Matteo POV Three weeks later
I woke up at 7:00 me and Estella have been getting closer lately but she started to work again and I have been busy with mine. I got up and went to the bathroom I checked my phone and there was a text one of my friends is having a party at the club and we are invited.
I walked out the bathroom and went to Val's room "Val did you get thing." I said as she got out the bathroom "Ya it's tonight." I nodded I went back to my room showered and I left the house with Lorenzo to go get some clothes for tonight.
Estella pov
I woke up at 8:30 and Matteo wasn't their i didn't think of anything because he has been busy at work, I checked my phone and a message from Matteo 'Go shopping pick something nice my card is on the kitchen table be home by 4:00 â¤ï¸.' Ready for what? I got up from the bed but before I could even walk Val came into the room "Hey go shower can get dressed we are going shopping." She said before I could even reply she left the room.
I went to the bathroom and looked at the message again my heart warmed we have been getting closer over the pass couple weeks he took me out on a date but it was a double date with Rosa and Lorenzo but it still counts right. I put my phone down and hoped in the shower, after a little I got out wrapped myself in the towel and went to my closet and picked out some clothes it was a little cold out because it was December so had to get something warm.

I went downstairs and Val was already waiting for me "You ready?" I looked up from my phone still looking at the text "mhmm" was all I said as she walked out the door to her car I followed. We sat in the car I think she noticed I was on my phone to much as we stoped at a red light, "And who is that?" I looked up from my phone and smiled awkwardly "W-what?" She looked at me and raised her eyebrows but before she could do or say anything else the light turned green and she started driving again.
A couple minutes and turns and Val's road rage later we arrived at the mall. "Oh ya what are we doing here?" I said as we walked in the mall "I will tell you if you tell me what you're looking at." I sighed I thought about it for a little then have her my phone with the message on it her eyes glowed as he looked at me.
"Omgggg he's totally warming up to you aww." I blushed "ok now tell me what are we doing." I sighed "Fine we have to go to a party tonight at the club and we need to get dresses." My eyes lit up and twenty minutes later we are browsing one of the finest shops their is, "Val I found the one" I said as I got out the dressing room with the dress on her eyes widened "Omg so gorgeous." I blushed so hard "Thank you" "Well I found a couple dresses for me but the time let me try them on." I nodded as I went back in to change into my clothes.
After a little Val came out with her first dress "Ok how is this." I looked at it and it was gorgeous but wasn't her style "It's cute but I'm not feeling it." She shook her head "Ya I wasn't feeling this one to." After a couple dresses later she found the right one and we paid and got some food and went back home.
I walk in the door and Matteo's there "I thought you weren't going to be back for a while." I said putting the bags down he looked at me with shook "what?" I said "Nothing and we finished early " I nodded "what time is it?" He looked at his phone and at Val and back to me "it's almost time to get going let's go get ready." I nodded and went to my room and took a shower.
I played my music and hoped in the shower and washed my hair and got out and Matteo was waiting in his phone "you can go" he nodded and went to the shower and I want to my closet and put in my dress and did my hair. I finished up after 20 minutes and went to Val's room "Omg you look gorgeous god dam." I said in a gasp and covering my mouth Val looked over and dropped her phone "God dam ." She was speechless and so was she "ready " I shook my head and we went downstairs and Matteo was waiting for me.
"Ok look" Val said as he turns and his mouth opened "God fucking dam." He said pulling me closer to him " who said you can look this fine." My face we heating up. "I don't know" I said as he let go of me and we went to the car.

The car ride was silent and we arrived to the club as we walked in Matteo pulled me closer to him by my waist as he saw the way the other guys were looking at me it felt comfortable and I liked it. We soon arrived to a group and men and ladies in nice dressed me and Val just talked to each other when they talked business. After a couple shots one if the ladies came up to me "Hi I am Stacy I am guessing your the one and only Mrs.Amondo?" She said and she held out her hand I took her hand and shook it "Yes yes I am." I said nervously.
