "Mark will take care of that. Ohio will help him. Ben, you will go too." I told them."No, I won't leave you here alone." Mark said."You will lead the construction and progress there. Ohio, help him take the correct decision. Mark, the fate of our people depends on you." I said."What about Bella and Eva?" Asked Anita.I don't know. I don't know what should I do.I didn't realize that I was walking towards her room until I was standing in front of it. I knocked but she didn't reply. I entered after a few seconds. She was standing by the window. She turned to look at me. The look on her face... I could not explain it. She didn't make any move so I went up to her. She was continuously looking into my eyes. I felt like I could breathe again. It felt like an eternity that she is this close to me. Every cell of my body itching to take her in my arms or touch her in some way. I gave in to my desire and took her in my arms. She didn't fight it. Instead, she hugged me harder. My one hand was behind her head and the other was on her back. It felt so long ago that I felt this warmth of her body. I felt that she was crying. I let her cry on my shoulder. I was not there for her the first time but this time I won't let her cry and suffer alone. She needs to know that the biggest burden of her life is gone forever. But I could not understand how someone tells these things. So I took the front door and told her directly."He is dead," I said.I felt her stood still, not even breathing. She backed away from me and looked at me. "After signing the divorce paper, he was sent to jail. But someone made hi flee and them kill him." I told her. She looked at me with her innocent beautiful eyes. The question in them was clear. "No, it was not me. I planned to punish him through law." I answered her unasked question.She looked down. She was quiet."I don't feel anything after hearing this. Not happy or sad." She said. I didn't expect her to feel sad for him but she is a very good person, so she could not feel happy about his death. So I can understand her neutral feeling. "Is he really out of our life for good?" She asked holding the front of my shirt. I nodded. She sighed and put her head on my chest.I didn't tell her about sending her and Eva away. I could not bring myself to ruin this moment.I will tell her tomorrow, for sure.I promised to myself. --------------Hello...
