Chapter 711 Kayson as well as Royce and Livia were surprised. Hank was kicked out of Heathein? His
son was the one who said it, so there was no way it was made up. What was going
on?
The few of them stayed silent. Hank asked steely, looking at Josiah, âWhat's the matter? Make it
clear!â
Josiah widened his eyes at the sight of Kayson and shuddered instinctively. He did not forget how
Kayson had defeated his father.
âMr. Y-Yarde, you're here too..."
Josiah was awkward seeing Kayson but dared not just ignore him.
âMn, go on.â Kaysonâs gaze lingered on Josiah cryptically, but he said nothing more. It was just that
a silver needle suddenly appeared between his fingers for him to fiddle with.
Josiah stood up and asked, âCâCan I talk while sitting down?â
"Of course.â Royce nodded.
âThank you, Mr. Shore...â
Josiah took a spot to Liviaâs right and said, âI just went
back to Heathein, and the people from the Ether and Ground Hall stopped me.
"I asked them what happened, and they said that my fatherâs being stripped of the position of the
hall chief and that I no longer qualify to enter Heatheinâs headquarters.
âBut I found it impossible. My dad's been fine. Why was he suddenly let go? I just wanted to go in
and ask properly.
âThen people from the Ground Hall wanted to attack me, claiming that Terry Wagner had earned the
eldersâ agreement to kick my dad out...â
Terry Wagner was the Ether Hall's chief. Hank scowled. âTerry really holds a grudge. He must've
wanted to chase me out of Heathein for a long time now...
âThe elders..."
He suddenly sighed. âHe must've taken care of the elders, so I'm most probably kicked out of
Heathein.â
Hank looked at Kayson and Royce, bowing in apology.â Mr. Yarde, Mr. Shore, I didnât expect what's
happening.â
What saddened him the most was that he was unable to make Kayson treat him as he had failed to
accomplish this task. This meant that he lost the chance to become a grandmaster in this life.
Kayson spoke, âYou aren't to be blamed...â
His gaze suddenly flitted to Josiah as soon as he spoke. While everyone's attention was not on
Josiah, the latter pulled something out of his pocket and threw it at Livia.
The silver needle in Kaysonâs hand shot off in a black glint.
Something black was pierced by the needle and flew off with the needle. The needle went straight
into the wall, pinning the black Vodu Worm on the wall with a loud sound
Josiah's gaze was empty when he suddenly sprang up and launched himself at Livia.
Shocked and terrified, Livia threw herself to another side.
Hank was bewildered , nearly dying from the shock and actually forgetting to put a stop to the
situation
It was fortunate that Kayson used Ground â Scrincan and appeared next to Josiah in the blink of an
eye. He pressed Josiah's head to the couch with a single hand, and as a few silver needles went
down, the latter's eyes rolled back. He foamed at the mouth, convulsing like he had a seizure
Kayson delivered some lightning energy to Josiah, and a black Vodu Worm crawled out of the
latter's mouth a while later. âVodu Worm!?â Hank was in disbelief.
