I eye the two devils suspiciously from head to toe to find anything off but they gave me a sheepish smile which creeps me out and somehow all sorts of ridiculous thoughts came into my mind.

"Why are you guys wearing the gown?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"It's what every bridesmaid wear. Choco! You need to just relax and wait till...." Bell said with hesitation but didn't complete the sentence. And she looks anxious, excited and irritated at the same time.

"Bridesmaids? Why are you wearing it?" I voiced out as I thought I was only doing the shoot but I don't get any reply.

And I looked at them to find Bell busying picking out the lipstick and Rachel was nowhere to be found.

"Are you guys selling me?" I raised my voice a little bit as Bell had ignored me a minute ago.

"Selling? You? Are you out of your mind choco? You think of us as some sort of dealers or whatever they are called them?!" Bell shakes her head with a chuckle and picked out three different shades of red lipstick from the makeup box which didn't do any good to my mood.

"Then why are you acting weird? It seems like you guys are trying to hide something from me. What if you are giving me away to some psychopath who likes to kill women in bridal attire?"I said whatever my mind was thinking at the moment.

"No. No, we're not going to do any of those things. I know you are surprised by all of this but you need to trust us."Rachel said with a chuckle and get interrupted by a girl who was holding the shoe box.

Rachel gestured the girl to place the shoes in front of me and I wear them without complaining as the shoes were perfect for the gown I was wearing.

I don't know why but I was freaking out for some unknown reason. All the impossible things were clouding on my mind and I was being dramatic.

For a moment I imagine this two women as some kind of villain who wanted to send me away from my love.

My love?

God! I need to talk with Shaub. He might know what these two are up to. I hope they wouldn't betray me.

"Bell! Where is my mobile? I need to call Shaub." I asked trying my best to look calm and cool.

"Why?" She said putting on the lipstick and did not bother to give me my mobile.

"Why? Why are you asking me that? I can call him whenever I want. So tell me where is my mobile." I said in a bitchy tone as she was completely ignoring me and how dare she asked me why I need to call him?

Geez! I don't think I'm on my period.

Before Bell could say anything or I could look for my mobile Rachel came running towards me and do the last touch up telling me that we're getting late.

I saw Bell looking for something on the chair where she was sitting and then she picked up a black object from the floor near the dressing table which seems like my mobile but she put it in her bag before I could see it clearly and she walked ahead of us ignoring me.

Different scenarios played on my mind about what the hell is going to happen and if I could really do this..this photoshoot but somehow my heart was at ease.

As if it knows whatever is going on it's for the best. Then Rachel leads me towards the parking area and we get in the car with me freaking out from inside.

God! I'm going crazy.

"Choco! We have reached our destination." Bell said in a serious voice giving me a nervous look when the car came to halt but Rachel squeezed my hand giving me an encouraging smile.

I took a long intake of breath and get down from the car holding the gown with the two hands then the sound of the car roaring made me snap out of my thinking and I looked around to find the two devils disappeared or may I say there were nowhere to be seen.

For a second I felt like what-the-fudge-is-going-on? I then turn around to look at the car but it too was vanished which made me to look here and there and then I find a man who was wearing a black tux striding towards me with a look of happiness, nervousness, and annoyance.

"Dad." I whispered yell when he came to stop in front of me.

"Princess." He said pulling me into a bone crushing hug.

"Honey! You're ruining her makeup." I hear mom said from the side.

"Ooo..my baby girl has grown so much that it's finally the biggest day of our life. And you're looking beautiful." Mom said with few tears brimming in her eyes and before I could say anything she too engulfed me in a bone crushing hug being extra careful of my beautiful attire and of course makeup.

"Your grandma would have been so happy to see you like this. She..." Dad trailed off when he saw the lone tear slip from my eye.

"It's okay choco. She would be watching you from above and yeah she would be the one who will be more than happy to see you guys together." Mom took out the tissue paper from her glittered clutch which she had match with her long wavy gown and she wiped the left corner of my eye without ruining my eyeliner.

