Those words reignited the fury in Martha’s eyes, “If you hadn’t manipulated Isaac, why would he heed your every

word? He’s my student. He should be following my instructions! I told him to perform the surgery according to the

operate without your approval!”

she had seen him.

“I’m Sven Stein, the patient involved in the medical mishap two years ago.”

Sven sneered at Martha. “During the surgery, I truly had no idea that such an accident had occurred on the

operating table.”

“A few days ago, I saw the true report of my surgery from two years ago.”

The man narrowed his eyes, “I recall when I first visited the hospital, I asked Ms. Lane, who was then an

authoritative expert, whether my minor health issue would affect the surgery.

“At that time, you assured me there was no problem, and your plan was foolproof.”
