Chapter 516 Once Royce left, Philip smiled knowingly. “I'll leave you young people alone then!

"Oh yeah, Kayson ... A few of the bodies over at Cloudia Paragon were collected by their families,

and they've asked me to thank you.”

He sighed after saying that. “Master Octavius, Master Oczen, and the others are already in jail, and

the hearing will be held soon...”

Kayson did not know what to say. He had only scanned the vicinity with mind expansion back then,

but that had been enough. Those female corpses ... had gone through terrible torture before their

death, and even their death had not come easy.

Kayson felt an impending headache after Philip left.

What should he do with Livia? It was not like he could take her to the Wolfendens when he returned

to Clouspring. He would not have agreed to meet Royce if he had known. Besides, he was only

temporarily staying at Jason's place now. It would not be appropriate for him to bring another

person over!

“Ms. Shore...”

“Just call me Livia."

“Livia, I'll take you to Garland Gym while I think of a place to stay.”

Livia nodded. “Sure, it's up to you.”

At Garland Gym...

Edward went over to welcome Kayson the moment he saw him. “Mr. Yarde!”

“I'm just here to take a break. Keep doing what you've been doing,” said Kayson.

The students in the gym looked at him admiringly but dared not go forward. However, the moment

they spotted the gorgeous Livia next to him, they ignored him completely.

The girl was so beautiful that she looked prettier than the female celebrities on television.

Kayson and Livia took a seat on the chairs on the side, and Cody and Parker came a while later.

"Kayson!” Cody's eyes shone as he jogged over happily.

“What brings you here?” Kayson asked.

Cody chuckled. “I wanted to train too. Give me a pointer or two. It'll be easier when I pick up girls

next time.”

Kayson let an amused chortle escape his mouth.” Practicing martial arts isn't practice for picking up

girls...”

Cody could care less about that. He was stunned when he saw Livia. The girl was unbelievably

beautiful and she looked like an otherworldly fairy as she sat there quietly. He thought that Kayson

was simply the best — he could drink the most, fight the hardest, and pick up the prettiest girl.

Parker bowed before Kayson and went over to train. His brother, Cody, went with him, but since he

was new, he looked a little out of place in the crowd.

Kayson told Livia, “Okay, we'll get two neighboring rooms in Emerald Phoenix. What do you think?”

Livia gave it some thought and asked, “Why don't we just get a business suite?”

"Oh, that works too. You decide.” Kayson nodded.

Livia pulled out her phone to book the hotel while Cody jogged over right after Parker talked to

him.

Cody asked enthusiastically , “You need a place to stay, Kayson? You can come to me. I have several

properties . Do you need a villa or an apartment?” Kayson was stunned for a moment before he

realized what had happened. Parker must have heard them, as he was already an inner energy

fighter and had an above average hearing ability.

He accepted Cody's offer easily. “Rent a place to me for

some time then. I'll return it to you when I leave Greenspring.”

Cody replied seriously, “Kayson, you're insulting me now. You didn't even charge me for helping my

younger brother become an inner energy fighter!

“I have a villa by the river, and it's been half a year since it was renovated. It's a stand-alone

building, and you can stay there after furnishing it a little.”
