48.Reunion

"God Bell! you're literally making me lose my weight. I can't hold this heavy bags." I winced like a child and scrunch my face looking at the shopping bags.

"It wouldn't hurt to shop for the last time. Let's chill and enjoy the last moment in this beautiful place while we do some shopping." Bell had said that for the nth time and still she wasn't tired of it.

"We would get late for the flight Bell. You have done enough shopping." I yelled at her when she was busy looking at the five inch stilettos.

"I still have a lot more to shop so you can also look for something you want. And talking about the flight your hubby will send us his private jet if he had to, wouldn't he?" Bell said with a smirk and told the sales girl to pack the stilettos.

"He would be pissed if I don't get there in time." I muttered rolling my eyes and she chuckled in response.

"Oh! I have forgotten the main purpose of this shopping trip. Let's go there." Bell pointed towards lovely secrets and dragged me to the shop.

"Bell! I don't need new bra and panties. I have enough." I groan at Bell when she was looking at the section of my size.

"Choco! You need to buy some lingerie and thongs. I know your hubby will go crazy when he sees you in it." Bell ignored my glares and continue looking at the lingerie.

Ever since I had told her that Shaub had once got a peek of my lacy panty while were video chatting, she was adamant about Shaub's having wet dreams about me.

It happened accidentally when I was sitting crossed legged forgetting that I was wearing a sun dress and when I had looked up at him he gave me a heated look and my suspicion was confirmed.

So to fulfil his so called fantasy she wanted me to wear whatever she is buying at the moment. I wouldn't deny that Shaub is sexy and hot but I don't know whether he finds me sexy. It's just that he has been with so many gorgeous woman that I'm don't find myself in the list of the competitors.

He must have find me attractive otherwise he wouldn't have called five times a day. Yeah! he have video call countless times that sometimes my patients were irritated by my ring tone.

And whenever I would tell him to hung up, he would whine like a child and prolonged our conversation talking about anything and everything.

The minute I had landed here, I got a call from him and he told me that he would give me space but just for two months.

He had told me that he love me so much that it was difficult to not come here and take me back but he respects my decision. Then he flattered me by saying cheesy romantic lines and I was kind of impressed to see the efforts he was making to change my mind.

But I'm too hard headed so I stay rooted with my decision and let him do whatever he can to make up to me. He was quite a distraction on my work and I had told him to lessen the calls which he obviously denied.

Rather he send me pictures or may I say selfie captioned I miss you and so on. The experience was of a teenagers who were insanely in love with each other. And I tried to harden my heart but it has already created a space for him which was so damn hard to remove.

At last the jerk has his way into my heart.

"I know the looks he had given you when you had wore the sexy gown at Nicholas party and I also know the sexual tension between you two so don't let him wait longer." Bell gave me a encouraging smile and I don't know why but I blushed imaging about the possibilities.

"Three hours seems like a fucking three years. Can't wait to see you wrapped in my arms? Come soon love." I read the message he had send a second ago while I was blushing hard and show it to Bell who gave me a teasing look.

After groaning and yelling at Bell for a while, she finally stated that the shopping was over and we headed towards the airport. We meet with others there and the flight took off to NY.

I slept for an hour and then later Bell and I have a movie time. When the pilot announced that we're going to land my heart jump with joy and anticipation of meeting him form a huge grin on my face.

When we were walking out to the exist after collecting our luggage someone pulled me into a bone crashing hug and later kiss the life out of me. The kiss was full of love and longing.

It took me off guard for a few seconds but later I too kiss him with same passion. I forget about my surroundings and my bff for a while and when the sound of the camera flashes were heard we pull apart.

Then I look around to find the reporters capturing us and three bulky men were stopping them from reaching us.

I looked at Shaub to see him giving me an apologetic smile and he pulled me into his embrace possessively wrapping his hand on my waist and walked towards the exist. We ignored the paparazzi and I tried to hide my face by resting my head on Shaub's chest.

And Bell insists on taking the cab but Shaub gave her a lift. After dropping Bell at her apartment, I thought Shaub would drop me at my home, instead he took me to his mansion.

I asked why he was taking me there but he remained silent giving me a huge grin. So, I texted my mom that I had arrived and will come home in a while.

When he stopped the car at the mansion I was about to get out when he opened the door for me like a gentleman and we walked inside with a huge smile while holding each other hands.

"Choco! I miss you a lot." Nicho came running towards us and engulfed me in a hug till Nessy replaced his place.

"I too miss you guys a lot. Nessy! Brown look better." I said pointing towards her hair and she mumbled thank you taking us to the living area.

There I hear some familiar voices having conversations and I was surprised to see mom and dad scolding Syong in a hushed voice. Syong noticed me first and he ran towards me giving me a hug and later mom and dad too join us.

Then I find out that it was some kind of reunion of two families and I was happy to hear that dad and Syong are okay with Shaub's presence. But then I didn't miss the glare my father was giving Shaub whenever Shaub would touch me.

Also, my dad was more hard headed than me that Shaub had to chase him for the whole two months to made him forgive him and I know that my dad still has some grudge against him. And it was midday when I had arrived here so we planned to cook dinner together. As I had come back just a while ago, Nessy and mom volunteered to cook and it was nice of them as I don't know how to cook.

So, I hang out with the men and dad became protective when Shaub asked me to come with him for a while. I tried to reason out to dad but he didn't let us sneak out.

Syong gave us a teasing look and I told him to help but he back out when dad warned him reminding him about their earlier conversations. And I sulk staying with them and listened to their conversations while Shuab and me text each other like a teenagers. Well, my dad too was acting like one and being the good daughter I'm, I follow his words.

Like that the dinner time came and we gather around the dinning table with mom and Nessy joining us with the food. I sat between Shaub and Syong with Nicho at the head chair and dad at his side following mom and Nessy. We eat the dinner while chatting a little and everyone appreciates their cooking.

I frowned when I remembered about my horrible cooking and Shaub gripped  my hand reassuring me with his eyes while telling me that it's okay. I gave a huge smile to him and he too smile in returned then dad clear his throat making us to continue eating our food.

When the dinner ended I tried to volunteer to clear the table but Nessy dismisses me saying that the maid will do it and then Nicho told us to gather in the living room to have deserts while watching a movie. While I was walking towards the living room someone hold my hand and dragged me down the hallway entering a room.

"Your Dad is becoming grumpy old man." Shaub said with a distaste and closed the door.

"Shaub! He is my father and he can be grumpy. B-But today he overreacted." I frowned remembering the whole day.

"Finally, we are alone. I missed you a lot my love." Shaub wrapped his hand around my waist and leaned down to come to my level looking intensely at my eyes.

"I too miss you a lot my jerk." I cupped his cheeks with my hand and gaze at those mesmerizing deep ocean blue eyes which were shining with joy.

"Still going on with the name jerk." Shaub furrowed his eyebrow at me with a cute pout.

"Yeah! My jerk." I caress his cheek with my thumb and he pulled me more into him.

"Your jerk? Sounds great, my love." He said in the same tone as mine and I drowned deeper  in his eyes.

"I'm all yours." He gave me a sexy smile and we stay in each other embrace for a while.

And all the things he had done and told me came flashing on my mind and I recalled his voice saying "I love you."

"I love you my jerk." I voice out softly overpowering my emotions and wrapped my arms around his neck and a huge smile plastered on my face when I registered my own words.

"W-Wh...." He trailed off when he find me giving him a huge smile and then he too smile like a fool.

"I love you too my love." He said closing out the distance of our mouth and seal it with a passionate kiss.

I finally confessed to my jerk. Only mine.
