"Oh My Gosh! Oh My Gosh!!! I'm so happy for you guys!! You guy look really cute together!!" My cheek start heating up.
"Stop that!!"

"Okay, okay let's change the topic. Have you talked to Ace?"
Michelle's POV
"Okay, okay let's change the topic. Have you talked to Ace."
Oh my!!! I tried avoiding that question!!!
My cheek heat up on what happened.
"Michelle, why are you blushing? Tell me what happened?!"
"Okay. Yes I did." I said sighing.
Few hours ago
I walked out of Ashley's room after seeing through her window that they are gone.
Walking down the stairs, I saw Mason walking towards the door. No he can't leave me here alone! I quickly walk down the stairs
"Mason! Where you going?!"
"Ugh you don't have to shout my name!"
"Okay sorry. Where you going?"
"Huh..... somewhere?"
"Can I go with you-"
"No! Sorry no! I-i want to go alone. Bye!!" He said and walked out closing the door. Well that was a bit weird and an like him.
Wait... did he just left me. He can't just leave me alone here with Ace!!!
I hear a flush from the toilet on the corner end. It must be Ace!
I have to leave this house. Oh no I promise Ashley I will stay here with her for the night coz I want to know what went on, on her date!!!
I can hear the toilet door opening and than closed. I quickly rush to the kitchen and pretend I was drinking water.
But his foot steps starts makes its way to the kitchen. I look at my back to already find him looking at me. I quickly turn my head back while my heart beat starts raising in a fast speed.
I think water will work.
I put the cup I am holding and put it in the sink opening the tap. I drink the water.
"You know we need to talk." his voice reach my ears. I spread the water out of my mouth. I was so shock that he his so close to me. I choked on the little water that was still in my mouth and started coughing repeatedly.
"Oh shit sorry!" Ace said rubbing my back. While I still cough. But the cough became better. "Breath in slowly, then breath out" Ace said. I followed his instructions and my breathing went back to normal.
Few minutes later the was no one talking among the two of us. So I decided to speak since this was the right time.
"Yes, we need to talk."
"Look I'm really sorry about what happened...." He explains everything to me. My cheeks heat up that he knows me too well that I would avoid him if we kissed.
"I am deeply sorry Michelle I really do like you. I will never do this again." I looked at his light blue eyes that I usually get lost in and just smiled. I went to him and hug him.
He breaks the hug and looks at me in the eyes. "Can I kiss you?"
Oh my!!! I have being waiting for this day for years!!
I nodded. That's all it takes before his mouth smashed onto mine.
Present
"The end."
"Ncoooo that was is cute." Ashley squeal taking me by shock. I gabbed at her. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?"
"I am the only one who squeals. No one else does no one. It his my thing. Don't. Ever. Squeal!"
"Huh.... Okay. About Mason why would he behave like that he is not the type to act like that."
"Yeah. He was acting so suspicious."

Few weeks later....
"I have something to give you." Chase said talking out something....
Is that a red box?!
We are currently on our second date and everything is going well. We are in one of dee expensive restaurant in America. We already ate, talked and laughed. We are having so much fun. Being with someone you truly love, is the best. You feel complete. You feel the missing piece in your life is found. You even feel special.
I gasp when he opens the red box and a shining diamond ring comes into view. It is perfect.
Wait......is he proposing?!!!!
"I know what's on your mind and no, I'm not proposing. I can if you want but I can see you will probably freak out." He said getting up from his chair and comes to my side standing on his knees. "You want through a lot in your life but you stayed strong. That's what I like mostly about you.
"You open up to me but I pushed you away which I definitely regret so badly. I thought I was in love with Tara but you showed me the true definition of love. My life was covered with darkness but you brought light to it and made it shine. The first time I kissed you I loved it but I tried pushing the new feelings I was having away because I didn't understand it.
"You have scars all over your body but you manage to still put a smile on your beautiful face. Ashley, you are a really strong woman and i am the happiest man in the world to meet such a beautiful woman like you. You know how to stand up for your self which, shit! That turns me on." He smirks and continues
"I want you to never leave my life and bring me back to the darkness I was drawn to. I want to see your beautiful face everyday of my life. What I'm holding here is a promise ring that we will be together forever. Do you accept to be my love and I be your love forever?"
I wipe the tears that keeps falling. I nodded at him "Yes I want to be your love and you be my love forever." He gives me his rare smile which I love before smashing his lips on mine. We move our lips in sync. He puts one arm around my waist and pulled me closer to his chest and his other arm on my head. While I run my hand through his beautiful soft brown hair.
He bites my bottom lips but I didn't open up coz we're in public. He says between my lips "can't wait to see what you are hiding under this royal blue sparkling dress."
I gasp and he uses the opportunity and slides his tongue in and deepens the kiss. He explores my mouth. I can taste the wine we were drinking.
Someone clears their throat. "So-sorry sir. But please can you guys go to a hotel or something coz you guys a catching our customers eyes and they are complaining."
I quickly broke the kiss. I look around and for sure we caught everyone eyes on us my whole face heats up from embarrassment. I look down at my lap and try using my curled up hair to cover my heated face.
Chase smirks and leans on the chair. His face suddenly turned serious which surprised me and sent shiver through my body. He says to himself but I heard it....
"I will protect you with my life, my love."
