Chapter 6: Chapter 6: My First Sleepover

“So, you're going?” Parker asked surprised

“Yep” I nodded cheerfully.

“Ok. So, when are we leaving?” he asked and I looked at him

“We?” I questioned

“Well, yeah. If you go your real mom wanted you to take your mate. I’m your mate so…” he trailed off

“Oh shit! I forgot about that!” I exclaimed and he laughed

“Well I didn't” he said with a grin to which I groaned

“Hey, lovebirds!” Hunter sang as he approached the table with Madds.

“We. are. not. lovebirds” I gritted out annoyed  causing Madds to laugh. Parker has decided to eat with me at lunch now. But when I reminded him of what I said this morning he said he was joining me at lunch as a sibling. Sure Parker. Sure.

“You told them?” Parker whispered in my ear and I shiver from how close he was to me. I quickly scooted a inch away from him and nodded.

“Of course I did. Their my friends” I glared and he returned it

“You didn't ask my permission” he said and dramatically looked away

“Really?” I asked with him pursed lips giving him my ‘are you serious face’

“No” he laughed and I rolled my eyes

“Wait, is he going with us?” Hunter asked me with wide eyes after him and Madds shared a look

“What do you mean ‘us’ it’s just me and Avery?” Parker asked looking at Hunter and Madds. Then they all turned to me, but before I could get a word in a voice interrupted our conversation.

“Where are you guys going?” Scarlett asked as she,  Meg and Nate sat down at the table. Then, we all answered at the same time.

“No where” Maddison said

“Movies” I answered

“Mexico” Hunter said

“Las Vegas” Parker yelled

“Pizza Hut” Meg replied

We all looked at each other with wide eyes while Scarlett and Nate were looking at us weirdly.

“We’re going on a...road trip” I said and Nate’s eyes widened

“Cool! Can we come?” he asked excitedly

“Yeah can we?” Scar asked batting her eyes at Hunter who we could all see was slowly but surely giving in

“Um, uh...I don't know” Hunter stuttered and Scar frowned which made Hunter frown

“Don't frown” Hunter said and Scar looked at him

“Then can we go?” she asked hopefully and Hunter nodded absentmindedly

“YES!” Nate yelled and Hunter’s eyes widened as if he just realized what he had done.

“Um. Guys, can you all come over to my house tonight. We can have a sleepover?” I asked because I had an idea forming in my head

“OK!” Scarlett said excited

“Uhhh” Nate seemed unsure about it

“Please Nate” I asked and he nodded giving up

“Sure” he shrugged

“Ok great!” I clapped my hands

“Am I invited?” Parker whispered in my ear making me shiver once again. I play it cool and just hit his head.

“You live there idiot” I said and laughed

“Well, Nate and I are gonna go buy our lunch now” Scar said and got up, Nate following behind her

“Sleep over? Really? You hate those!” Meg said

“Ok. I’ve got an idea. Hunter you'll tell them tonight when we’re all there” I explained

“WHAT!” Hunter yelled

“I’M NOT READY TO TELL THEM ABOUT…..werewolves” he said the last part in a whisper

“Well, do you want them to find out on their own?” I said with a raised eyebrow

“No” he grumbled and crossed his arms

“But don't we need permission from two people? A mate pair to be exact, from the Alpha’s family before we’re able to tell a human?” Madds said and I looked at her.

It was true. One of the rules here was before telling a human our ‘secret’ you had to get the Luna and Alpha’s permission or any mate pair’s from their immediate family. For the past years everyone had to get permission from my mom and dad since they were the current Luna and Alpha of the Pack since their immediate family, was only Parker and I and we didn't have our mates yet. But now, that we did find our mates, which was each other….we could grant permission too! Not that anyone knows we were mate besides Madds, Meg and Hunter.

“That’s where we come in” I smirked gesturing to me and Parker. My friends put on their thinking faces and soon came realization.

“OHHHHH! YOU GUYS CAN DO IT!” Meg exclaimed and Parker looked at me

“What if I don't want to?” he asked with a teasing smirk.

“I wont kiss you during the ‘road trip’” I smirked when his face brightened up at the word kiss

“But what about what you said-” he started but I cut him off

“Where we're going no one will know us” I shrugged

“Oh ok. But I’m going to solve this dilemma when we come back so we can be together publically” he grinned

“AWWW” Madds squealed and I rolled my eyes hiding my smile

“Whatever” I mumbled blushing

“Do it now?” Parker asked and I shrugged. Why not?

