Hayden's Pov
-
My heart pounded through the veins of my neck, I felt it tremble a little bit as I turn the knob of the office door, I wondered what punishment she had for me. A slap on the wrist, a spank on the ass or maybe.. My ticket out of here.
Yep, I was really imagining things.
The room was darker than I expected, not a light was on but the dust partlices floated with the small peek of sunlight that was escaping through the curtains. Was this women literally the devil?
Everyone's worrying about if God's a woman when I have the devil in front of me. Something in the back of my head wanted to test her faith and find out how truly evil she was. I closed the door behind me and went to sit.
"Stand, you don't deserve to sit" She hissed
Well shit, okay mami-
I couldn't see her appearance, the office chair was turned to face the window where the sun escaped, but I could see the top of her head being exposed just a little. I slowly got up from the chair I apparently wasn't worthy of. Damn bitch, it's not like your hair even had a handle or some shit.
What does she think she's running? A Prison? Because even the prison servers on roblox was far better than her authority. I didn't say anything even though I wanted too, I didn't want to make things worst, I guess I was changing afterall
Maturity comes in different experiences
Or it's trauma. Oh well
"Now, What gives you the right to put your hands on my daughter?" She said very calm.
My neck sunk and my brows stitched together, the veins in my forehead all pulling together as I allowed the information to sink in. Ruby was her fucking daughter? Jesus Christ, the world wasn't a real place.
The devil comes in different forms sometimes.
"I asked you a question" She said a little harder.
"I- I-" I stuttered I really didn't know what to say, I was dumbfounded.
" I, I, I, that's all you can say huh?" She said disgusted.
The woman then spun in her seat to face me, her dark eyes gave me a feeling to swallow a lump in my throat, her knuckles gripped the ends of the table as she hunched over to stare into the void of my little gay soul
Her palm slammed flat against the table and startled me, her heels echoed through the room as she slowly clocked them, walking towards the door, I noticed that the veins in her neck were viable, she really was pissed
She then went outside for a while, perhaps to cool her mind. I swore I would have choked a bitch out if she laid hands on me but those dark eyes were enough to paralyze me. There's always someone with such an intimidating gaze that would make even the strongest of man, a puddle in their boot.
I was beginning to think that she forgot about me, just like my mother-
Oops, too soon
Unfortunately she didn't. The headmistress came back inside the room and she wasn't carrying handcuffs or blindfolds so I knew I wasn't getting any action today
But instead, she came in with the same guards that brought me here.
"Take her to Solitary Confinement" She said
Wait bitch, this ain't orange is the new black-
The woman glanced my way, making eye contact with me and I saw into those dark eyes, holding the most ignorant and self hatred within her soul. Some people were easy to read through their eyes and it was obvious that woman had alot of hate in her heart. The guards came and held me by my arms, I just stayed still, there was no point in trying to fight against them.
At this point, I had given up on my own life and I was okay with that. I knew I was slowly slipping into a void of darkness, that part of ourselves we fight everyday not to reach into, it was a place difficult to escape from
Because when you go to that dark place, it was almost impossible to escape from.
So as my body was being dragged down the corridor, only being held up by the strong arms of the two guards, my eyes tired with dark circles under them, my body had shut down any ounce of fight or flight.
It was as if I could physically feel every emotion in my brain shut off like lights, each switch making me go numb and care less for what happened to me down the path of existing
But it wasn't the orange is the new black theme I expected, there were no marbled floors with lights and iron doors with one vent and an iron mattress. Nope, it was far worse.
Woods creaked with every step, the dust was committed to the corners of the wall more than Alexis's past relationships
There wasn't a speck of light through the hallway, my pupils dilated just to see a wooden door was already cracked open, almost as if it was already waiting for my arrival. The men shoved me into a small room, barely enough space to stretch my arms much less breathe.
I slowly turned around and saw a bucket, such luxury human conditions I'm experiencing, I should leave them a yelp review.
I was surrounded by four concrete walls, There was one window the size of a fist, dust almost filled my lungs when I breathed too heavy. There was no bed, no air, no fucking sign of a person having a heart. There was nothing.
Just like my will to continue fighting.

Cameron's Pov

I can't sleep, again, I'm not surprised. I couldn't sleep since the day they took Hayden three weeks ago. My jaw clenched just thinking about it, she punched a bitch and then she's dragged away to an office, not ever returning. I almost scraped the skin off my flesh just thinking about the fact that I could have done far more to help her. I could have atleast been with her, wherever she was.
I miss her so fucking much, my heart felt as if it had cracked open and the anger, the rage filled what was once love and replaced it with what cold feeling of revenge.
Wherever she was, I know she'll be strong and she'll fight through it. That's something I loved about her, she was strong with every way possible. Her mindset was unmatched and she always found the will to power through in the toughest situations, no matter how hard they were.
Soft whimpers filled the room, I frowned and glanced to see Alexis crying in the fetal position. A tug of the veins in my heart filled my chest, a deep pressure soring into the numbness I had placed. I've never seen her cry before.
"Hey tough guy" I nudged her shoulder
"Shouldn't you be asleep" she sniffled, wiping away a few tears that threatened to fall
"I couldn't sleep since-, well you know, want to talk about it?" I asked.
"No"
"Come on, let it out" I pleaded.
Someone had to break the tension in this place, three weeks without anyone talking about the fact that Hayden was taken away from us and we were all feeling something in our hearts, tugging and scraping its way out
"I just miss her so much" She started, her arms wrapped around her thighs and pulled them closer to her chest, her chin rested on her knees
I gave a small smile and leaned my head against hers
"I know, me too" I mumbled
"I just don't know what I'll do if somethi-" She started but I cut her off.
"Hey, don't think like that, you know she'll make it through this" I reassured her.
"Yeah you're right, she was always a fighter" She tried to chuckle.
In that moment we heard something start to vibrate, wait its her phone, we searched till we found it.

Alexis's POV
-
Dad: Hayden?
Are you there?
I have some news
Hayden: No its Alexis
Dad: Where's Hayden?
Hayden: She got in trouble and they took her somewhere three weeks ago... We don't know where they took her...
Dad: What!?
Please Alexis you need to find her
At least make sure she's in the same building please
Hayden: I will Mr. Musk
What's the news that you have?
Dad: We've won the case but I want to save all of you
We're getting the police involved
Trying to get a warrant but they're well known as 'good people' in the force so we're going to
have to push hard for it
Hayden: fucking finally
We'll try our best to find Hayden
No we will find her
Dad: Do me a favor please?
When you find her please tell I love her, please. Stay safe, we'll get you guys out of there soon, I promise.
"We need to find Hayden" I glanced at Cameron
It's been three fucking weeks since I've last seen that girl, no one knew where she was or even she was even breathing at this point. Ruby wasn't around, since Hayden knocked the shit out of her. I swear if I ever see her roaming these floors, I'll finish the job myself
She nodded her head agreeing. I started to wake up Jade and Abeke. They were a bit reluctant to open their eyes but they finally did.
"Do you know what time it is?" Jade said slightly closing her eyes.
"I just spoke to Hayden's dad" I said and they both became attentive after those words left my mouth.
"What did he say?" Asked Abeke.
"That the police will raid this place soon, they're trying to get a warrant" I answered.
"We're going to be saved?" Abeke's face lit up.
"And we need to find Hayden" I watch her excitement fade away, we were all thinking the same thing, Is she even in the same building? Is she fine? Is she alive?
"The fucking answer is Yes, I know you're thinking, And Yes she's in this building, she's alive and we're going to find her, Okay?" They nodded yes.
Let's just hope we find her before its too late
