gotten the surveillance records and captured the man. Even though Hansel had asked him to

release the rich heir, he had not agreed to it.

The next day, his five-year-old son had a broken leg. Cameron was wrathful and he had just taken it

when his wife had lashed out at him. After that, his wife had been abducted and assaulted by over

ten men in headgear. That was the last straw for him before he had given in.

From then on, it seemed as if the brave hero had been thoroughly defeated, as he had never gotten

back up.

Kayson was impressed but asked in confusion, “Didn't you mention that Admiralporium is

watching?”

“I did, but Captain Oberden said that it's useless. The Admiralporium captain won't be able to

overpower them.”

Thomas perked up and exclaimed in joy, “For sure! Let me thank you on behalf of Captain Oberden

first, Mr. Yarde!”

“It's not a big deal.” Kayson smiled.

Shortly after that, the meal was prepared, and Talia asked both men to head over to the dining

table.

Luna spoke up nervously while they were eating, “Mr. Yarde, I... Let me propose a toast to you. I was

rude and arrogant earlier. Please forgive me!”