"Wow it's must be nice." I was confused "excuse me?" She looked at me in shock "Oh sorry i mean it must be nice to be married to an Amondo right?" I looked at her then at Matteo who was already looking at me i was going crazy "Well yes it is nice but it's not all what it seems i figured you would know you are also married to someone with a big name and title."
She sighed and looked at her husband then back at me "Your right it's not all what everyone thinks I mean ya it's nice I love him and his family to but sometimes when he's busy it feels like I am not even their like I am alone sometimes." She said with a sniff "sorry I will be back." I nodded and got up and walked to Matteo.
I held onto his arm "Hi guys if you don't mind I have to take him for a little." I said to the guys that Matteo was taking it they nodded and Matteo walked with me to the middle of the dance floor "what wrong." He said as he out his hands around my waist "Nothing just wanted to be with you." I said as he pulled me closer "Qu'est-ce que tu veux vraiment" (what do you really want) "you speak French ?" He chuckled "no only that " I laughed as he pulled me in closer are lips almost touching.
I was about to say something then BAM BAM BAM gunshots me and Matteo ducked down quickly and he was in front of me like a shield protecting me he turned at me "Are you ok " I looked at him "ya" he nodded "Do you have your gun." I nodded and I looked around for Val she was in the corner and she was bleeding omg "Matteo its val 2 o'clock what do we do?" I said trying not to go crazy as he looked "Shit ok so you will go you will get Val and get her in the car and go with her and I will cover you."
"No?" he looked at me with concern "what you will do as I say" he said not letting his guard down "No I will not leave you I will get Val to the car as your cover me and I will come back through the front and come back ok ." He as hesitant but agreed "3...2...1... go go go." He said and we got up at the same time he covered me and he shot and I went to Val.
"Are you ok." She shook her head "No no I-I got shot in the leg." I looked at Matteo who gave me the signal "Ok so the plan is I am going to bring you to the car and you are going to go have and call the family doctor and stay home while I help here ok." She was hesitant "ok" she grunted in pain "ready" she nodded I picked her out and went out though the back I looked thought the ally then the car pulled up I ran with Val in my arms and put her in the car.
"Bring her home and call the doctor." I asked are personal driver he nodded "you'll be ok we will be ok just go home and rest." She nodded and they left now I have to get in thought the front somehow. As I walked to the front I felt someone pull me from behind and covered my mouth I tried to get out but couldn't so I elbowed them in the stomach I don't think they saw my gun so I turned it and held it to his dick and pulled the trigger and all I heard was a scream of pain then I ran to the front if the club to see Matteo fighting two guys and others fighting and shooting.
I walked into the door and shot two guys one in the head and one him the chest then I hid behind a table trying to get to Matteo I almost got hit but moved away quickly enough to miss it. Then I was behind one of the guys that was fighting Matteo I was still crouching down so I shot his ankle the got up and turned him around and punched him in the face and he fell to the ground i looked at Matteo and we looked proud, then I found my back to his back we were shooting guys left to right in a circular motion then one guy punched me in my stomach "Fuck" I screamed as I folded over and Matteo shot him in his head.
He bent down to me "You good" I nodded "Ok let's get out of here." We snuck out of there and ran off to the car like teenagers as we were in the car Matteo had his hand in my thigh the whole time without saying a word until he broke the silence "You were good back there for a second I thought you were going to leave me for how long out took." I chuckled "Why you were scared you needed me ?" I said teasingly "oh please " I laughed we arrived home we showered and we sat on the bed watching tv after about twenty minutes.
"Oh shit we should go check on Val." He got up from the bed "shit ya let's go" he said as he was half way out the room and we went into Val's room "Hey how you feel" I said as she shut off her phone "I feel fine in pain but nothing bad." I smiled "Oh and Estella... thank you for what you did to me I wouldn't have made it out there if it wasn't for you." I looked at Matteo and back at her "Your welcome let me know if you need anything.' I said as I left the room and went back to mine.
About five minutes later Matteo came and sat on the bed "wanna watch a movie?" I nodded as he put on a move and about twenty minutes into it I put my head on his chests hearing his heart beat as he played with my hair. This is were I felt safe warm and comfortable.