"She had told me that he is something special and he is the one for you. Before I couldn't understand her words but now I know that you two are made for each other." Mom beamed with happiness and kind of get emotional.

"Mom.." I was about to tell her that I'm wearing the gown for the photoshoot then dad interrupted me.

"Princess! Are you sure about it?" Dad asked in a stern voice as if he need some kind of assurance.

"Yeah. Why ar-" I was cut off again.

"OH MY GOD CHOCO! You're looking absolutely gorgeous. Are you sure you're the doctor Shalifa who wears hospital suit more than the causal dresses?" Syong gaped with wide eyes while putting his chin on mom's shoulder and gave me a mocking grin.

"Dad! Am I not looking good?" I asked feeling a little bit down from my little brother's words.

"Good? You're looking absolutely stunning hun." Mom said smacking my brother in his head and he shields his head with his hand moving far away from mom.

"Syong! You shouldn't have said that to her. I have seen you complimenting other girls with a buttery tone but you couldn't do that to your own sister." Mom scolded him shaking her head with a huff.

"Okay. I'm the culprit who has gotten his punishment so now let's go inside before he will freak out." Syong said running his hand through his hair as mom had ruined his hair.

"Mrs.Velour, mom has been looking for you." A familiar voice called from behind and it's none other than Luim who was looking quite handsome in his three piece suit.

"Uh..I was also looking for her. Nat, I will be inside so best of luck to you." Mom gave an encouraging smile to dad and giving a motherly look at me she walked ahead along with Syong to the side where Luim had appeared a minute ago.

"Umm...Princess. I know it's new for you and also the happiest moment of your life. But it's equally hard for me to send you off my princess, my bundle of joy, and my first born. You are the piece of my heart and it's difficult for me to give it to someone else." Dad suddenly became emotional and I felt to cry my heart out.

"Anyways I'm happy that you have found someone whom you love from your whole heart and hopefully he too does the same." Dad gave me a sad smile which makes it hard for me to not to go all emotional.

"So my princess! You up for walking down the aisle with your dad to marry the man who has your heart." Dad said forwarding his right hand towards me.

"Wait. You're asking me to walk down the aisle to marry Shaub?" I asked with disbelief with a wide mouth making my dad scrunched his eyebrows in confusion.

"Umm..if you're planning to back out or run away then I'm up for it." Luim gave me a sheepish smile and wiggled his eyebrow pointing towards the parking lot.

"Yeah, choco." Dad said with a hopeful smile.

"Dad! You still have a problem with Shaub." I asked with a frown sounding a little bit sad.

"No problem Princess. But I want you to be happy and make the right decision unlike before." Dad gave me a look which tells I'm-happy-with-whatever-you-choose.

And Dad's words made to look from Luim to dad and I did the one thing which would make everyone happy.

"I love you dad." I said holding his left arm while giving him a heartwarming smile.

"I love you too princess." He too returns the same smile and we walked ahead me calming my inner turmoils which doubled when I hear the news of me marrying the man of my heart.

Jerk. He had secretly planned this along with our family members and I thought I was doing some photo shoot.

Foolish Choco!

I was two seconds away from greeting an attack when the door to my wedding hall was opening and thanks to dad that his assuring smile and his firm hold didn't let me to land on my butt when I saw the people looking at our way with awe and a huge smile plastered on their face.

Saying I was nervous wouldn't be an understatement as I was freaking out from inside and I was sure that the people could see that on my face.

I was a bad actor and I wonder why Shaub has told me that I'm way better than his model girlfriends? I was trying to divert my mind from the current situation thinking about some random stuff and then I met the gaze of the two devils who were giving me a sheepish smile yet were beaming with happiness.

Traitors.

"She is my princess and the precious piece of my heart so treat her with love otherwise you wouldn't be able to handle my wrath." Dad's deadliest voice made me snap out of my thinking and we have come to halt near the center of the altar where Shaub was waiting for me.

