Aiden knew there was no going back from here, he needed to tell his mother about the necklace, but somehow, he felt speechless. He felt like he became that young boy again, who was caught doing something disappointed.

Aiden could only lower his head when he was being reprimanded by his mother. Thankfully, there was no one around, so he wouldn’t feel very humiliated.
