We arrived at the college and it looked nice, from the paint job to the clean spacious campus.
"Ok guys. I need you to stay with your partner at all times, and if you leave them you'll get your grade dropped a whole letter."
I sighed as I heard others groan with irritation.
"Be happy. So first we're taking a tour around the school, and you and your partner have to take notes and pictures. Then we're having lunch."
We got off the bus and met with the people who were giving us the tour, but out the corner of my eye a girl with red hair caught my eye.
"Aloni?"
I said to myself, as I walked over to the girl and tapped her shoulder.
"Excuse me miss."
She turned around and there she was, I looked her over and my eyes stopped at her stomach which was pretty round.
"Oh my gosh Rain. I've been trying to get in contact with you, you've missed alot. And girl I mean alot."
She gave me a very tight hug, and then stepped back checking me out.
"I see. How many months?"
"Six, and before you ask yes it is Marcel's baby."
"I knew this was going to happen, but what are you having?"
I shook my head, because I know she wasn't the only girl he was sleeping with. But unfortunately she was the only one so far to keep the baby.
"A girl."
"Oh damn good luckâ with that, if she come out looking anything like you, then I feel bad for you guys."
"Marcel said the same thing. Talking about how he gone have to kill niggas over his baby girl."
She started laughing, I shook my head not finding anything funny.
"Well I have to get back to this field trip with my partner."
"Ok. Give me your number so we can keep in contact."
I handed her my phone and we exchanged numbers, so then we hugged and she walked towards the parking lot.
"Who yo friend, she fine."
"Don't you see she's pregnant?"
"So I can be the babies daddy."
I shook my head and walked away from him, towards the entrance of the building.
"Rain wait up, I was just playing."
"Whatever, where do we start?"
"Anywhere I guess, since you decided to be smart and walked away while the instructions were being said."
"I mean the least you could've did was stayed and listen."
"Nah, cause the teacher seen you walking off and if my letter drop I'm failing."
"Ohhhhhh."
"Yea, now let's start writing notes and taking pictures of this fake ass Dinosaur."
Three hours later we we're done with the tour of the school, and now we're eating lunch. Once we finish eating, we're going to back to school.
I sat on a bench under a tree where the shade was and began eating. I felt someone's presence, and I didn't bother looking up to see who it was.
"Ms. Alexander, why did you walk off while instructions were being given?"
"I seen my God sister, and we haven't seen each other in a long time so I had to talk to her since I had the chance."
"Ok then."
He walked away and I continued to eat my food as Derrick made his way over to me and sat down.
"So Rain you got anymore fine ass friends?"
"Do you have any fine friends?"
"Yep, you the only one."
"Nah, I just talk to you to make time pass, we not friends."
"Damn its like that."
"It's been that way. I don't still don't like you."
"Well damn, I don't feel special anymore."
"Why would you feel special in the first place?"
"No reason."
I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket, so I took it out and seen Devon was face timing me.
I answered and waited for it to connect and then I seen Terrell's face pop up.
"Hi baby."
He waved his hand smiling showing his teeth, and then that's when I seen Devon's face pop up on the screen with big eyes.
"I know you are not fucking cheating on me again! Who is that nigga, first it was my brother now you got another new nigga!?"
I couldn't do anything but laugh, this is normal but today it's even more hilarious.
"He's just my partner for this field trip."
"He yo friend?"
"Nah."
"That's what they all say. But aye young blood why you all up in my girl FaceTime call?"
"It don't matter."
"Yea it do. You either tell me now or get your ass whopped after school."
"Well I guess we just gonna fight."
"Ight bet."
He hung up the phone and I shook my head, thinking about what's going to happen in the next two hours.
"So you got two niggas, and they brothers? You a savage."
"No, he was playing."
"That's not what it seems like, but if you want, I dont mind being number three although in not in the family."
I couldn't help but laugh in his face, I was laughing so hard, tears we're coming out.
"It's not that damn funny."
"It is because you sound stupid, he's like my older brother and that's how he play."
"Brother my ass but ok."
I looked at him and laughed again, then the teacher yelled for every to get ready to get back on the bus with there partners.
After everyone was ready, we got back on the bus, and got on the rode to return back to school.

Once we arrived back at school, there stood Devon on the front steps waiting.
I couldn't help but laugh because I had no idea how this was going to turn out.
"Aye bitch boy talk your shit now!"
Devon said as he was walking towards Derrick, who was on the side of me.
"Yo ass to grown to be wanting to fight over a girl."
"It ain't even about that."
After that I don't know what happened but Devon and Derrick we're having a full blown fight. Everyone stood around with there phones out recording.
I looked to where the teacher was and he was adjusting his glasses, and also had his phone out, recording and laughing.
I didnt know if I wanted to break up the fight because for 1) I didn't want my nails broke. And 2) They we're both way bigger then me.
I went against my word and ended up getting Devon off of Derrick to see that he was unconscious. I hurry up and drugged him to my car, and speed off.
"Did you drive here?"
"Nah I had my nigga drop me off."
"You know you going to jail right?"
"Girl I don't give a flying fuck, he had it coming."
He took his shirt off and started wiping the blood off his knuckles.
"What made you wanna fight him anyway?"
"A birdy told me somethings he said about you, so I figured he needed his ass beat."
"I'm going to kick Shamar's ass, that was suppose to stay between us."
"Shut the hell up Rain. We brothers we tell each other everything."
"But that was between me and him."
"Oh well. If you ever need someone to talk to you could talk to me, cause I know how to hold secrets unlike Shamar."
"I'll keep that in mind."
Ten minutes later we pulled up to Cookie's house and her and Terrell were outside drawing in the driveway.
"Heyyyyy baby!!!"
I said as I got out the car and met Terrell as he was running towards me. I picked him up and walked to where he was drawing.
"Hey Grams."
"Hey thickems. How was your day?"
"It was a day, how about you?"
"Tiring, somebody decided after nap time they would draw a damn Pacoso on my wall."
"Do you want me to clean it?"
"Nah I cleaned it up already, that's why we out here."
"Oh ok."
I heard a car door close, then that's when I realized Devon never got out. Once he reached the porch Cookie looked him up and down.
"Why you ain't got no shirt on? What happened to your hands?"
"I had a fight."
"Did you fuck them up?"
"Hell yea."
"That's my boy."
They started laughing then starting talking about it. I walked into the house because I didn't wanna hear about it, even though I know it was coming Monday.
A couple minutes later they came through the door, and Cookie came straight towards me.
"You let this Derrick bitch boy talk shit about you, then you being nice and talking to him!?"
"It was a project thing."
"Project thing my ass, I would've told the teacher I cannot work with that bastard."
"Ohhkkkaayyyy."
"Don't ok me. Y'all hungry dinner ready everyone should be over in a couple minutes."
"Ok."
We went and cleaned ourselves up and by the time we were done everyone was sitting at the table waiting to eat.
