Chapter 106
The Tragedy of The Villainess
âLesche.â
The heat from hot water came from him. He was wearing a gown made of the same material as the one Seria had on. For some reason, his hands relaxed and slipped away.
âDid you take a bath?â (Seria)
âThereâs something splattered on your feet.â (Lesche)
âMy feet? Did I step on something? The sorcerersâ blood?â
Seria was puzzled but let it pass then asked Lesche.
âI thought you werenât coming to the bedroom today.â (Seria)
âWhy wouldnât I come?â (Lesche)
âDidnât Linon tell you?â (Seria)
Seria meant the incident with Mies. Lescheâs expression changed slightly. At that time, Seria hugged his neck and kissed him.
Lescheâs red eyes grew wide. Their lips collided and Seria pushed her tongue in and Lesche opened his mouth, a little bewildered. As she dug inside his mouth and started licking, Lescheâs body froze at the sudden action.
âCome to think of it, this was the first time I actively kissed Lesche. The first kiss is much better than I expected. It was a strange feeling, but not a bad feeling. Is this why Lesche kisses me so often as an addicted person?â
Lesche didnât stay still for long. He held the back of Seriaâs with a little more force as she tried to pull away. Then he dug inside her mouth. She felt like the kisses she gave were just childish pranks, because now Lesche was kissing her like he wanted to devour  her.
âAhâ¦â
Seria was soon out of breath. She pushed him away, but Lesche wouldnât let go of her body. Before she knew it, Lesche lifted her up.
Seria reflexively hugged Lescheâs neck tightly in fear that she might fall. The gown she was wearing slipped down a little.
Her soft mounds were exposed. Lescheâs hands stroked and lightly squeezed them. Her stomach tingled every time his fingers pressed against her bare skin. His lips then slid down and sucked the mounds deeply. Heat quickly built up in her lower belly. She could hear him moaning and her breathing became labored.
She felt the inside of her legs tighten and shudder. It was too much from the beginning, but why did she suddenly feel different now from earlier. Was it because she kissed him first?
Seria raised her hand and touched the inside of Lescheâs gown. She could feel him twitching as she tried to squeeze his muscular, perfect shoulders. She took advantage of the pause and finally managed to raise her head.
âLescheâ¦â
She stroked his cheek slowly with her hand, trying her best to calm her hard breathing. She pretended to be serious, but her fingers were actually trembling.
âYou like thisâ¦.?â
Lescheâs gaze met hers. His red eyes shook finely.
âI like you.â
As soon as the low whisper ended, Lesche peeled Seriaâs gown completely off. The thin fabric flowed down below her waist without resistance. Immediately, Lesche buried his face in her exposed valley as if he was thirsty for water. Her body trembled with the tingling sensation. Then, Lescheâs hot and hard rod began to thrust deeper in her tightened valley. Seria just let her body flow with his movements.
***
How much time has passed?
âI think Iâm going to faintâ¦.â
Lesche rubbed Seriaâs cheek lightly. A hand stroked her hair, which was wet with sweat and clung to her forehead. She just lay still as her body felt heavy. All her strength was lost. She just⦠she just gave him a kiss. A light kiss. How did it end like this? Suddenly she wondered if she should tie Lesche up next time before she kissed him. Because the moment he touched her body, he turned into a beast.
âBuy a rope? Or should I get weapons from Bibi?â
With this thought in mind, Seria held Lescheâs hand which kept touching her body endlessly. His strong hand that held the sword for a long time was calloused. The natural shape itself was very pretty. How much did those hands torment her bodyâ¦.
âLetâs stop thinking about it. At this rate, I wonât be able to walk tomorrow.â
Seria was about to fall asleep, but then she exerted her superhuman energy.
âLesche.â
Lescheâs eyes, which had been watching her lips, slightly widened.
âAre you alive?â
âYes. Iâm still alive.â
âIâm glad.â
She had been thinking about this since Mies was at the auction house.
In the original story, too, did he act out so much?
âNoâ¦â
In the original story, she saw his name, but why did he appear so noisily now?
At that moment, there was one thing that penetrated her mind.
Bergâs circlet.
It was an object that was already deeply intertwined with Lina and the Oracle. It was easy to guess that if she searched behind Mies, who was trying to take the circlet, she could get important clues. To know thatâ¦
âLesche.â
âHmm?â
âCanât you find out why Mies aimed for the circlet?â
âAre you curious about that?â
âYes, Iâm curious. Is it confidential?â
âWhat confidential? Iâll show it to you.â
âThank you.â
At her thanks, Lesche looked at her with an amused expression. Did he like it that much? Seria coughed shyly and changed her expression, and Lesche tilted his chin slightly.
âSeria.â
âYes?â
âIâll ask you one thing now that you mentioned it. How come youâre so fearless?â
âIâm not fearless.â
Lesche sighed lowly.
âItâs okay. Iâm a fool who believed what you said seven times that you promised to stay safe.â (Lesche)
ââ¦Are you mad at me?â (Seria)
âNot at you.â (Lesche)
Lesche said in a slow tone as he stroked her cheek.
âIâm mad at myself.â (Lesche)
ââ¦â
âI should have chosen to destroy the auction house.â (Lesche)
Seria flinched. After hesitating for a moment, the busy hand slipped away. Lescheâs eyes were somber. Susanâs words kept lingering in her head.
