Chapter 167
The Tragedy of The Villainess
TL: I think last time I didnât say it clear enough. But my hiatus will start after I complete this novel (hopefully Iâll finish it in 3 months).

And that was not all. Seriaâs hand, completely against her will, began to slide into Lescheâs shirt without resistance. The hand moved of its own accord, as if it wanted to peel off Lesche immediately.
âWhat are you doing?â
Though Lescheâs reaction was more perplexing.
He stared, alternating between Seriaâs face and her hands. Her hands, which had lost their strength, slid down the buttoned shirt without success, and she began to unbutton them one by one herself.
Tak. Tak. Tak.
Contrary to what he had heard, Lescheâs eyes were completely fixed on Seria. How surprised she was even in a situation where she was half out of her mindâ¦.
It was fortunate that there were only Susan and Abigail in the bedroom.
Susan left with Abigail, smiling with relief, and the doctor hurriedly examined Seria as if he didn't know where to put his eyes and left the bedroom.
The faithful doctor didnât forget to say a few words to Lesche before he went out.
âYou must be patient for at least two days." (*poor Lesche?)
Seria fully understood why he dared to say those words. That was how tightly her body was attached to Lesche. By that time she could have guessed the cause of this crazy situation.
âThis is caused by the side effects. A side effect of the power. You hear me?â
âI hear you, Seria.â
"â¦â¦."
Seriaâs body was like a can that was now completely empty.
She was so horrified by Liegel and the demons, she used all her strength in her body and released all her sacred power when Tuban said to use as much as power as she could.
The emptied power went up quickly, but it was not without side effects.
But, if she had known the side effects would be something like thisâ¦
Tuban said Seria was the only Stern with moonâs blood, and that the Berg was a family that had kept moonâs bones as heirlooms. That was why her body madly wanted Berg's masterâ¦
As a result, her body now seemed to hate that Lesche was wearing clothes.
Because of the hands that were constantly trying to take it off without success, in a matter of minutes, Lesche took off his jacket himself.
He leaned over Seria to make it easier for her to touch him.
âThe side effects of the sacred power are too promiscuous.â (Lesche)
âPleaseâ¦." (Seria)
Seria really wanted to cry. In the meantime, her hands groped his tight muscles.
She didn't want to touch Lesche like a pervert to this extent.
But her body, contrary to her mind, was desperately clinging to Lesche.
The silk gown that Susan must have put on her had long since fallen to the floor.
Every time her knees or thighs grazed Lescheâs body, his hands would tighten as he endured the temptation. Her back shuddered as Lesche let out a low sigh.
âAre you torturing your husband who had a hard time rescuing you?â
âIt seems soâ¦.Don't question me, question my divine power.â
âYou want me to question your divine power?â
Lesche then buried his face on her neck and held her waist tightly.
ââ¦.. what are you doing?" (Seria)
âYou said I need to question your power.â
âYouâre questioning it or teasing me?â
On the other hand, the side effects of the senseless power were deplored even in such a situation, and both hands were touching Lescheâs body. She wanted to take her hands away. Lesche had a look of great amusement on his face.
âYou are right about the side effects. When I do this, you usually just push me away.â (Lesche)
ââ¦â¦.â
âI really like it, but you don't like it so much? I wish you would do this every day." (Lesche)
"Really, you areâ¦â¦." (Seria)
Lesche, smiling, hugged Seria with force as he trapped her in his arms.
Seriaâs lips were perfectly stuck to Lescheâs cheek. Was it because she could feel a faint divine power from Lescheâs body? Apart from her desire easing off, the expression on his face didnât unravel easily.
She could feel his heart beating faster. It felt strange to see his cheeks turning pale.
âLesche.â
Seria asked.
"How long was I out?"
âIt hasn't been more than three days. Are you feeling dizzy?"
âI'm fine."
Seria hesitated and asked.
âDid it take long to rescue me?"
Lesche lifted his upper body and looked at Seria.
"It didn't take very long."
Around that point, Seriaâs hands finally started to listen a little to her will. She hurriedly cupped Lescheâs cheek, delighted. Lesche chuckled and asked,
âDo your hands want to touch my face now?â
âThis is my will. I wanted to touch it earlier."
Lesche covered the back of Seriaâs hand as he asked.
âWhy?"
âYour face looks gaunt. Were there that many demons under the sacred tree?"
âThere weren't that many."
âThen what happened?"
âI was afraid you were dead.â
"â¦â¦."
Lesche smiled with a twisted expression.
âWhat if you were already dead the whole time I was coming in? That was all I could think about. I thought I was going crazy and d*mn it â¦. I hate to even say this.â
He looked into Seriaâs shaky eyes and frowned.
âI'm not angry, Seria.â
"â¦â¦."
The words, which were nothing, spread a stiff pain in Seriaâs heart. It was similar to the strange pain in her chest when I heard Tubanâs answer.
âLesche.â
Seria looked up at him and opened her mouth.
âI promised to marry you first in the past.â