“We Parker Maxwell and Avery Maxwell give you, Hunter Grey and anyone who may need to help, permission to tell the two humans, Scarlett and Nathan Azure about werewolves” Parker and I said the lines that our parents always say. I’ve gotta admit, it was pretty cool.

“Thanks” Hunter said and we nodded.

“They had tuna today!” Scar said as she sat down with Nate. I hoped the slumber party would go well. For Hunter’s sake.

“What else?” I asked Parker as I layed out all the snacks Parker and I bought for tonight

“I don't know!” Parker said

“You're no help” I muttered and walked past him to go to the couch

“Did you get the movies?” I asked and he nodded

“Scary?” I grinned and he grinned back

“As always” he said. We both love watching scary movies. A few seconds later the doorbell rung and I jumped up to answer it.

“Hey” I greeted Meg and Madds opening the door wider so they could come in.

“Hey” they replied and took off their coats, then walked to the living room. When Meg saw the stack of horror movies Parker had put on the table she groaned.

“Ugh! You know I don't like scary movies!” she yelled at me

“I know. But I do” I laughed as she glared at me

“I hate you” she frowned and Madds joined me and laughed. Another ring of the doorbell cut our laughing short and I got up to answer it. Hunter was there with Scar and Nathan.

“Hi. I picked up Scarlett and Nathan” he explained when he saw the puzzled look on my face

“Oh. Well, hi guys” I welcomed and we all walked to the living room. Hunter jumped on the couch next to Parker and I sat between Parker and Madds.

“Sooo….what should we do now?” I asked because I didn't really know how these things go.

“We could play a game?” Scar suggested and Parker nodded

“Oh yeah lets do that! Do you guys want to play truth or dare, or never have I ever?” he asked us and I shrugged

“Uhhh, since bad things always happen in truth or dare, I’m gonna go with never have I ever, first” I said and everyone nodded

“Ok. But, even though mom and dad said they would allow us to be home alone tonight doesn't mean they would allow us to drink booze. So, let’s drink….OH I’VE GOT IT!” Parker exclaimed

“Lemon juice” he said and I fake gagged

“Ew” Madds said

“That’s the point” Nate rolled his eyes

Parker walked to the kitchen and picked up some shot glasses and about 10 lemons and brought it into the living room. Then, he went back and got a knife and a cutting board. He cut the lemons in half on top the cutting board then squeezed the sour juice into the glasses. There was about 20 glasses when he was done.

“Ok, since I did all that work I’m going first” Parker announced and thought a while

“Never have I ever had sex” he said and I choked on my spit

“WHAT!” Hunter yelled while everyone was looking at Parker with wide eyes

“I never had sex” he stated avoiding everyone’s stare

“Oh course you have! What did you and Lindsay do up in your room all the time then?!” I yelled even though I felt my blood boil when I thought about Lindsay and him together.

“I mean I do other sexual stuff, but I never actually had sex” he shrugged turning red. Hunter shook his head and drank a shot along with Nathan and Meg.

“I cant believe that” I mutter under my breath

“Well believe it. I was waiting for my mate” he whispered and I felt my heart flutter. Most guys didn't wait for their mate but, he did.

“Never have I ever...drank alcohol” I said and everyone drank a shot. Madds lips pucker when the sour liquid went down her throat.

“Never have I ever smoked” Nate said and no one drank

“Never have I ever had a boyfriend/girlfriend” Meg said and only Scarlett drank

“You had a boyfriend!” Hunter said mad

“Yeah. We broke up 4 years ago though. It only lasted 5 months” she shrugged but Hunter still looked a bit mad

“Never have I ever…..hmmm, had a crush on someone” Madds said and Scarlett, Hunter, Meg, Parker and I drank one.

“Who was yours?” I asked Parker

“Lindsay” he shrugged and I felt a ugly green monster start to appear. Jealousy.

“That’s the reason I asked her out, but I totally regretted it” he laughed and my jealousy simmered down.