âKnights are meant to protect something. Itâs a real shame when they donât. Thatâs why Iâm sure His Highness was most heartbroken.â
âHeâs upsetâ¦.â
It wasnât that she wanted to fight with Mies on purpose. She didnât expect Mies would look so much like Lesche. And she never would imagine Mies would kiss her. He was like a snake. She had a sense of danger that she was really going to miss something the moment she wobbled a bit.
If she didnât do what she did, the b*st*rd might have managed to escape right away, and the fact that she bit Miesâ ear was also instinctive and resourceful. She had heard that a lot of manpower was used to catch him but it was unsuccessful, so she wanted to catch him. That was what she thought.
Anywayâ¦
âSusanâs words werenât wrong. Iâm lucky I didnât get hurt.â
If she had bitten his ear a little late, he might have swung his sword at herâ¦.
⦠Seria lowered her eyes. She could understand what Lesche meant when he said he was angry at himself.
She tried to look into Lescheâs red eyes, but she felt like she was being read, so she just lowered her gaze to his chest.
âIâm sorry.â (Seria)
ââ¦â¦ for what?â (Lesche)
âJust this and that. Actually no. The more specific the apology, the better, so letâs talk about them one by one. Letâs start with Miesâ¦â (Seria)
âThere.â (Seria)
When Seria stopped talking, Lesche stared at her.
âWhy didnât I know this before?â (Lesche)
âWhat is it?â (Seria)
âI didnât know you were so talented at shaking peopleâs hearts.â (Lesche)
âNoâ¦Lesche. If someone heard you, they would misunderstand.â
âThereâs a lot to misunderstand.â (Lesche)
Lesche smiled bitterly and called Seriaâs name belatedly.
âSeria.â
His voice was different than before. Lecherâs hand approached Seriaâs lower lip and swept along the line as if drawing over. Then, he slowly bit her swollen lips and licked them. The kiss was shallow and soft. After a few moments, Lesche lifted his chin slightly and whispered.
âI wanted to cut out his tongue.â (Miesâ tongue)
ââ¦â
âIf you were hurt, I would go crazy.â
âEarlier⦠You were insane enough.â (*Seria meant about the deed they didð)
Lesche chuckled. He kissed her and raised his head. Seria raised her hand and touched Lescheâs lips. She slowly brushed his lips like he did to her. Lesche playfully tried to bite her fingers, so Seria retreated fast, and Lesche burst out laughing.
âIf Linon interrogates Mies, heâll tell you everything, right?â
What kind of aide is germaphobic and smart enough to interrogate? Is that what Linon is? Linonâs survival was becoming more urgent. Seria was concerned.
âCan I ask about Linon? Is it too much to ask?â
Personally, Seria was very sorry for Linon, but⦠This was his position. Linon was Bergâs chief aide and Lescheâs immediate subordinate. Capturing Mies itself was a huge plan, and in the meantime, if anything went wrong due to Linonâs mistakes in judgment, it was not something she could be involved in.
âYes! This is the reason! Emotionally, I hope Linon doesnât suffer too much. I donât feel very good about the memory of him crying!â
âSeria, if you have something to say, please say it.â
Seria, who was looking at Lescheâs face and thought, startled when Lesche suddenly opened his mouth.
âHow did you know?â
âYouâre staring at me very hard.â
Seria felt embarrassed at the thought that he could read her mind. Seria looked at him and asked frankly.
âLinonâ¦..Is he alive?â
âYes, heâs alive.â
Lesche answered simply, then stared at Seria.
âAre you worried that Linon might die?â
âA little.â
âIf Linon dies, will you cry in your sleep again?â
ââ¦?â
For a moment, Seria couldnât understand what Lesche was saying, and later she chuckled. Thatâs right. She once woke up crying in front of Lesche. It was her wedding day. The day she almost died. The day she had a nightmare about dying.
âWhen was that?â
That was a few months ago now. When Seria rebuked him, Lesche smiled gently. He reached out and pulled her deeper into his arms. He patted Seria lightly on the back as if he was trying to get her to sleep. She felt a little uneasy.
âLesche, could it beâ¦?â
âYes?â
âThese days, I cry while sleepingâ¦do I cry for help?â
He didnât reply. A few moments passed, after Lescheâs lips touched her forehead and fell away.
âSometimes, yes.â
ââ¦â
Seria fell silent.
It happened sometimes in the short time after she possessed Seria. Perhaps it was because she couldnât believe that she was destined to die with her head cut off. There were times when she was asleep and jumped up crying.
But she didnât realize it at the time. She didnât realize that she had nightmares several times a week. It was only after she brought Abigail to her townhouse that she learned about the frequency of nightmares. Abigail burst through the door of Seriaâs room and asked me as she was okay.
âDo you know how many times youâve cried now? Who are those people who are trying to kill My Ladyâ¦?â
âBibi is a sinful womanâ¦Sheâs very reliable and very energetic.â
She hadnât done that lately, but it was a relief.
âHow would it feel if a person in the same bed with you cried begging for help? Lesche is the strongest person I know, butâ¦.still I donât feel good.â
âDid you feel bad?â (Seria)
âHow about you?â (Lesche)
âThereâs no way you can feel good when Iâm crying next to you.â (Seria)
Lesche didnât answer right away. A short silence. Thenâ¦
âI feel like Iâm going crazy.â (Lesche)
In an instant, Seria felt her heart sank.
