Arron's POV
I wake up and get dressed early since we have a meeting on the upcoming war with the vampires. Luckily, it's Saturday morning so I don't have to miss any school. I really don't mind school but, there's really no point for it because whether I like it or not, I'm going to become Alpha. I won't be able to go to college, get a job, or have a normal life. Of course I've accepted that since I was young but, it doesn't mean I'm happy about it. Now don't get me wrong, I love my pack and am honored to become Alpha but, I just want to do other things as well.
Once I finish getting ready, I go out of my room to the office. I go in and see that my dad, mom, his beta (Ben's dad), and third in command (Luke's dad) are already in there. Along with a couple of the leader warriors there to start coming up with a plan if needed. Once they see I'm there, the meeting begins.
"They're planning to attack in a couple of weeks. We need to figure out a plan to win this war," saids my dad, a stern look on his face.
"Yes but what if we ask one of the neighboring packs to help?" Asked one of the warrior wolves.
"No! We will fight this war alone. I don't need another pack to help us," my dad snapped, pounding a fist on the desk.
He needs to get his pride in check. He's too proud to ask anyone for help and it's really not good. The warrior wolf that gave the idea put his head down after my dad's reaction.
"Dad, he has a point. We could use our alliances to our advantage. I mean every wolf hates those blood suckers," I say.
"I said no and that is final. You'll be able to make the decisions once your alpha and I expect you to know the correct decisions. Like this one, we will not ask for help," he said stubbornly.
"Well I am going to be alpha in a couple of days and I will make the correct decisions. Like this one, we need as much help as we need if we're going to beat the vampires," I said just as sternly.
"Well the decision is made and I said my decision was final," he said, using his alpha voice.
I backed up. Since he still is alpha he still has more power in his voice. I left the room. I bawled my fists tightly, making them go white.
"We'll see dad, we'll see who's made the correct decision," I say to myself.

Daphne's POV
I wake up to the sun in my eyes. At first I start freaking out thinking I overslept and am late to class but then remember that it is a Saturday. I spent yesterday after school brainstorming ideas of what I could do to Arron. The ideas ranged from spilling food on him to releasing a large animal on him.
No matter how much I thought, none of them were good enough. I only have until Friday to think and get all the supplies I'll need. Yeah, you might think that that's a lot of time but when you have to sneak into your enemies house and set the trap, it can take a while... What? No I haven't snuck into his house ever for some payback.... more than five times. Mind you!
I decide to get out of bed and go downstairs to get some breakfast. When I do, I see a note on the fridge from my dad.

Hey sweetie, left for work. Left you some money on the counter incase you go out.

As if on cue, I received a phone call. I picked up my phone and saw that it said Kat. I answered.
Kat: Hey girl
Me: Hey what's up
Kat: So me and Zan are
planning to go to the mall and we want to know if you want to come
Me: Sure
Kat: Okay we'll be over
to pick you up at 12
Me: Okay see you then
Kat: Okay bye
I hung up and got some frozen waffles. I put them in the toaster and waited for them to pop out. While I was waiting I drifted off to lala land. I love lala land. Sometimes I just want to live there it's so pretty and calm yet relaxing and pleasing....
I guess I was so concentrated I forgot about the waffle that when it popped up, I jumped making my heart race. I laughed at myself and got the waffles and poured syrup on top. I poured myself a glass of milk and sat down to eat. Once I was finished, I looked at the clock and saw that it was 10:45. I decided to start getting ready. I went upstairs and hopped into the shower.
After I was done showering, I left the bathroom to go choose my outfit. I decided on a pair of jeans, an oversized striped (blue, light pinkish, and creme) sweater, a pinky nude infinity scarf, a beanie, and a pair for of creme converse. ð½
I got changed, dried my hair and did a little bit of makeup. I only applied concealer, a shimmery pinkish eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush, and a nude lipstick. I just threw the beanie on because I was too lazy to do anything to my hair. Perfect!
Once I finally finished, I checked the time on my phone and saw that it was 11:40. I still had some time so I just messed around on social media while I waited for them.
Ding dong!
I heard the doorbell so I went downstairs and got my purse and then opened the door.
"Hey Daphne, I was just here to apologize for yesterday. I was just stressed. You know I'm not usually like that. I felt kinda bad, so... I was wondering if you wanted to hang out but from looking at you, it seems you already have plans so..." says Sydney, trailing off at the end.
"Uh hi, and yeah Kat, Zan, and me were going to the mall, would you like to come along?" I said.
"Uh sure, if it's not a problem with your friends," she said chirpily.
"Okay, I'm sure there won't be, would you like to come in while we wait?" I ask.
"Sure," she saids as I stepped aside.
"Do you want anything to drink or something?" I ask her.
"No thanks I'm fine," she saids as she goes to sit on the couch.
We had a brief conversation until the bell rung again. I got up to get it and saw that it was Kat and Zan.
"Hey Daph ready to go?" asked Zander.
"Yeah but we have an addition that's going with us," I said.
"Who?" Asked Kat.
Just when she said that, Sydney came from behind me.
"Hey guys, I hope you don't mind," said Sydney.
"Hey, no it's totally fine," Kat answered, looking at Zander.
"Okay then let's go," said Zander, walking to the car.
We went into the car and left for the mall.

