Chapter 1024
Vicky thought she was still dreaming. It was either that, or she was still drunk. She pinched herself and
the pain just made her sober up even further. She then fearfully pushed the man sleeping next to her
away.
The manâs eyes snapped wide open as soon as she did that. He must have been unhappy about being
awakened for his expression was one of coldness.
âWhy did you wake me up?â Tyler asked.
He slowly sat up from the bed, and the blanket fell off him, revealing his toned chest that was filled with
newly-made scratch marks.
Vicky was shocked. She then looked down at herself and discovered that she was naked too. âDid
we⦠last night⦠again?â
Vicky looked at Tyler in disbelief. âTyler, what are you doing here?â
âYou should ask yourself that since you were the one who called me,â he answered coldly.
âI called you?â Vicky had no recollection of herself doing that. âWhen did I call you?â
Tyler looked at her condescendingly. âLast night. You called me when you were drunk, asking me to
pick you up but I turned you down. Then, you told me Aurora was with youâ¦
Vicky, youâre really manipulative.â
Vicky thought back hard on what happened last night but still came up empty. She only remembered
she and Aurora had quite a lot to drink and then⦠she blacked out.
âAre you sure I was the one who called you?â asked Vicky suspiciously.
âCheck your call history,â said Tyler coldly.
Vicky looked for her phone and saw that it was on top of the bedside table. She picked it up and saw
the latest call history showed her calling Tyler at around midnight.
She scratched her head and tried to think back to last night again but no matter how hard she tried, it
was still a blank to her.
âI donât remember ever calling you.â
âSo youâre saying that youâre suffering from amnesia again?â Tyler asked sarcastically.
She looked up at him and said, âFine, even if I used Auroraâs name to call you over, that still doesnât
explain why youâre in my room.â
âAnd in my bed,â Vicky added in her mind.
âYou were both really drunk last night, but Aurora kept saying she didnât want to go back home and that
she wanted to keep drinking with you. So, I had no choice but to send you home first,â said Tyler lightly.
After a pause, he continued with a deeper voice, âAfter bringing you into your room, you grabbed my
sleeve and wouldnât let go.â
He looked at her with a half-smile on his face. âThen you tried to seduce me.â
Vickyâs eyes flickered, and in a trembling voice she said,â And you justâ¦â
Tyler moved closer to her, causing his shadow to completely envelop her within.
âWell, I wouldnât be a man if I didnât accept your advances now, would I?â he asked coyly. 2
âHeâs the epitome of a sc*mbag!â thought Vicky.
Although she did not drink often, she knew that she had a high tolerance toward alcohol. There was no
way she would seduce him. Thinking of this, her expression suddenly became cold.
âI only have your words to go on as to what happened last night since I donât remember anything.â
âYou not remembering it doesnât mean it didnât happen,â said Tyler indifferently.
Vicky clenched her fists. She knew from past experience that they had indeed slept together last night.
She was still trying to think of what to say when Tyler suddenly leaned over and said in a raspy voice,
âSince you donât remember anything, maybe this will jolt your memory?â He then kissed her deeply on
the lips.
