Every individual has come across something that makes them shivers, something that makes them experience a deep sense of dread and panic and that is FEAR (Phobia)
Fear is a Vermin.
It ties your body down, instilling poisonous vectors such as doubt and anxiety.
It stops you from chasing that dream, that balloon stringed to your hopes and passion.
It entangles you in a web and feeds you with negative thoughts that compels you to hide under a blanket.
In other words, it limits you from your true potential.
A lot of people allow their phobia or fear to stop them from pursuing their dreams. How long will we let fear have the last laugh? Fear has had the upper hand from day one, will you allow it continue?. Why should we let our fears stop us from being who we want to be?
Why do we let fear stop us? Why do we allow fear to rob us of the thing that gives us purpose?
Like a wise person once said, " FEAR IS AN ILLUSION OF THE MIND " It's something a mind coins, it's a limitation, a wall that our mind sets up.
How do you defeat your fear?
According to W. Clement Stone, Thinking will not overcome fear but action will. With this. I can finalize and say: The only way to beat a fear is to stand up to it. Fight and tackle it head on. Fear is not unbeatable.
Fear can be conquered.
Fear can be defeated.
Fear can be destroyed.
What are your fears??? What is that one thing that sends you running?? What is that one that sends shivers down your spine? What is that one thing that overwhelms you??
Start one day at a time and begin to break free from its oppression. When it is done, you will come to the realization that all it ever did was HOLD YOU BACK.
In one of my favourite movies of all time, ESCAPE ROOM.
Zoey's teacher advised her to try and do one thing that scares her. Now I don't mean you should involve yourself in a deadly, killing game where no one is meant to win. No don't do that.
What I mean by 'trying one thing that scares you ' I mean - try doing that one thing that freaks you out, like if you are afraid of water, sign up for a swimming class, get familiar with the water: it has a nice calming effect to it at least when you're not drowning. ( sorry about bringing it up. But it's true tho )
Or if you have stage fright, sign up for a debate or a press club. I realize that the thing that scares us most, actually has a strong connection to our goal, dream or even destiny. The main aim of it ( fear) is to hold us back and stop us from achieving those dreams.
Remember, Don't let your fear stop you.

What are you afraid of? Do you know how it originated from?
And,
Do you also know your fear is not above you?? And that you can defeat it. ( Yeah!!!)
Yes you can. With the right mindset, a positive outlook and a strong determination. Trust me when I say, you will be able to look fear in the eye and laugh.
Final message - Battle your fear. Take it down, head on. And when it's over, raise that victory flag, sky high.