Arron's POV
"Hey dude, since your birthdays coming up, do you want to go to the mall and get the stuff we'll need?" Asked Luke expectantly.
"Umm, sure I guess," I answered, shrugging my shoulders.
"I'm here, I'm here lets go!" Said Ben, jumping around with an idiotic grin on his face.
"How did you know I was going to say yes?" I asked him, looking at him amused.
"Duh, because I know you didn't have any work to do so you were free," he said giving me the 'are you dumb' look.
"Fine lets go," I said, shaking my head and we left to go to the mall.

Daphne's POV
We arrived at the mall and went to a couple stores. This mall is different from other malls. It has bakeries, a Target, a Walmart, and the normal stores that are usually at a mall. It's pretty big.
We mess around in the mall for a little while trying on stuff and buying stuff here and there. Sydney was pretty fun to be around and was making me laugh a lot. We decided to get some lunch so we went to the food court and ate. We then left to another store because Sydney said she was going to look for something for her brother's birthday. So we went into the store.
We browsed around. I showed Sydney the most ugliest things and she just laughed cause she of course expected me to chose things that aren't cute for him. She decided on a tablet. That's right a tablet. Well she's a good sister. Eh. We left and decide to go to the bakery to get some cupcakes. Guess who we saw there. Arron.
"Well look who's here..." I said, crossing my arms.
"You stalking me Kingston?" He asked, a smirk clearly visible on his arrogant face.
"Please, like I'd care what you do every single minute of every day," I scoffed.
"Yeah well keep telling yourself that. Oh and you have something on your face," he said.
"No I-" I started but he caught me off by smashing the cupcake he had in his hand on my face.
I gasped and so did the others. Luckily I still had half of my drink so I opened it and poured it on his head. This time it was Luke's and Ben's turn to gasp.
"And you have something on your head," I said with a smirk.
He was drenched and pissed. Luckily it didn't spill on the floor or we would have been kicked out. I walked out of the the bakery laughing, leaving a scowling Arron (who was puffing his cheeks) behind. Zander, Kat, and Sydney followed me out.
"Omg I can't believe you did that! Actually I think I can! That was awesome!" Kat exclaimed.
"Yeah nice one!" said Zan, giving me a quick high five.
"Daphne... That was...." Started Sydney.
I think she's mad. I really hope she's not. Cause if you asked me, that was pretty cool.
"Awesome!" She yelled.
I just laughed. Then Sydney gave me a napkin to wipe off the cupcake. That gave me an idea.
"IknowhatprankI'mgoingtodotoArronforhisbirthday!" I yelled out so fast that I don't think I even understood myself.
"What?" They all asked at the same time.
Hehe.
"I know what prank I'm going to do for Arron's birthday!" I said more slower but with just the same enthusiasm.
I looked at Sydney only now realizing I said it in front of her.
"I'm in!" She said excitedly.
"Really?" I asked surprised.
"Yep, he's been a jerk lately like I said before and it's time for some payback," she said.
"Okay, so basically this is all we have to do, since he put a cupcake all over my face, I'm going to make him a human cake," I said proudly that I thought of that.
"Okay let's do it!" Said Sydney.
"Yeah!" said Kat and Zander.
