Lin Xue suddenly got an idea out, “Huh? Yeah, I should add windows!”

She ran out of the house and knocked a few holes in the wall and replaced them with glass.

She went to the front and added a door to the building.

But this didn’t make it look better, on the contrary, it made it look more like a tomb.

Lin Xue didn’t want to budge, swapping out more planks for glass, making the interior building brighter.

“Tadaa! How’s that, doesn’t it look a lot better? How about I call it Lin Xue’s glass castle?”

“Hey, it’s a glass castle, not a glass tomb. I’ll get mobs to ban you if you keep saying that!”

Lin Xue was quite angry as the chat seemed to be filled with professionals architectures, some say it looked ugly, some said she was dumb, but it really was quite difficult to build a good looking building!

Although it wasn’t technically difficult, as there was nothing to go off of and everything had to come from her imagination. She then had to put each block down piece and piece, it wasn’t as easy as she thought.

However, Lin Xue was not discouraged. Instead, she thought it was quite interesting. Building houses was at least a month’s worth of content.

While she was playing, a voice appeared behind her out of nowhere, “Are you... refurbishing the tomb?”

Lin Xue was shocked. She turned around to find another character with wings behind them, watching her work.

Why was the voice so familiar?

It looked a few seconds for Lin Xue to come back to her senses, “Chen Mo?”

Chen Mo replied, “Of course it’s me, is there anyone else that could just pop into your singleplayer world?”

“Oh yeah, I’m playing single player, how did you join? Did you use your developer permissions?”

“Relax, I’m just here to see how you’re doing and if you need any guidance. But it looks like you’re doing quite well, you’ve already managed to build a pretty good looking tomb, are you filming a movie?”

Lin Xue frantically said, “Ahhh! That’s my house!”

Chen Mo flew around the house, “Tsk tsk, alright, just keep at it. Are you really not planning to plant a few trees or it, or have a tombstone on the side?”

Lin Xue broke down, “Shut up! Right, I was about to give you a bad review! Your advertisements are all false to cheat us out of our money!”

Chen Mo asked, “Why?”

Lin Xue said confidently, “You’re asking me why? Where’s the Forbidden City? Old Summer Palace? Why is it just empty space? And there aren’t that many things to build with. Did you really build the Forbidden City? You must’ve done it using a program!”

Chen Mo used ‘hands wide open’ emote, “I really did build it. You’re in single player mode in a game called ‘My World’, since it’s your world, why would the buildings I built appear in your world?”

“... Makes sense, I’ve not nothing to say. Then where do I have to go to take a look at the Forbidden City?”

“Are you sure you wanna see? It might affect your passion for building.”

“I’m sure!”

Chen Mo used a 😛 emote, “Alright, I sent you a friend request. You’ll have to quit Singleplayer and enter ‘Chen Mo’s World’.

Lin Xue accepted Chen Mo’s friend request and quit single player mode.

Back at the main menu, there was a smaller portal next to the observatory that had the words ‘Chen Mo’s World’ on top of it.

Lin Xue secretly said “narcissistic manager” as she walked into the portal.

Countless blocks flew across Lin Xue’s eyes to form a huge pixelated vortex. Soon, Lin Xue was transported to a new world.

The first thing she saw was a huge arch that was several dozen meters tall, with “Chen Mo’s World” written on top of it.

It was a beautiful and grand arch. She felt tiny as she looked up at it from below. The style of the arch was pretty unique, however, as it wasn’t Chinese style, nor was it a style from overseas. She couldn’t tell which era it was from either.

Past the arch was a dense forest with trees pver ten meters tall. She also noticed that something was different past this dense forest.

There was a huge valley with countless peaks. There were many buildings in the valleys and between the peaks. It looked incredible from afar.

There seemed to be buildings in the sky too. It looked like a huge flying city, but she could barely make it out with the clouds in the way.

Lin Xue could barely contain her excitement. Even though she only saw a fraction of this world, she felt that there were countless more amazing things to see in this world.

“Huh, where’s the manager?” Lin Xue said looking around.

Chen Mo’s character appeared next to her.

After joining parties, both characters will have colour names to make it easier for players to find one another.

There were many other players outside of Chen Mo as they couldn’t wait to explore the world.

Flying was enabled in ‘Chen Mo’s world’, similar to creative mode. However, players couldn’t make any changes to the world, as digging and placing blocks weren’t allowed.

Lin Xue was quite excited, “Let’s go, manager!”

“Hold on.”

A crystal appeared in Chen Mo’s hands. He placed down one after another in the shape of a winged dragon. He then pulled out a control core and placed it in the chest of the dragon.

The crystal dragon then came to life, and even stretched its neck.

Chen Mo repeated the same procedure and created another crystal dragon.

“Alright, get on,” said Chen Mo.

Lin Xue was stunned looking at the dragon. EVidently it was a model from the base game as it looked just as polished as playable characters. It also looked incredible because of how transparent it was too.

Lin Xue hopped onto the dragon to discover that she actually could control the dragon to fly as she wished.

“Alright, let’s go,” said Chen Mo.

With Chen Mo in front and Lin Xue trailing behind, they travelled across the map on their crystal dragons.

There were already many players in ‘Chen Mo’s World’ as many players went straight to ‘Chen Mo’s World’ in search of the Forbidden City before they even touched single player mode.

But as these players were casually flying around, ‘woosh’ went two crystal dragons as they flew past them.

The players were all really confused.

“What was that, was that a dragon?’

“How do you get a dragon?”

“Do you have to play? You can buy that?”

“What, I didn’t even think you could meet whales in a building game!”

“My goodness, this game is unplayable!”
