This was the first time for Lilac to actually be in the training ground, before this, she had never taken any interest to be in the training ground, not even walked. close to the area, because the warriors sometime scared her.

“Is this your first time to be in the training ground?” Hunter asked when he saw how startled she was to hear a loud growl from the fighting out there. Currently, they were inside the building, where women warriors were training.

This was weird in Lilac’s opinion because Hunter was nothing, but kind and understanding with her, something that you shouldn’t be afraid about.

“Really?” Hunter raised his brows, he blinked his eyes in disbelieve, as he scrutinized her, looking for the truth. “You are not joking, right? But, at the very least, you must have been in the training ground before, even if it was only for observation “No.” Lilac shook her head. She was telling the truth. “It’s not common in my pack for the women to be in the training ground, maybe you have heard about this, but my pack doesn’t have woman warrior, because we believe woman is not as strong as man.”

Lilac was a little bit stunned because Hunter was very detail with such thing, but thankfully, he didn’t prolong the topic. “Remember that, okay?” he stretched out his hand and caressed her cheek. He used to do this little gesture toward her every time he wanted, especially after he told her about their story in the past, he became even more and more affectionate.

In the beginning, Lilac was a little bit flustered and felt uncomfortable, but as time went by, she craved his touch. It was comforting to think there was someone, who desired you.

She didn’t realize it until now, but Aiden’s infidelity had crushed her self esteem, thus to have someone like Hunter, who didn’t shy to show his affection and his desire for her was something that could mend her wound. It boosted her self confidence too.

“Okay,” Lilac replied, it was a rare occasion for her not to be stubborn. “Then, what should I do here? I have never been in training before.”

Hunter waved his hand and a woman in her early thirty came over to greet the two of them, she bent his b*dy respectfully, something that luna Jasmone would smile upon seeing it.

“She is already here and I want you to proceed the way we have talked before.” Hunter’s voice was calm, but firm.

“Yes, alpha.

Lilac moved closer toward Hunter and whispered to his ear. “You have talked about this before?”

“Yes. But, the real training only happened now because you were still recovering from your wounds before,” he explained to her.

“Oh..” Lilac blinked her eyes, she didn’t know what to say. Hunter could look easy going and reckless, but as it turned out, he was a planner and he planned. everything in detail. This was one thing that Lilac had just noticed too.

“You can go with her,” Hunter said, he nudged her shoulder to get her attention. “This is Rami. She is the best warrior trainer here.”

“I am Lilac,” Lilac introduced herself.

After that, Hunter talked about a few things with a lot of term about fighting that Lilac was not familiar with, while she looked at Raya, Lena and Rose, who looked excited to see her there.
