“How is Tyler doing?”

“He’s awake,” Vicky said.

“Well, I guess it’s only normal that he won’t wake up so soon after sustaining such severe injuries,”

Aurora mumbled before pausing. “Wait, what did you just say?”

“He’s awake,” Vicky repeated.

Aurora’s eyes widened. “He… He’s awake? That’s too fast, isn’t it? Could it be that yesterday’s shock

really had an effect?” She looked at Vicky and noticed her scowl. “Vicky, aren’t you supposed to be

relieved? Why do you seem unhappy?”
