Su Wan tilted her head and looked at Jiang Xuecheng who was completely unmoved. She sighed, “Xuecheng, look, those are a group of rich lunatics.”

Jiang Xuecheng put the red wine down casually and shifted his vision onto the Imperial Green Jade in the middle of the screen.

“They aren’t crazy. This piece is the best imperial green of the glass-type jadeite. It’s so pure, there isn’t a single trace of impurity. There aren’t any cracks or wadding. It’s not surprising it could be sold at this price.”

Hearing the man’s calm tone of voice, Su Wan was taken aback. She looked at the jade in the middle of the screen. Although the bidding process had started, the staffs were still using professional equipment to shine on the piece of Imperial Green Jade.

The color of the jade was very bright and nice, dazzling and mysterious and it took many people’s breath away.

Jade could uplift a person’s body and mind. Jade lovers would wear jade closely on their bodies. This Imperial Green Jade would eventually be carved into some kind of jewellery.

Seeing Jiang Xuecheng’s calmness, Su Wan couldn’t help asking, “Xuecheng, have you ever dealt with jade before?”

A smile flashed through his handsome face. He pursed his lips.

“I only know a little. Jadeite could be categorized in an ascending order from bean jadeite, ice Jadeite, glass jadeite, dragon stone jadeite and imperial green Jade. I’ve seen a dragon stone jadeite of good quality in the past but the grade was slightly inferior when compared to imperial green jades. The bidding price for that was more than two hundred million.

Imperial green jade was also known as emerald and it was the most colorful and valuable type of jadeite. It was extremely rare and precious.

Upon hearing this, Su Wan raised her brows and tilted her head up with pride, “It looks like I can enter the stone gambling world in the future with my luck.”

When Jiang Xuecheng saw her pleased look, he couldn’t help laughing. He stretched his hand and hit Su Wan’s head.

“Every dog has its day. You were merely lucky today. If you really get into stone gambling, I’m afraid you’d lose all the money you make today in less than half a month.”

Su Wan did not doubt the truth of Jiang Xuecheng’s theory but after being ridiculed, she looked sulkily at Jiang Xuecheng.

“Do you have to mock me like this?”

Su Wan was not ready to be involved in stone gambling. Just as the saying goes, ‘The insiders look at things, methods, and essence while the outsiders watch the excitement.’ She was merely an outsider.

She leaned her head against Jiang Xuecheng’s shoulders and narrowed her eyes. No matter what, it was a right move to come to the Lu’s auction today. At least, she had had a windfall!

While Su Wan and Jiang Xuecheng were chatting, her imperial green jade had been sold.

Helena raised her arms high up and there was a light smile on her beautiful face. She was very influential.

“Congratulations to number 3778 for winning the bid of this rare imperial green jade at four hundred and thirty million dollars.

Su Wan saw the four hundred million transaction price on the screen. She estimated, after paying the ten percent service charge, it would be less than four hundred million dollars.

She had indirectly created huge profit for Lu Qingyu. Su Wan thought about it and felt the pinch.

Just then, a knock was heard at the door. Su Wan looked surprisingly at Jiang Xuecheng and then answered gently, “Come in.”

She spoke of the devil and the devil appeared. Standing at the door was a tall figure. The only incongruity was that he was still on crutches.

Lu Qingyu entered with a smile. His amorous eyes kept staring at Su Wan and Jiang Xuecheng. The radian of his smile kept increasing.