Lesche just stared at her without saying anything.
âBut we never got married because we both died early. You even brought me some jewelry, saying it was a wedding gift.â
The bright blue jewels were still vivid in her eyes.
"I guess the power of Stern was too much for me in the past. I didn't get along with my family, and it was the same then. So I wished to leave it all behind and run away, and Tuban listened to my wish.â
Seria had died young in her previous life. She thought she died early because she was just unlucky, but after hearing Tuban's story, she couldn't stay in the world for long, so her life span was short.
Of course, she had no family there.
âI hear it's time to be gone â¦. Still, it doesn't feel very good to think about it."
Especially the first life where Lesche and she died early.
Lesche clasped Seriaâs hands and kissed the back of her hand and asked.
"What kind of idiot was I in the past that left you behind?â
"Well? I could have died first."
"Then I guess I followed you. I see I wasnât completely stupid.â
"What in the world are you talking about, some old-fashioned practice?"
"Old-fashioned? I'm serious."
Seria burst out laughing. Lesche smiled gently, ran his fingers over her cheeks, and said,
"Don't dwell on it alone, Seria."
ââ¦â¦.â
"If you really want to, I'd like you to talk to me as you do now. You don't like it?â
âNo.â
Seria shook her head weakly.
âI'll tell you. Can you hear everything?"
âYou still don't seem to know me well enough to know that I'm going crazy for wanting to hear you talk.â
âWhat a â¦â¦. Why would you say that?"
A few laughs came out.
It was important for someone to say something light about her heavy thoughts.
On the other hand, it also made her realize how unsuitable the word short-lived was with this strong and robust man.
As she touched Lescheâs face, she remembered Tubanâs answer.
âWhy did you have Lescheâs face?â
What exactly did Lesche want so that Tuban would have his face?
Tuban wasnât the type to deliberately hide something from her. Even when he couldn't talk because of the restrictions, he tried to somehow respond while spitting blood.
So that vague reply was probably the best Tuban could answer at the time.
âIf I bring the last jewel that Tuban told me to bring, my doubts would be answered, wouldn't they?â
Despite these thoughts, Seriaâs legs began to wrap around Lescheâs thighs.
"â¦â¦."
Why on earth would the side effects be so unhealthy?
Seria coughed.
âSo, well, my body isn't listening to me again.â
Lesche did not answer.
Instead, she could clearly feel his dense muscles wriggling. He was still clothed, but she could see the bulking.
It was impossible to know how much Lesche had been suppressing himself. Seriaâs ears turned hot.
âSeria.â
Lesche stared at Seria and opened his mouth.
âThe doctor told me not to touch you.â
âI have no strength in my body. â¦. I'll faint if I'm not careful."
âIâm going crazyâ¦.â
Lescheâs neck shook. He could not turn away from Seria at all.
It was then that a knock was heard.
Lesche lifted his head for a moment. Seriaâs hands still wrapped around Lescheâs face as he tried to move away to check outside the door.
"â¦â¦."
Seria lifted her body along Lesche's upper body and kissed him on the lips. The kiss was full of strength.
âWhy I canât stay apart from him even for a second, reallyâ¦â
Fortunately, thanks to the last vestiges of conscience left in her flesh, it didn't lead to any more intense skinship. Seria looked at Lesche with a sigh of relief. He didn't seem surprised by the sudden kiss.
It was at that moment that Seria laughed, embarrassed.
The thought of Lescheâs lower body, which he had been holding out on his desire, was now in her mind. Lesche immediately wrapped Seriaâs head and kissed her roughly.
âHaâ¦â¦"
Immediately Seria was short of breath. The weight pressing down on her was overwhelming. Seria was weighed down and struggled to breathe. Lescheâs body felt much hotter than usual. Seria felt like she was going to burn.
The kiss that seemed to eat her up lasted for a long time. Her hands were held by Lesche.
âLescheâ¦.â
Hot eyes slowly looked at Seria. Lesche kissed her on the cheek and went unstoppable down her chin and neck. The dizzy sensation sent chills down her lower abdomen.
Lesche bowed his head. Instantly, he put a lot of strength into his shoulders.
Instantly, she felt lots of tension in her shoulders.
How much time had passed?
âIt can be hard if you donâtâ¦.â
Seria blinked, keeping to the doctor's words and realizing the fact that a lot could be done this way. She had no power in a different way than before. And she fell asleep. Lescheâs fingers swept her eyelids.
Her hands lost strength and fell from Lescheâs body. Lesche took her hand and put it on his skin again. It was the same with her arms and legs. Little by little, each time she woke up, Lescheâs body was still attached to hers.
After two full days like that, Seria was completely free of the side effects. It was only after a few days that she was able to walk properlyâ¦

âYes, Grand Duchess."
She folded her arms, ignoring the pain in her lower back. It was time to deal with Lina's problem.

*fyi just in case you misunderstood. They didnât have s*x, well, they couldnât because the doctor said to wait for 2 days. So Seriaâs lower back pain was just from lying down for a long time.