"Will do dad." Shaub said with a heartwarming smile and after a few seconds of pin drop silence Dad places my hand on Shaub's who was looking at me with pure adoration and love.

"You're looking phenomenal my love." Shaub said in a hushed voice when the priest began to start the ceremony and I just gave a shy smile to him.

"Mr.Reghen you can proceed." The priest said once he has said few words which I didn't hear as I was busy looking at those breathtaking ocean deep blue eyes.

"You, my love is the reason for the happiness I got to witness in my life and you're everything I could ask for. And I'm the lucky one to have your heart which is full of love for me and with you by my side we will surely enjoy the life we have got to live. Our love will help us to forgive each other, to believe each other and to make our family together. I, Shaub Reghen will cherish you till my last breath." Shaub said each and every word with utmost love and the people witnessing our moment make an awe sound.

"Ms.Velour you may proceed." I heard the priest said from the side.

"No. I mean uh.." I blurted out obliviously creating a scene as I heard what? Is she alright? coming from the people sitting on the chairs.

"What do you mean to say my love?" Shaub spoke sounding hurt yet he tried to look calm.

"You never ask me to marry you." I exaggerated the word marry.

"Huh. You want me to propose you. I ha-" Shaub was trying to reason out or maybe something close to it but my mind rewinds the time back in the morning when he had actually indirectly asked me for marrying him.

God! How can I be so foolish? Now I understand why he was asking me that question and I didn't give him time to say further. All the time the people around me were showing me how happy they were of our decision and I'm the one who couldn't make it out.

Gosh! I'm embarrassed.

No bride would have come with the propose question when it was her time to say her vows. I-I'm the different bride who is just difficult to understand other than her medical skills.

"You're the most infuriating person I have ever met and you're so much egoistic that it took me a whole year to understand the real you. Yet you're the one who has my heart even though you act like a jerk. I, Shalifa Velour love you enough to be with you till my last breath." I said whatever I felt at the moment pouring my heart out while gaining all people's attention.

"Huh." Shaub voiced out looking bewildered but the priest cut him off.

"With the blessings of the god, I may pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Then all the people cheered for us and in a swift, I was in Shaub's embrace and we kissed like there is no tomorrow.

"God! For a second I was gonna have an attack when you told me that I didn't propose you." He said resting his forehead on mine with his killer smile.

"Well it's the pay back for lying about the photoshoot. And you didn't propose me Mr.husband." I said with an accusing gaze.

"Oh really. You didn't remember the special night when we had made love and you were screaming my name, Mrs.Wifey." He whispered in my ear slightly grazing his lips on my earlobe as we were being posed for a photograph.

"Th-that doesn't count as the proposal." I stuttered when the flashes of that passionate night came through my mind and my cheeks get a darker shade of red.

And it's the story for another day as it was really a long night and his proposal was...

"Love, you really forget how I propose you after the three rounds of...wait we have got enough time to make you remember it or maybe it will be more..." He got interrupted when our family came to congratulate us.

Mom, dad, Syong, Nicho, Nessy, Len, Rachel, Bell, Jade, Luim and his dad and my colleagues and Shaub's close business associates joined us to celebrate the happiest moment of our life.

They all were happy for us and the wedding party began with loud music and our loved ones gathered together.

And I know that grandma is looking at us from her new home and she is happy to see us together and her choco has finally found her love.

I have never thought that the person whom I had not like from the first moment will be the one with whom I will want to spend my whole life and give all the love I have had.

He is not the perfect person and nobody are entirely perfect even I'm not, so I need to say that we're perfect for each other as our heart belongs to each other.

"You happy with the things going on my love? I can propose you like how the guys do and we can marry again if you..." Shaub mused with a slight frown when I have just come to him after dancing with my dad which was kind of emotional.

"I'm happy that you're the man I love even your proposal sucks and I love you." He then crashed his lips on mine and we began the new journey of our fortunate marriage.
