"Ah, finally!" Emma said while running to the chair and sitting down.

"I can't feel my legs," Iris whined, following Emma.

"That was one backbreaking experience I must say," Mila.

They all sat down and looked through the menu.

They've come to satisfy the needs of their stomach in a lavish restaurant after an exhausting 5 hours shopping trip.

Ailee was speechless.

Do they all go through this often?

She could barely keep up with her sisters. It was like they were possessed or something. They even fought with each other over a hot pink absurdly overpriced bodycon dress.

"Whatcha want, Lils?" Mila interrupted her chain of thoughts.

"Lasagna and Parmigiana with tiramisu as my dessert please,"

"Ok,"

"I'll have the same as Lily but instead of Parmigiana I would like Focaccia."  Iris said.

They all ordered and clicked pictures while waiting for their food.

When the food arrived they spent 5 minutes making snaps and then dived into their food.

Lily shook her head, smiling. All things aside, it was a nice experience overall.

She didn't have to socialize a lot too, all of the things were done by her sisters. But they did make her ask for help from the attendants herself because according to them she should try a little bit every now and then.

While eating, she excused herself for washroom.

___

She got done with her business and while coming out she took a rapid turn trying to quickly go back to her beloved food before it gets cold but what she didn't know was that someone was coming out from the men's washroom from the front and she crashed into the person rather hardly.

"Ow," she winced while holding her cheek. She accidentally bit her tongue a little in the process and that hurt.

"Ailee? Are you okay?"

She opened her eyes and found herself staring into the pools of gray.

"Xavier?" He was glad she was calling him that.

He just hummed, too busy staring at her.

"Yes, I am fine," she responded and only then did she notice their compromising position.

His hands wrapped around her waist holding her firmly close to his chest.

She quickly pulled herself back, blushing all shades of red.

"I'm sorry, I was in a bit of a hurry." She said embarrassed.

"It is absolutely fine as long as you didn't hurt yourself?"

"I am really okay," she said, smiling assuringly.

He nodded.

"Did you come with your family?"

"Yes, with my sisters actually."

He nodded and looked the other way.

"And you came here with your friends? "

"A friend, the most annoying fucker on the planet."

She giggled hearing him talk about his friend like that and his heart warmed up at her reaction.

Her phone started ringing, interrupting their conversation.

" Hello," she said, still smiling softly.

"Bruh, are you taking shit or what? It isn't supposed to take that long. Are you perhaps constipated?"

Ailee was too stunned to reply. Gigi has always been like this, too straightforward.

"Uh-No, what a-are you talking a-about, Gi?"

"Then hurry up or I will not stop them from devouring your tiramisu."

"No, I will be there shortly, I was just ummm...." she glanced at Xavier who was intently listening their conversation and said, "Helping a girl in fixing her makeup."

Xavier raised his eyebrow at her excuse.

"You know how to do makeup?"

"No, I was just holding it for her."

" Why the fuck are you both talking on the phone like you haven't met for 10 years? Lily, just come back quickly. Bye," Mila snatched the phone from Gigi and ended their conversation.

Ailee looked at Xavier smiling sheepishly. His eyes were shining with amusement.

"You hid my presence from them because?"

"Don't get me wrong, it's just that they are very teasing types and if I tell them about you they'll think we are...." she hurriedly explained herself but stopped mid sentence, too shy to continue.

Xavier got the idea of what she was about to say but wanting to hear it from her mouth he played dumb.

"They'll think we are what?" He asked, tilting his head.

"Umm, nothing. I gotta go, bye," she said blushing profusely.

"Wait," he said, halting her movements.

"Yes?"

"There's a business party on Monday, hosted by my company, will you come?"

She was about to decline politely but, "The menu is pretty vast with I guess 5 types of different chocolate desserts."

She gasped audibly, "Oh my, Really?"

"Mhmm," he affirmed.

"What is it for?" she asked.

"Silver jubilee of my Company."

"Oh, Congratulations." She smiled showing her perfect white teeth.

"Thank you," she remembered Mila telling her that he had no manners but he actually thanked her for something so simple.

"I'll come if it makes you happy."

"Mhmm, it will make me very happy."

"Ok, Bye Xavier. Take care,"

"Bye, Coco."

She stopped and slowly turned around

"Wh-what?"

" Bye, Coco," he didn't know where that came from. It was out of his mouth even before his brain could process it. But it sounded perfect for her so he decided to go with the flow.

"Coco?"

"Reminds me of you."

She smiled nodding enthusiastically "I love it. Thank you,"

"I'll think of one for you too later." She replied smiling ear to ear and he nodded.

"Ok, now go before there's no tiramisu left for you."

She nodded and continued her way to her table. She then recalled that he must have heard the constipation part as well.

Slapping her forehead in embarrassment she continued walking nevertheless.

___

"I was starting to think you got kidnapped because that girl loved your service and wanted to put your talent of holding a bag to good use." Gigi said, looking up from her phone.

"Seriously? Was she getting ready for some wedding in a restaurant or something?" This time it was Mila who commented so kindly.

"Hey, who ate my food? No, my tiramisu! You all are cruel really."

"You were warned, babes, not my fault."

"Who was it?" Ailee asked on the verge of fake tears.

"It was this horse, Mila, and this squid, Iris." She said pointing at the two culprits.

"I am not going to cook spaghetti for you both tomorrow or popcorn or pancakes or anything. " She said, huffing and folding her hands, turning her head away.

"That is too harsh, Lily," They groaned.

They split the bill except Ailee who didn't eat half of her food so her part was shared by Iris and Mila and then they left.

___

Luka saw Xavier talking to a girl without looking like he was going to gouge her eyes out and was dying to confront him about it since then.

To say he was surprised would be an understatement. He quickly approached him after the girl left and asked him

"Who was that, Romi boy?"

"Who?"

"Oh now you gon' play dumb-dumb with me huh? I saw you, chatting with a shawty with my two very beautiful hypnotizing eyes. So.......?" He asked, folding his arms and tapping his foot on the ground.

"She was a friend."

Luka gasped dramatically, holding his heart pretending to get a heart attack- in public.

"Olivia's words sound relatable now. You betrayed me." He sang.

" Me and I are your friends. Not that but you didn't even tell me." He said.

"Stop being an ass for once Luka. Let's get going."

He started walking without waiting for Luka who first stayed rooted on his spot for 2 minutes looking at him leaving and then started jogging to catch up with his inconsiderate friend.

"Ok, at least tell me when did this happen?"

"Two weeks ago."

"Two fucking weeks?!" He took deep breaths.

"It took you two weeks

To go off and date her- hmmm..." Xavier covered his mouth to prevent him from singing any further.

Luka tapped on his hand in an attempt to pry off his hands and was successful.

"Okay, Okay. Her name?" He asked, breathing heavily.

"None of your business," Xavier deadpanned.

"Hawwww! You are sleeping on my business. Are you two a thing?"

"Not yet," He replied to irk him further but Luka abruptly stopped.

"Yet?"

"Yet." Xavier confirmed.

"Oh my Gawd! My cutest, loveliest, humblest and warmest friend is in love. I am gonna be an uncle." He sang.

"Motherfucker," Xavier slapped his head.

They both got into the car and drove off.