“Yours?” he asked

“Noah” I chuckled

“Noah. NOAH AS IN MY BEST FRIEND! And my future Beta” he whispered the last part so Scarlett and Nathan wouldn't hear

“Yeah, it was a month thing. I dont even know why! Now that I look back at it, it’s pretty funny.” I laughed and he glared

“It’s not funny to me” he said angrily

“OH! LOOSEN UP!” I exclaimed and hit his shoulder

“Never have I ever, uh, had sex against a washing machine” Hunter said and we didn't expect anyone to drink a shot. But, we were wrong because Nate picked one up and downed it.

“EW! NATE!” Scar said and grimaced

“Well, what can I say” Nate smirked and shrugged his shoulders as we all laughed.

“Let’s play truth or dare now” Meg said and we all agreed. This was actually pretty fun. Meg pulled out her water bottle and she put it on the table and spinned it. It landed on Nate.

“Nate, truth or dare?” Meg asked him

“Dare” he said confidently

“Ok” Meg smirked and went to the kitchen

“AVERY CAN YOU COME HERE?!” she yelled a few seconds later and I got up and walked to the kitchen.

“What?” I asked

“Where’s your blender?” she questioned and I went into the cupboard and pulled out a blender. I gave it to Meg.

“What are you doing?” I asked her

“Watch” she said and walked to my fridge. She pulled out the cottage cheese, american cheese, chocolate syrup, blueberries, grapefruit, cold cuts, lettuce, garlic and milk. She threw all those things in the blender and blended it. It became a light brown mushy drink. She poured it into a glass and walked back into the living room with it in her hand.

“Drink up” she told Nathan and gave him the glass. He sniffed the shit and gagged.

“GROSS! WHAT THE FUCK IS IN HERE?!” he yelled

“Drink it” Meg said not bothering to answer his question. Nate groaned and held his nose. Then he scarfed it down. I almost vomited just looking at him.

“EW!” I cried when he finished it and wiped his mouth

“That was disgusting, but I won't vomit” he said and shrugged. Then, he spinned the bottle and it landed on Parker,

“Truth or dare?” Nate asked Parker

“Dare” Parker said simply

“Let the girls put makeup on you” Nathan smirked

“No. NO WAY!” Parker yelled

“Yes!” I yelled

“NO!” he yelled in fear

“A dare’s a dare” Nate shrugged and Parker groaned

“Fine” he said frowning. I laughed and Meg, Madds, and Scarlett grinned evilly. 10 minutes later Parker looked absolutely ridiculous. I laughed so hard I could breathe.

“Oh my god!” Hunter said when he saw Parker

“Priceless” Nate said wiping away tears. I handed a mirror to Parker when I recovered from my laughter and when he looked at himself, he screamed and dropped the mirror. He looked like a part guy, girl, clown thing. It was hilarious!

“STOP LAUGHING!” he yelled and pouted starting to wipe off the makeup.

“Ok. ok. Guys, lets continue.” I said

“Yeah” Parker said and spun the bottle and of course it landed on me. But I was gonna play smart.

“Truth or dare?” Parker smirked at me

“Truth” I smirked back

“AW COME ON! NOT FAIR!” he shouted and crossed his arms

“It is” I said defiantly

“Fine. Is it true that you hit William in the balls last year?” Parker asked curious

“IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!” I cried.

“I didn't mean to aim the dodgeball….there” I shudder remembering that moment

“Uh huh, sure” Parker rolled his eyes. I took the bottle and spun it, it landed on Meg.

“Truth” she said

“Who took your virginity?” I asked after remembering she had drank a shot telling us she had sex before.

“This guy named Brian” she shrugged

“Brian, from the basketball team?” Madds asked

“Yeah, he’s in my grade” Meg said

“Oh ok” I said and Meg spun again. It landed on Madds.

“Dare” she said and Meg dared her to do 25 push ups. Madds easily did it, and spun. This time it landed on Hunter.

“Truth” he said

“Is your crush in this room?” Madds asked with a smirk fully well knowing that his crush was in fact in here.

“Yes” he glared at Madds and Scarlett’s face morphed into one of shock. Hunter spun and it landed on last but not least Scarlett.

“Truth” she answered

“Do you believe in werewolves?” Hunter asked her and my eyes widened. Oh boy! He’s gonna do it now.

“Uh, no?” she said unsure and Nate looked at Hunter weirdly

“Why’d you ask that?” Nate asked him and he gulped. Parker, Meg, Madds and I leaned back into our seats waiting to see how this would play out.

“Because I need to tell you guys something” Hunter said nervously and this had Scarlett’s and Nate’s attention.

