“What are you staring at?” Lilac asked because she felt self conscious when Hunter looked at her very intensely like that. She felt like there was something wrong with her. “Don’t look at me like that,” she said while trying to move away from him.

However, where he would go when the alpha of the lycan had set his eyes on her? She had nowhere to go, neither Hunter would let her out of his sight. He wouldn’t lose her again.

“Because you are beautiful, what is wrong to stare at my own mate?” Hunter tilted his head. He grabbed her waist and then kissed her sweaty neck, which made Lilac widened her eyes.

“I am dirty, don’t do that,” she whimpered and tried to move his face away from her neck, but it was to no avail. “Hunter.”

The way Hunter said it was yery heartfelt, he was very genuine with every word he said. Everything that came out of his mouth was something that came from his heart.

You are the best thing in my life and there is nothing can tell me otherwise.” Hunter stared into her eyes gently when he said all of those things, letting Lilac knew how much he meant it and even more.