“We are all werewolves” Hunter said slowly. Both of them were silent until they started laughing.

“You’re so funny! How do you come up with these thing?” Scarlett laughed and Hunter looked at me for help

“Guys. He’s being serious” I said

“Really? Prove it” Nate chuckled and Hunter looked at Parker and I for permission. I nodded.

“Ok. Let’s go outside and I’ll show you” Hunter said and Scarlett and Nate nodded and stood up. The rest of us followed them and walked outside. My house was in a pretty secluded area so we didn't have to worry about other humans, since they lived all the way in town. Hunter stood in front of Scarlett who was tapping her foot and Nate who had his arms crossed. Parker had brought out a pair of shorts and a tshirt for Hunter to wear after he would shift back. Hunter stood still and suddenly you could hear his bones crack and soon he was a wolf. A wolf with sleek dark brown fur and bright yellow eyes. Scarlett gasped and fainted, but luckily I ran behind her and caught her. Nate was just staring with wide eyes, frozen.

“OH MY GOD. H-HE’S A WOLF!” Nate exclaimed and gaped.

“You guys too?” he whispered

“Yeah…” Parker said and Nate was silent for a few seconds.

“COOL!” he suddenly yelled breaking the silence and we all laughed

“Look, you cant tell anyone” Meg warned and Nate promised

“Good” Parker said

We all turned to where Hunter’s wolf was to see he had already shifted into human form and was wearing the clothes Parker got for him.

“Uh, can we take her inside?” I said referring to the unconscious girl in my arms.

“Oh yeah” Hunter said and took her from me. We all headed inside and Hunter rested her on the couch.

“So, when your sister wakes up we’ll answer all your questions” I told Nate and he nodded eagerly

“Ok” he said

2 HORROR MOVIES LATER….SCARLETT FINALLY WOKE UP!

“Ugh, what happened?” Scarlett groaned and when she opened her eyes and saw Hunter she yelled.

“YOU'RE A WEREWOLF! THAT’S WHAT HAPPENED!” she yelled suddenly remembering

“Uh, we are too” Parker chuckled and raised his hand. She screamed even louder.

“HOW?!” she yelled. I think my eardrums have definitely burst now!

“We don't know, we were born this way. But you can’t tell anyone” Madds stated

“Can you answer questions now?” Nate asked and we nodded

“Is the things I read about Alphas, Lunas and mates real and stuff?” he questioned

“What books do you read?” I asked

“Book on Wattpad” he shrugged

“Well, yeah. The Alpha is the leader of the pack and the Luna is the Alpha’s companion. They lead the pack together” Parker said

“Mates are a werewolf’s other half. A person who was made for them. Their soul mate, lets say” I explained and Scarlett nodded

“Did any of you guys find yours?” she asked us

“Yes” Hunter, Parker and I said at the same time.

“Who?” she asked curiously, I guess she was better on the werewolf topic now.

“Parker and I.” I said and Nate and Scar had a look of confusion

“Aren't you two siblings?” they asked

“No” I sighed and started telling them the whole story

“Wow. White wolf. Oh, that’s why Lindsay called you latent” were some of the things they would say throughout my explanation.

“Ohhhhh….wait is the road trip you told us about, going to this ‘Blue Moon pack’?” Nate asked and I nodded

“Do you guys still want to go?” I asked hoping they did. It would be fun if we all went together.

“Hell yeah!” Nate yelled

“Yep, I’m still on” Scar said then looked at Hunter

“Who’s your mate?” she asked him and he turned red

“Uhhhh, you” he said and looked away

“WHAT?!” she yelled

“NO! DON'T PASS OUT AGAIN!” I yelled

“I wont but I’m just shocked” she said still looking at Hunter and he chuckled nervously

“Are you ok with it?” he asked hopefully

“Of course! I HAVE A WEREWOLF SOUL MATE!” she exclaimed and Hunter laughed

“Why didn't you tell me about your dream?” Parker nudged me

“I was gonna tell you but, well I guess you know now” I said

“So you're gonna see Alex, the wolf of knowledge?” he asked me

“Yep and meet my parents of course” I shrugged and he smiled

“That's good and everyone here is going, right?” he said referring to my friends

“Yep.” I said popping the ‘p’.

“How many nights are we staying?” he asked

“Hmmm, however long it takes.”
